and he’s a teenager, so even if they made Sydney a teenager right now (heh – they’ve done that kind of stuff before), she’d be off in bording school, or in Switzerland visiting relatives.
Sami would be the same Sami. When Marlena left the show for good, and Sami was acting a bit more mature than she normally does, I was hoping that she would follow in Marlena’s footsteps (with the exception of the possession and slasher), and become one of Salem’s granddames, especially, now that Alice has passed.
I know I can’t hope for another 35 years of storys, (heck, I can’t at my age hope for another 35 years), but it would be nice to have the continuity of a character like Sami becoming an Alice.
being in jeopardy of being taken off the air? Is this a reliable source saying so? I know several months ago, we discussed how bad the show was weeks ago on Salem Place and that NBC might yank it, but we all still love our show. IF it is a reliable source saying our beloved "Days" is ending, is it time for all of us to start flooding NBC with letters, Emails and telephone calls? Or is this just a rumor?
there are so many movies like that excellent, but are much too difficult for me to watch – Schindler’s List, was another – I can watch them up to a certain point but then it’s so sad and terrible that I have to turn it off.
Braveheart, I’ve seen about ten times, but I’ve never seen the eveseration of Mel at the end. Can’t watch. Also, speaking of Mel and movies, " The Passion of the Christ" was the last movie I ever went to see in the theatre but I had to leave the movie in almost the middle of it and I own the DVD, but the cellophane wrapper has never been opened.
It’s not that I’m squeamish about the blood or gore, it’s the sadness of the story. I sat through "Old Yeller" as a child, still breaks my heart to this day. I also have some great books too that are on my bookshelves – that have never been opened just because of the same thing. Good thing I watch "Days". Just call me an ol’ softy.
like Katy (is that her name) – she was in the early part of the show when then cameras cut to her – crying – I thought she would be the one to go instead of Lily. Same thought too – thought that Anthony would go instead of Alex. But I’m still a Mike and Bowersox fan! I’ll bet it comes down to those two in the end. At least this year, I’m DVRing every show T-Thur, to see even though I don’t think this show or the contestants is/are better this year at all.
I don’t even think the writers know how they are going to play this yet…it’s like watching a tennis game on t.v. – ball (Mel’s feelings – Stephanie’s feelings) back and forth and back and forth until we’re all dizzy from watching.
I think the reason that Mel is in the hospital so long (look how quickly other’s have bounced back from shootings), is that the writers are not sure of how thing are going to go.
Not sure how pertinent it is to legally consumate a marriage when you’ve already slept with the person before the marriage, however is this a way for Mel to get out of marriage to Phillip?
And where’s Vivy these past few days…last I saw she looked like a tree had fallen on her when Victor was giving her a "what for and how come!"
I thought for a second I had tuned in to one of those old 1940’s films about women in prison, what a joke. Nicole looked the part about her hair color, but I have seen shows on TLC and Discovery channels where they can even do their hair in prison (rehabilitation supposedly) – learning a trade for the outside.
Not the great scenes of Nicole that we’ve been waiting for these past two months that’s for sure!
I think it’s going to come down to Bowersox and Big Mike competeing against each other. No one else comes close. (I’ve never watched Idol all the way thru – I usually watch the first shows eliminations and then the finale to see who wins. That is going to be tough call, but Mike has a bit more stage presence and personality than Bowersox.
well, maybe Nicole will give EJ his due – like what you all said, she teams up with Stefano and takes no prisoners! (play on words yuck-yuck). Poor Nicole, she’s already had such a tough life, (just like Kate did), oh my…I hope that she doesn’t turn out like Kate!

eyes? And yes, just like Chole’s eyes. Not into the hairstyle, but then I’m old…I love the color of her hair with her eyes though.
eyes opened to EJ and she puts the really big whomp on his behind because of what he’s done…Hooks up with Rafe and lives "happily ever after" – EJ is still out there…He’s like in the movie "Carrie" at the end just when you think it’s all OK…a hand (in this case EJ’s) reaches up for her! Things will go along nice and calm for awhile…and then BOOM! He’s baccccccccccccccccccck!
