Twenty six bucks isn’t that much, but that’s $312 a year worth of couch cushions that I can’t purchase!

Participantand she ever goes out to a fancy dinner date or formal affair, will she have a huge scar running
down between her U U ???? I’m just asking! I mean if they can take someones heart and then give it back to them, (doctor or not), gloves or not, and all the rest or not, will she have a scar???? I guess not, since Phillip can dance like Baryshnikov with an artificial limb. It’s just getting toooooooooooooooooo deep in the weirdness pool for me to watch right now.

ParticipantI don’t want to remember some of these story lines from today either!

Participantdragged this story on way to long, and it is just one in a long line of B&H split, B&H back together, B&H split, yada-yada-yada…don’t care anymore.

ParticipantI see it when it comes to a change in Sami.

Participantand so true, enough grand children there to keep the pot stirred. Not to mention, if Katie and Stefano get back together, she could meddle there too – Look out Chad!

Participantduplicated), Alice and Tom strong, in-love, through thick and thin, ’til death do us part couple on the show to give it the strong backbone that all the other characters, (no matter how much cheatin’, lying, vapors, they generate), could revolve around. That would make all the madness
on a daily basis worth it! Instead the writers now have every couple at some point in time loose faith, hope, or love in a relationship. Maybe it’s the way of the world now-a-days, and the writers are just projecting what is what, but we need some glue like grandma and grandpa back in the old days!

Participantbeaten by the good guys! In real life, I will take a good guy any day of the week!

Participantas weak, sniveling, conniving, who fall apart without a man or go into a screaming match at the drop of a hat. The writers have no concept of what real women can do! The way they write women, to me, is pornographic – (not in the take your clothes off kind of way), but as cheapening what a good, strong, can do it all woman actual is.
As far as the writer’s are concerned – We have NOT come a long way baby! (for those of you too young to remember that line, it’s from the very early 70’s cigarette t.v. commercial (yes, in those days they could advertise on t.v.) touting the woman’s movement of the day.

Participantfor a long time now, I can’t stand to watch her screaming hissy fits one more day in spite of being a Sami fan for years through thick and thin. I hope the PTB (i.e., Corday), will see how a lot of us fans are turning away from Sami and that he will insist on the writer’s redeeming his "favorite".
Alison said quite awhile ago on an awards show (I can’t remember when or what the award was), that she loved being the one that everyone hated (or something to that degree)…Sami, I think the "chickens have come home to roost", it doesn’t do any good to be the star if no one watches. I really wish that they would make Sami the next Marlena, smart, brave, etc., – instead of the blond whinney broad she now is.

Participantno stopping him, with his agenda and money – he could do any one of a million things. Plastic surgery, robot, mask, evil twin, who the heck knows, we’ve been there before. I just think the entire thing is a rehash of the past (boo) and I for one will be looking for the actors lines that have been said before and how the story lines are simular to the past. Lazy writing! Lazy! And how could Sami not know that it – (he) isn’t Rafe – are they not going to do the hanky-panky at all or be intimate in any way for months?

Participantwas "evil" for awhile – Dirdre said she enjoyed playing baddddd too! I just hope they don’t drrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaggggggggg the story out to this time next year when I’ll be gritchin’ about it by then…

Participantor dialog, look at what they did just after the baby-daddy reveal at the Christening, for two or three days they had most, if not all, of us all cheering and commenting on how the characters interacted with each other with great dialog. Then a few days later…back to the S.O.S.!
I think the writers are just plain lazy, or perhaps they think since they aren’t writing a great American novel, just a soap, they don’t have to put forth a great deal of effort in the dialog and story. If they’d stop and think about how the story has had fans for years and even decades, that is in a way a great novel that no one in this fan base wants to put down.

ParticipantI don’t and won’t ever want them together again. Too bad that Nicole can’t (because of the writers) be paired with EJ – they work well together now. Nicole knows to take anything EJ says or does not at face value. And another triangle to endure – bleeeeaaach!
I don’t care much for Rafe, (too much of a goody two shoes for my tastes), but he’s growing on me, especially, if we see how he handles this doubleganger role. I am, however, going to enjoy watching, (even though this is a rinse and repeat of my beloved John’s story line from years back), to see how Sami reacts to a "changed" Rafe.
I was so much of a Sami fan for years, now, since last year I just FF’d because I’m sick of the same scene with her over and over again, different day but same scene. If I were Alison, I’d be asking Corday for a change, since it seems that Sami character is the star of the show and could get what she wants. Turn her into another Marlena! The show is really missing a character like her. Let Mel or Chloe be the whinney, crazy, off-the-wall woman if that is what the show insists on doing.
