would after her child has been missing for over a year…after having the child back in your life for 18 short hours let the child out of her sight for one second? Sami, had to leave Sydney with her grandma to visit with Rafe? She couldn’t have taken Sydney with her? I’m sure Rafe would have been happy to see Sydney. I find this outrageous.
I’ve never been a mom, (so maybe you moms out there could help me with this) but even I know I wouldn’t or couldn’t do that. and I happen to agree with you 100%. I thought that was really strange, too. I would have her strapped to me wherever I went.
I’m sure they did it to decrease the twins’ on screen time. They may have reached their maximum. I think that’s something we just have to accept.

It just looked odd for Sami to have walked in without Sydney when she rushed to get her little coat on and even said, if Rafe won’t come to us, then we’ll just go to him, and then she walks in alone. Even Rafe had to ask "where’s Sydney?" It just seemed so odd to me that the writers would have her do that.
with you completely. In the first place, I have never understood Sami’s behavior with any of her children, but this really shines a bad light on her. Fixing her love life seemed more important than bonding with her new found daughter. There will be no ‘good parenting’ award for Sami. JMHO

I thought the same thing–how stupid is she? I wouldn’t want to leave that baby with anyone, not even my mom or grandma. So typical of Salem motherhood–just drop them with someone else.
Sami missed out on the first year of Syd’s life and then didn’t even have her long before she was taken. Days blew this one royally.
she’s never ever going to receive any ‘mother-of-the-year’ award when it comes to casting her motherly image. There is none, from Will, to the twins, and now, after everything she has tried to us make believe about "wanting every minute she missed with Sydney back," (laughs up sleeve). The writers have made Sami the worst mother on the face of the earth, barr none. But, you know what gets me even more…..these ridiculous, stupid, brain-dead writers have to throw a line a day in by some member of this cast, be it a Brady, a Horton, a Kiriakis, or a Hernandez, or anyone else from Nicole to Chloe, to Anna, about WHAT A GOOD MOTHER SAMI IS AND HOW MUCH SHE LOVES HER CHILDREN. Well, writers, just another reason why you look so stupid most of the time. If this is intentional on your parts, that makes it even worse, because it makes you look even more foolish because nobody’s falling for it. Wake up, grow up, go back to writing school, whatever, but when it comes to how you are portraying your characters, how about cutting your audience some slack. We know them better than you do.
I’ve had w/Days for years. Women are so needy, have to have a man in her life. Break up, find someone else, etc. etc. etc. Steal someone else’s man, blah blah balh.
glad to see you guys are as mad as I am over this.. I could not believe she took her to her grandmas. Not to mention its like Sami is wanting Rafe to get mad and fight with her. I am so sick of this Sami/ EJ/ Rafe CRAP

She’s like someone picking at a sore, she just won’t leave it alone. Rafe deserves someone so much better than her. I don’t know how he puts up with her foolish ways. She is never satisfied with him, she just keeps on and on rehasing the same ole same ole. It’s getting mighty old. And I noticed in the previews that she and E.J. bust in on Rafe at the cabin. She just won’t let Rafe do his job, she always has to interere. She is so IRRITATING!
they like writing her adolescent mentality that allows her firecracker, loud mouth reactions. But I for one have gotten sick of this because she has a very short memory and continues to buy into EJ’s manipulations when, let’s face it, any dufus wold know better by now.
I really like her and Rafe, but this good man deserves better and he comes off, at times as rather hangdog in his dealings w/Sami.Any dufus would know better. The writers have forgotten about the rape as has Sami. Sorry I wouldn’t forgive or forget, regardless of whether or not he fathered a child or two. That is the lowest of the low and it is very hard for me, personally, to accept this from the victim. The worst thing was her allowing EJ to stay the night at her place. What?!!!!! Sorry, but I was yelling at the TV when she told him o.k. and then acted as if Rafe was acting petty and childish for not wanting to be there. Maybe they should consider stratightening Carly’s life out and she and Rafe should get together because Sami is an idiot and doesn’t deserve him.
