name Klienstiens or something – they are going to have to realize that the population of the USA is getting larger than it was 15 to 20 years ago so their stock and sample sizes should reflect that.
I was a size 4-6 all my life until I hit 37 (spent a year in the hospital bed and the now ex- could really cook and with no exercise), then from there the bod’s metabolism changed and at about 40 went to an 8 by the time I was 45 I was a 10, when I got divorced after 25 years of marriage at 50 (he was the one with the mid-life crisis and a Porche wouldn’t suffice if ya know what I mean) – I was a size 12 – for about three years after (depression) or so I went to a 14-16 but I’m somewhere between 12 and 14 mostly at 58 so I know I will never see a 4 or even a 10 again…but now I’m old I figure as long as we’re all healthy and happy that’s what matters. I look like my grandmother’s type body frame and that is fine with me – I’m comfortable in my own skin.
These younger plus size (20-33 size) ladies I feel for though, they want to look nice on their special day and the stores should carry more product for them. I know clothes designers design for a "coat-hanger" because the clothes look good on them, but that’s not the real world, unless you live on Venice Beach or in New York City – and most of us live in-between. The store does have a great attitude towards all their customers though don’t they?
who signed the card (if they were over 18) or can the family say no? I just signed the card and put the dot on my driver’s license. I can totally understand your Mom’s feelings about her child. It’s one thing to make the decision for one’s self but another set of feelings entirely when it comes to a loved one.

Barring that, I want the names and phone numbers of her doctor, her makeup artist, her dietician and her personal trainer! I think Lauren is a beautiful woman.
the same as our real days as Brady when he was saying goodbye to Ari said that he’d been torturing an old woman (something along those lines), for weeks. Vivy is not only going to need a major change in undies, she is going to need a chiropractor! Her back has got to be killing her.
the hospital bed for six weeks with broken bones and the little old lady who was in the bed next to me filled me in on the SL’s and who was who each day with most of the history – so by the time I got the heck outta there…I came out of the hospital with an addiction to "Days" and have been majorly hooked ever since. I may try and surf some of the 80’s stuff on YT someday soon – thanks for the info.
this past week – I was ROFLMAO! I live for those lines in Days! And I’m sure there’s been some real zingers in the past, and either my memory isn’t what it used to be (which it’s not), or I never noticed any wit like these folks have been giving us lately. Kudos!

so I missed about 3/4’s of the show…good thing I had the forsight to get SoapNet three weeks ago – So Caroline admitted that she did the DNA switch? Good call on who ever mentioned that a couple of weeks ago. Did they say how Caroline got the education/knowledge to do a DNA switch? Has she been taking classes on line instead of cooking clam chowder all this time in the kitchen?
Days…too bad they don’t do reruns so I could see the hehdays. I started watching late June 1991 through now and have sat through some doozy story lines that were way beyond weird and bizzare. Tony and the tiger, Marlena’s possession, Hope and John on the submarine, the twins from the space ship, Vivian stealing Phillip as the egg, just to name a few of them.

East Indian population in the USA. I’ve lived here in my town since 1965 off and on, yet I’ve never frequented any of their restaurants. There are about three to four at any given time, yet none of my friends or family have gone to eat there either.
I know EI’s cook with a lot of curry, tumeric, and corriander, from what I’ve read. Also you can tell when you drive past an EI restaurant or neighborhood from the fragrance of those spices. I know that those three spices are suppose to be very good for the heart. I wanted to learn those kinds of things from Arti’s show, but it is just another cooking show. And her show when she’s telling you about how to cook the food seems rushed.
I was hoping that Arti’s show would give a little more depth into EI food like tandori (sp) chicken or things that might be on an East Indian menu so that I would be more familiar with the food. I’m pretty bold when it comes to trying things, but no one I know wants to try it and I hate to go to a restaurant alone. I’ll have to see if they have take out I suppose.
And you are correct, there’s not a connection to the audience – I thought it was just nerves and things would change but now I don’t even watch her show. And I voted for her!
