ParticipantIt can cause either extreme intelligence or extreem lack thereof. It just depends on the dominant genes.

Participantshe was talking to Susan Banks. And I don’t know how John could possible be EJ’s father. He never had any relationship with Susan.

ParticipantIf she decides to go with Kate, the mature and sensible thing for her to do would be to go to Madison and explain Kate’s offer and tell Madison that because of their financial situation, she cannot afford to turn Kate down. That she will be sorry to have to leave Madison but hopes she can understand. (It would give Madison the opportunity to match Kate’s salary…like THAT’S going to happen.) By doing it that way, she won’t burn any bridges and when Kate dupes her once again (as we know is inevitable), maybe Madison would take her back.
But don’t anybody hold their breath!

ParticipantThe last time I downloaded a bunch of free books I got one called Dancing in the Moonlight thinking it a mystery/romance. I have to admit, it was pretty much "fluff" but I enjoyed it. At the end I found out it was a Harliquin Romance. I never thought I’d read one of those but it wasn’t anything all that I expected…in fact, I just may try another one. They kind of remind me of that magazine, True Romance, I used to read as a teen.

Participantnot knowing what they are talking about when they told her she couldn’t get pregnant.
Say, does anybody know (speaking of not being able to get pregnant and then doing so…along with Nicole also!!!), does anybody know if Chloe is returning after her movie? If they’re going to split Dan and Jen up permanently, it’d be nice if he could get back together with Chloe.

Participantwould be made public. It would have to stay very hush-hush and done behind the scenes. Or, it could also hurt EJ’s plans for becoming mayor, just as he’s trying to use John’s friendship/help against Abe.
Also, if you’re going to bribe a judge, or whatever he has to do, you certainly wouldn’t publicize it or want anyone to know. But, quite frankly, I don’t think he’s going to do it anyway. I think ultimately it’ll be Carrie and Rafe that save the day.
As to John’s reticince to allow Stefano to help him, I don’t understand his reasoning. After all, Stefano has done a multitude of terrible things to him and his family. I think I’d look at it as a small bit of atonement for his past deeds rather than thinking of it as a favor that they’d need to be indebted to him for.

ParticipantI was pretty sure it’d be Myesthenia Gravis but they fooled us. But, certainly, as good and knowledgable of a doctor Daniel is, he MUST have some inkling of what it could be. He’s talking doom and gloom before he even knows what he has. Too much proximity to Sami maybe.
I don’t know why he’d have to give up on surgery as long as he has an assistant surgeon by his side to take over if necessary. That assistant should be just as qualified as Dan and be able to finish anything Dan can’t/couldn’t. At least until he knows it’s something that’s going to get worse or be permanent. Then he could join everybody else and go teach at Salem U.

Participantit just doesn’t strike me as being very Christmasey. It looks more like something you’d see in a commercial establishment. (It also looks VERY expensive!)

Participantit said "the bearer" of the note. So, if John is the bearer, Stefano is supposed to honor it.

Participantit’s a pain in the butt to have to apply it twice a day and it takes four months before you start growing the hair again but it DID work.

ParticipantProbably the one that always comes to mind for me when you say "Twilight Zone." And you’re right about him being ahead of his time. That man was truly talented and such a great imagination. I will occasionally watch an episode when they are on which I very rarely do with other shows. Once I’ve seen them, that’s all I care for but his are so mezmorizing they just take you by the nose and lead you on.
I think Steven King is similar to RS talentwise (except his genre is limited to horror) but I got tired of reading his books because some of them just became too bizarre. His first ones, Carrie, Coju, The Stand, Christine (was that the name…about the car?), Maximum Overdrive, Pet Sematary and Firestarter (my favorite) were so very good.

ParticipantI never thought about it but that’s a great analogy.

Participantever since she’s been on the show. Sometimes it’s very obvious and at others it seems to blend in pretty well. As much as she colors her hair, it must be somewhat difficult to keep the piece the same color. It is most obvious right at the crown of her head where you can see the hair going toward the back instead of to the sides like the rest of her hair. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I figured she must have very thin hair and needs to "supplement" it a tad. Maybe that’s also why she has such long bangs…she wants to keep as much of her hair as possible. :o)
As an aside, my mother had very thick hair all her life but before she died it was so thin you could see her scalp all over. Male pattern baldness apparently, inherited from my almost-totally bald grandpa. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. Every hairdresser I’ve had in the past used to comment on how much hair I had. So my dermatologist suggested I try Rogain and it worked. I now have all my hair back. (Just in case any other "older" woman has the same problem…give it a try.)
My 50-year old son is going through the same thing so he’s started on Rogain also. It’s funny though, the other son (oldest) has a full, thick head of hair. Guess he took after his dad’s side of the family.

Participantit’s going to be geared toward the teens, much like the Twilight movies were. I don’t think it’ll really do the book justice.
Pammy, if you liked that one you should read The Long Walk by Steven King and Richard Bachman. It is about kidss that enter this "race" and the last one still "walking" is the winner. Very much like The Hunger Hames, maybe a little more gruesome.
