Sami did say that…I was having lunch when I was watching it…needless to say – well, I couldn’t say anything while I was hurling. When is she EVER going to get a brain in that blond head of hers? (And you know me…I am an EJ/Sami fan – but not a fan of the relationship this way – where they move in together already and are forcing the issue). After yesterday, after hearing what she said I’m not so much of a fan of them. I’m going to stop now…otherwise I will just rant on about this…
a contract is like with American Idol contestants…like if they are "notified" as to who’s going to loose on any given night – these non-disclosure contracts are pretty binding. Please post it if you could – thanks!
last night and YES – love their music (went on-line to listen to them) great group – if he didn’t win – that year was rigged! I think last year the judges were pushing for that Lambert fellow – not my cup of tea but then what do I know? I’m still into the Stones, Beatles, Joplin, Skynyrd and "Innagadavida Baby"!

As for Mike – yes, big teddy bear guy with a heart of gold, but I think even though he didn’t win – he was favored by the judges and all of them (except Ellen) are big in the music industry so I don’t think he’s going to have to worry about a future in music…
I haven’t heard of a lot of the Idols since they were on – but then I’m old and not so much into music anymore – but I did catch Daughtry last night and I’d definitely listen to/purchase their album – and probably would/will buy Crystal’s as well – to compare with my Janis Joplin CD. She reminds me so much of her.

fan for a long time but now she’s become the repeating joke in the room. They are writing her as a Snerdly Whiplash character and she’s not even funny! I was happy when they brought her back because I thought – "Oh boy, there’s no one that can bury someone alive like Vivi can" but now she’s just more than just a little annoying!
exactly from the "same side of the tracks" either from what I recall…(and to name a few others – EJ and Nicole, Stephano and Kate, Phillip and Mel, etc.,) so Caroline running a bar or Victor in his posh digs is not so far fetched I think – don’t they say opposites attract?
acquiesced to marrying Vivy, my question was more like asked in disbelief – as in "WHY Victor – WHY? Why would you ask Vivian to marry you?" Victor is a powerful man, and used to getting what he wants – why would he kowtow to Vivian’s whims – it never made any sense at all to me, he could have taken care of the Carly matter with other means at his disposal.

I’m going to go FF’d thru the show again because the song choices that they were doing last night weren’t memorable or hold my interests so I was flipping back and forth between channels. Finale – will still be between Mike and Crystal – and I hope it’s Crystal who wins.
when I reflect on "respect" to my mother – I loved her because she was my mother – but I never respected her – because of what she did, how self absorbed she was and how she treated her family from her parents to her husband to her children – she didn’t drink or anything, but she was hell on wheels and all three of us children left home as soon as we were able to – I though it was just us the immediate family – but from what her 83 year old sister tells me – my mother was like that from the time she was a teenager and has never changed to this day…
So Will, I think, was correct in calling his mother on her behavior, let’s face it, if a teenager can see what Sami is like, (and she has three more small children still to raise), perhaps Sami at some point will get a clue and realize what she is doing. I used to tell my mother many times over the years that she didn’t know what simple joy and happiness was and some day she was going to be on her death bed and wonder…my mother just said on those occasions that she was happy in her younger years – I’d tell her to live for today, we’re not guarenteed tomorrow…to this day (I haven’t seen her in a year), I know that she is still like that. Sami reminds me of my mother…maybe that’s why I am so tough on her character. Now where’s Marlena’s couch?
about Victor and what he said to Vivian (and believe me – she gives me the giggles no matter what she does), however, if Victor didn’t speak to Vivian that way and coddled her – when would she ever get a clue?
Vivian is on one track and one track only when she sets her mind to something revenge on Carly, or marrying Victor.
Why Victor ever decided to marry Vivy is a total mystery to me. I wish he’d ended up with Caroline – it would have been interesting to see Bo come back and find something going on between his mother and his father. Plus they always had that something between them, I would have like the story line to at least explore it. However, Victor and Maggie will be cool too…
I don’t want to see the sexual antics of the older or younger crowd – it’s OK if they allude to it – and EJ, Rafe, Brady and even and Bo can take their shirts off anytime – although, not like they did a few years ago where every scene was off with their shirts just to show beefcake – but when the story line calls for it, heck yeah – this "old lady" here is rewinding to see it again!
jealous when she saw Maggie and Victor today! And Victor was magnificent (as always) in not taking Vivian’s guff by telling her to get lost he wasn’t finished with his conversation with Maggie. And Maggie was no slouch either even laying the the hospital bed! I hope they expand this story between Maggie and Victor! I think there’s a possibility of a spark there!
