That’s for sure.  To me, she looks exactly the same as she did 20 years ago.  (How long has she been on the show?)  Although she’s never been a stand-out character for me, she’s always done a stellar job in her part and, yes, she is one gorgeous woman.  She always has nice hair and appropriate wardrobe as opposed to many other women who have come and gone…or are STILL there (Kate?  Kayla?  Jen?  Chloe?).

She will leave a big hole when she leaves.  I wonder what will happen to Abethen ???  No job, no wife, no storyline…

this woman seems to be doing a good job, portraying her actions and accent very well.  Yes, not the same as Tanya’s but I can still believe it’s Celeste.  I think she’ll fit in well.  I wonder if she’ll stay to raise Theo after Lexie is gone.  I’m thinking yes and the reasoning for bringing a son with her.

I know he’s only been on for seconds but his rudness toward Abby was uncalled for.  I hope this doesn’t bode poorly for his character.

I think she’s using it more to show an air of affectation moreso than as a regional/national accent, trying to portray her "nobility."  Same thing with that Count…why was he wearing that sash?  I believe those are only worn for celebratory occasions.  But, what do I know.

And, as I did last time also, I like Gina’s hair streaks.  I think they’re kinda cool.  At any rate, they are MUCH more attractive than Kate’s blue one.  (Hey, Kate, isn’t it time you gave that horrible thing the heave-ho?  You’re Stef’s wife now and don’t need the attention anymore.)

Oh, yeah, that’s kinda baffling for me too.  Never heard the expression before and if it’s a new one, it’s certainly not clear to me what it means.

BTW, I don’t like Will’s new hairdo at all.  Maybe that’s supposed to be his "gay" hairdo, much like Sonny’s looked when he first came on.  Or maybe they’re hoping it’ll make him look older which I don’t think is necessary.  Golly, that boy sure can act!

Now I’m waiting for him to "come out" to Sami.  That should be very interesting and I’m not sure which way she’ll go with it.  Either way could make for some good story writing.

It was probably all the toxic bigotry he has in his system.  I wondered what happened to the idol.  There’s still another though, isn’t there?  There was supposed to be one for each team and only the girls found theirs so there should still be another one hidden somewhere.

if you’re suspecting something specifically in the lungs, but I’ve never been told to "take a deep breath" while listening to my chest.  It’s always "take a deep breath" in the back and then, "breathe normally, in front when it’s just routine.

would stop smiling all the time.  He seems to smile at the most inappropriate times, almost like everything is a joke to him.  I wonder if he even knows he’s doing it, although, the director certainly must.

He’s listening to her heart and tells her to take a deep breath.  You do that to listen to the lungs…from the BACK!  Oy!

So that was the first elimination?  I thought I missed two shows but I guess not.  Yeah, poor Tony, he never seems to get anybody with any talent at all.  And, no matter how good a teacher you are, you can’t teach a wooden post to dance.  :o)

I’m still surprised that Louis wasn’t there.  He’s done a lot of choreography (and dancing) in the pro’s numbers.  And I wonder if Lacey was not asked back because of her frequent insolence.  It seemed to me the judges didn’t like her much.

is rather nebulous regarding everyone’s feelings.  As I mentioned above, does Sami REALLY still have feelings for Lucas or is she just trying to get him to stay in town?  Does Rafe REALLY have feelings for Carrie?  I don’t see it if he does.  Can Carrie REALLY feel so strongly about Rafe so suddenly?  And does she REALLY want to patch up her marriage or is she just doing it because Rafe is now unavailable?

Normally, we are hit over the head over and over with what the writers are trying to put across to us but in these cases, I’m just not sure WHAT is going on.  Anybody else feel this way or is it just me?

I agree 100% with what you’re saying.  I think it’s only natural that Marlena would have a hard time showing as much love/understanding/sympathy for Sami as she does for Carrie.  Carrie had never given her any trouble or grief while growing up as opposed to Sami who was always doing something stupid (only a few of which you mentioned, MK).

Yes, you’re not supposed to show partiality to any one child but it’s very hard in circumstances like theirs.  I know.  My first son was an angel while the other was into something everytime he turned around.  (Fortunately, he outgrew that!)  So it was difficult, as much as I tried, to understand him when it seemed I was always on his back for something he was doing or had done.  Not the best way to parent but almost impossible to do otherwise.

So, although I agree Marlena hasn’t been the paragon of motherhood, how she has treated these two has been very understandable.

they are judging the star, not the pro.  (Did you see the male pro go down in the first dance while Seal was singing?)

But I agree with everything you said.  Jack definitely should not have gone.  Both Gladys and Sherri did much worse than he did, in fact, I thought he did quite well.  Are we going to have another Goslin/Palin/Aldrin/several others happening here?

I noticed no Lacey, Tony, or Louie this year.  Boo-hoo.  I wonder why and if was their decision or the producers’.  Anybody other regulars missing?

as he gets older.  Boy, that’s the way to do it.  And he’s got that suave debonaire aura that is so attractive.

feelings for Lucas or is it her ploy to get him to stay in Salem.  As much as she supposedly loved Rafe, I find it hard to believe she could switch back to Lucas so quickly and easily.  What am I saying?  This is Sami we’re talking about.  Anyway, MY opinion is it’s the latter.
