of her movie and it’s still in post production.  I don’t expect it to be a big block buster and there are no big names in it.  Lanie Kazan, Elliott Gould and Paul Sorvino are in it but as supporting characters.  But Nadia is the leading lady.

is a talent show, not just singing.  It’s geared toward Latin American talent.  Apparently J-Lo and Marc Anthony are going ahead with the show in spite of their separation.

being a bully.  She is much like Star Jones was last season only not as refined.  Also agree about Adam.  I NEVER found him funny even when he had The Man Show with Jimmy Kimmel.  I thought they were only one step above Jackass

But, that’s what I like about this show, seeing what people are really like as opposed to the personnae they portray on TV.  I always thought Paul, Sr. was a big, dumb, oafish, A-Hole but he didn’t appear like that at all last week.  Of course you never know how much of this is acting and how much is real life either.

she wasn’t infertile, her organs were damaged.  I think that’s a big difference.  It’s almost like saying I took your uterus out so you can never have babies and then, oops, preggers!

That’s one of my absolutely favorite places in Miami.  Why, I don’t know but I love going there.

The first time I went there (before I lived in FL) I was amazed that you’d have to pay to park to go shopping.  That was unheard of in CA.

I don’t see this group as any different than the others.  They are all mainly D List people but there were only two women I didn’t know but all them men, I believe, are well-known.

As for the sandwich making episode, I’m sure we’ll see lots of concepts being repeated.  I mean, just how many tasks can they come up with.  I enjoyed it and was SOOOOO glad they fired Victoria Gotti.  That woman gives me the creeps.

I was surprised I found myself rooting for the men this time.  They have a very cohesive group and are working well together.  I’ve never liked Penn much but he really impressed me with his boardroom conversation.  Very tactful and humble and well done.  (Lisa could have learned a lot from him.)  But I’m sure we’ll see this change.  This time it appears the women will be the disfunctional team (much like on Survivor).  Come on, girls, get it together!

here in Florida to see people in some places walking around with a drink in their hand.  South Beach in Miami has outdoor dining all along the street next to beach (10-12 blocks, some very high-end…read: expensive!) and people wander up and down the area with drinks but, in both places, they have to be in plastic, not glass.  Also along Los Olas Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale.  Here, in FL, I think the laws are different in each county or even city.  In Coral Springs, we often have arts and crafts festivals with people walking around drinking wine and beer.

Yes, I’ve always believed it is a covered outdoor space.  BTW, as much as you’d NEVER see those "fireplaces" out in the open like that, they are really cool.  I like the glass beads they have in them.

That reminds me of a restaurant in Cupertino, CA (The Peppermill) that has in their bar a large round fireplace that is filled with water and the fire comes right up out of the water.  Really, really neat.  A great place to eat also.  They served six-egg omelets!!  My favorite was The Maserati which came with Italian sausage and covered with marinara sauce.  Yum-yum!  I understand it’s been torn down now but there’s still one in Reno and Las Vegas.

write Sami out, even without any change to her.  I’ve always liked her character (liked, not loved), regardless of what she does/has done.  My guess is they continue to writer her as she is because it makes for a more interesting character plus easier to write for.  I have never cared that much for Hope, just for that reason…her character is blah…she’s not good, she’s not bad.

Although I DO like your idea of Sami having a breakdown.  I think that would quite a reasonable event (especially the way things are now) and be a terrific storyline and Ali could pull it off well.  They could revisit a lot of the things that led up to her "losing it" which would give newer fans a great background of Sami.

even her strong religion didn’t keep her away from the evils of Hollywood.  At first I blamed it all on Bobby Brown until it was announced that she was into drugs before she even met him.

It’s also very sad that, IMO, she let her daughter get caught up in the same trap she was in.  Drinking with her?  Not very good parenting and she’s still three years away from being able to do it legally.  Only 18 and already been through rehab?  And she’s not even famous.  Yeah, I guess you could say she had a lot to deal with but so do all the other kids of stars.  I just don’t find that a valid excuse for doing drugs and alcohol.

shows and pretty much liked them.  The first one didn’t have the greatest writing but the concept was good.  The second one was pretty boring for the first half but then, BAM, it turned really good.  I think I’m going to be a regular watcher.  Very different and creative shows.  And I LOVE Merlin.  So much so that I even got a book on King Arthur’s Court to read up on all the characters for my Kindle.

I like USA also for Burn Notice (one of my favorites), Suits, Royal Pains, and Fairly Legal.  And TLC for a lot of their reality shows.  The Little Couple, 19 Kids and Counting, Tots and Tiaras, Cake Boss (really love that one), and a couple of others I just watch ocassionally.  I know, I know, a lot of junk but my guilty pleasures.

from the article that he was given a contract.  I could be wrong though but I’m guessing he’ll be around for a while.  Unless he runs off at the mouth again.

That scene was well done and, for me anyway, very believable.  I just didn’t want to see it.  I wouldn’t want to see two women kissing either.  Madonna kissing Britany Spears was stomach turning to me.

But…it used to be that people were mortified when they saw interracial couples "making out" too but now that’s commonplace.  You even see it in primetime shows and advertising.  So, it may not be much longer before we will be accepting more and more same sex relationships.

In fact, affirmative action now requires 30% minorities be displayed in advertising.  So watch, if you see an add with a bunch of people in it, there MUST be 30% of the a minority (usually black).

Back to the topic…now are we going to see Will singing, "I Kissed a Boy and I Liked It"?  (Apologies to Katie Perry)

No, I don’t think he’s coming back.  That’s just who I thought of first.  I really believe it’s Lucas, not Daniel.

letting Sami have it right between the eyes, I certainly hope that some of it sinks in a little bit and she begins to believe she is her own worst enemy.  Sometimes she admits she’s not perfect (hah! understatement) but I don’t think she really believes it herself.

(UhSir, I wrote a post before welcoming you but it didn’t show up.  I obviously  did something wrong.  So welcome to our group; it’s always great to have new people join us.  I think you will find a lot of nice people here without the bickering you find in a lot of groups.)
