I haven’t been reading as many spoilers as I usually do, so this was a big surprise for me. That said, what an excellent twist!!! I am so excited. I didn’t watch yesterdays 12/10 show, so I’m really excited to see both shows back to back. I love it! Anna gets some revenge on Stefano. I’m glad they decided to have a believable kidnapper. No one coming back from the dead or Stefano being able to be everywhere at one time–as if he had clones. Love it, love it, love it!
if EJ enlisted the aid of Anna to ‘keep Sydney away from Stephano’, but I have a hard time believing EJ being demented enough to do this to Sami. Although EJ is ripe enough, after everyone has manipulated his life behind his back (Stephano, Nicole, Sami & even Victor) that he could be showing his ‘evil’ as being capable of turning on the girl who was once the love of his life (after all she has Rafe now), to turn against the father who supposedly loves family in front of everything else (what a joke!), and to be rid of the wife who is the cause of turning his entire life upside down. Ah Ha, that’s why EJ is working with the police — it’s a ruse! But when Anna learns she has become the ‘pawn’ (so irronically referenced to the other day when Stephano & Kathryn were playing chess) then EJ will discover he’s enlisted the aid of the wrong ‘blonde’. Look out EJ !
and even though most believe E.J. is behind the whole plot, which, I might add, so do I, it just occurred to me that I wouldn’t count Kate out completely. That look she gave Stefano when she left him yesterday, knowing how upset he was, then saying something like: "I have to go make some phone calls…" just got me to thinking. Also, I would absolutely love for it to be Tony DiMera, even though we were led to believe he is dead. Remember the cigar smoking Tony (Tony never smoked). Maybe it was Andre who died and Tony is still alive, plotting with his darling Anna against Stefano. But, then again, I don’t think they would hurt Sami like that. They actually liked the Bradys. By the way, pure speculation here; nothing read, heard or spoiled otherwise to indicate Thaao on his way back to Salem (but wouldn’t you just love it).
I really don’t think EJ is involved with Sydney’s disappearance because of the tortured looks he has on his face, even when no one is around. But something Stefano said Friday kind of made me think he’s in it with Anna. The writers have sure put one over on us this time. Isn’t it more fun when it hasn’t been spoiled and we don’t know what’s going to happen?
Okay, okay, I’ll get off my soap box. I know I always complain about spoilers and here I am in the spoiler group but I’m afraid if I don’t read what’s here, I’ll miss something else good.
with Anna. Kate could use the return of the child to get rid of her marriage (unless she’s enjoying being Stefano’s wife now?). Or it could be Stefano arranged with Anna to take Sydney but told her not to tell him where they are so that he can say, "I don’t know where Sydney is." I don’t believe he’s said that he doesn’t know WHO has her.
