I have to say I really enjoyed the past two days. It’s been a while since I was really watching it instead of wandering around the house with the t.v. on. Loved hearing Rafe really give it to Sami without listening to excuses. "Just let her take the reigns and she’ll run it into the ditch on her own." I’ve loved hearing Marlena, Will, Rafe and Carrie give it to her without sugar coating it. Maybe this will be her time to turn around and stop dwelling on the past. Maybe?? I really felt for Nicole. She didn’t even have it in her anymore to put up a fight, she was just so hurt. I do want Sami and Rafe and Nicole and EJ to stay together however, so I’m hoping they don’t split these couples up again.
Poor Will, he just kept asking Marlena, but aren’t you surprised AT ALL that I kissed a guy? Isn’t that SHOCKING? Nope, sorry buddy.
I just keep thinking that EJ and Stefano have to be really mad at themselves for going to all the trouble to get a fake Rafe, trying to kill the real Rafe, etc., etc., when all they had to do was get the real Rafe to kiss Carrie and Sami kicked him out.
I mean, seriously folks, would anybody ever have a conversation like Rafe and Sami did yesterday in front of someone else? I doubt that very much. Rafe should have taken Sami by the arm and marched her right out of there and go where they could talk without anyone else listening to them.
Also, Nicole should have slapped EJ (like she did) and then gone right out the door. I would not have been able to say anything after hearing what Rafe had to say. You have to have a little time to digest a bomb like that.
I would have harped less on the act itself and more on Sami keeping it a secret. This woman keeps saying she’s changed and grown up – I only have seen her backtracking.
Sami and Nicole keep making the same mistakes, and yes, I include Nicole in this, too. She hasn’t been exactly secret free lately either. Maybe she didn’t screw E.J. over like he did to her (well, maybe she did if they ever find out how E.J. won this joke of an election), or like Sami did to Rafe, but she hasn’t been innocent enough for me throughout this storyline to give her my respect and good wishes either. Both of these women deserve this and more, IMO; and, if they learn from it, well fine, if not, …. oh, well. I am just so damn sick and tired of Sami getting berated for her mistakes, but no one seeing anyone else’s — who, by the way, keep making them as well. I know Nicole walks on water around here, but not in my pool.
I wonder whos hand is on nicoles shoulder? Any guesses? I’m guessing maybe Brady?
The only thing I really enjoy is Will. that boy better damn well win an Emmy for this past year! I’ve enjoyed him and marlena’s relationship, you could just hear that poor kids heart breaking when he was pleading with marlena to help him. Bravo
remind myself that they were still in the mansion! And then I wondered where EJ was after Nicole left and there he was…sitting in that dark corner listening to every word of Sami’s and Rafe’s conversation!
I agree. Then jacket sleeve and length on the hand looked like something Daniel would wear. Also if it were Brady I don’t think she’d be shocked and ask "what are you doing here" she’d be looking lovingly and burst into more tears or jump up and into his arms.
I would LOVE if Brandon would come back! Nicole needs family support, and he’s the only one she really got along with right? but I bet youre right and it’s Daniel, I think it said he would be back this week. I think.
I’m so glad Rafe got mad about this and refused to let Sami push the blame off of her.
Then at the mansion with Nicole telling EJ that she’s not going to let him explain. Yay!
Honestly, Rafe and Nicole both need to walk away. Period. Done. Move on.
letting Sami have it right between the eyes, I certainly hope that some of it sinks in a little bit and she begins to believe she is her own worst enemy. Sometimes she admits she’s not perfect (hah! understatement) but I don’t think she really believes it herself.
(UhSir, I wrote a post before welcoming you but it didn’t show up. I obviously did something wrong. So welcome to our group; it’s always great to have new people join us. I think you will find a lot of nice people here without the bickering you find in a lot of groups.)
No, I don’t think he’s coming back. That’s just who I thought of first. I really believe it’s Lucas, not Daniel.
