And I sure hope it’s Rafe2 who gets shot. Poor Rafe doesn’t deserve any more pain in his life; poor guy.
because I didn’t notice before that you said I "hate" the actress. That is not true, I don’t "hate" anybody. I dislike her. I guess you might say I feel about her as you feel about EJ (although I think you have admitted to "hating" him). I’m willing to give kudos to anything she may do but, so far, I haven’t seen anything I can even remotely admire.
I never cared for but now that she’s on Brothers and Sisters, I quite like her. At least I’m willing to change my opinion when warranted.

Of course along with GG and AS. They just have two camerapeople (PC there) film the entire scene twice, once with a Rafe stand-in and once with the Rafe2 stand-in. Then it’s the editor who does the magic by cutting and pasting together. But I thoroughly agree with you, it was so well done. And I was looking very carefully to catch a boo-boo but didn’t see a one. So, maybe we ought to add the editor to the list of Emmy awards. Everybody who agrees, raise your hand.
not me. I can’t take credit for that. But I’m just as bad using "actually." Not so much in writing but in speaking. It’s so hard to stop. Like people who say, "you know?" Drives me bonkers.

And, like Tamara Braun, I don’t see how you think Hines is good enough to win. He is too stiff IMO. But I know the judges like him. Hell, Carrie likes all football players and seems to be partial to the black guys also. Len seems to be partial to the football players also and, like I’ve said before, they seem to have the largest fan base.
So, I stick by my guns, as far as talent, Chelsea or Romeo. But you could be right, Patti, and the combination of the judges and fans just might make it Hines.
I thought Eileen Davidson did just as good a job in her dual roles, not only playing two but five and she got no Emmy. We just have to face it, the Emmys don’t like Days and probably never will. But that’s okay, we, the fans, appreciate him and we’re the ones who count.

I just don’t like her, didn’t like her as Ava and surely cannot see what you see in her. Even her acting, IMO, is just so-so, and I’m saying that with all impartiality.
You don’t see her dark circles around her eyes, she looks like she has grey shadow all around them. Look again, they are very apparent. Not circles really, but very sunken in look.
by letting the writers know that we like this pairing, they’ll rip them apart as soon as they possibly can. My prediction is that they will break up in order to avoid conflict between their bossy daughters.
He definitely has an Ossie accent. I think it may have been because he just didn’t say much. But that was certainly a weird scene. I have no idea (other than the spoilers I’ve read) where this can be going. And, drunk or not, Chloe has really sunk to a new low to hop into bed with a perfect stranger. (He IS kinda cute though, isn’t he?)
I absolutely LOVED the Sami/Rafe scenes. OMG, Rafe has overpowered every single thing Rafe2 has irritated me with. It was just so touching, almost enough to beat out the John/Marlena dock reunion scene…almost, but not quite. (Did you notice how red Ali got when she started to cry?) I found myself wanting them to hurry up and just hug each other already! Galen has done such a tremendous job in these roles. I don’t know how he can so successfully play two such diverse people. Everybody joing me… Emmy! Emmy! Emmy!
cherish them and tell them you love them often. You can’t imagine how much you’ll miss them when they’re gone.
I especially think of Days of Our Lives on Mother’s Day because my mom is the one that got me started watching it. I may have told this before but she had to go to her Senior Citizens meeting which started at 1:00 and Days wasn’t over until 1:00 and she had to leave at 12:45 (that’s when it was only on for 1/2 hour) so she’d tell me to watch and tell her what happened. Of course that was like offering me one sniff of cocaine and addicted I became. You all know what happened next. Dear ol’ mom…see what you did? :o)
