My guess is that Chad belongs to Kate (he’s Stephano’s kid) can’t figure out when this could of happened but Kate’s known for giving up her kids. So how many would this make?
I always believed that Kate and Madeline were both Stefano’s high priced call girls back in the day, and also that somehow Chad will wind up being a DiMera (why else hire an actor who so resembles E.J.); but, I never gave a thought to Kate being his mother. Wow, that would be something. I read once that Bryan Dattilo always wanted to be written as being a DiMera and not a Roberts. Well, he may be related to one after all. Great thinking Ksee. Writers, by all means, hope you gave this fan-fic a shot.
First of all, I don’t believe she could ever have become a judge with that background. And surely the writers can’t be that dense to try to make us swallow Kate having yet another kid. I could buy Chad being a Dimera but with a different mother and only if Stefano and EJ knew nothing about it. Maybe EJ had a one-night stand (ala Carly and Daniel) while he was in college. But as to how Madeline and Kate know each other, that’s a complete mystery to me and I can’t even speculate. But, whatever it is, I’m sure it’s going to be nasty. Muahahaha.
If he is a DiMera, that can’t be why Stefano is threatened by her. If he knew it, Chad would not be raised a Woods because we all know that he is adamant about being a part of his children/grandchildren’s lives.
you know perfectly well that soap writers don’t live in a reality world. How many times has Stefano DiMera paid off judges, cops, lawyers, government officials, etc., etc., and gotten what he wanted. It would not be unbelievable to me one little bit for him to have had Madeline’s early history with him or Kate, or both of them together, well covered and heavily buried. But after reading some new information, I think it will just have to do with Kate.
He can’t be Kate’s kid – she has been on the show since he was born, right? He is supposed to be the same age as Will and wasn’t Kate around back then? When could she have had another kid we didn’t know about…
I don’t think Chad is Kate’s but I do think Stefano and Madeline maybe had an affair OR she was in the same line of work as Kate and got pregnant. She pulled a Sami and kept it a secret from Stefano. Maybe she was married at the time and passed him off as her husband’s. So, Stefano doesn’t know Chad is his but will find out soon.
Kate accidently learned about it but she’s not saying anything yet! Madeline is acting guilty because she fears Kate knows about it. Mind you, this is just my speculation, no facts/spoilers whatever.
that Kate had with blood on her hands. Maybe she killed someone and Madeline knows about it and helped cover it up?
to be as bold and brazen with both Kate and Stefano as she has been. She more or less let both of them know that she could take them down and out anytime she chooses, and she doesn’t seem to be intimidated by Stefano’s threats. That, or she’s putting on a good show that he doesn’t bother her. I definitely think it has something to do with Chad though. The blood on the hands still makes me guess that Kate is Chad’s birth mother, and somehow, because of their close friendship back then, Madeline helped her deliver the baby. Kate’s vision of blood on her hands may be because she tried to abort the baby and failed. We know she didn’t kill the child, so maybe she gave the child to Madeline. I don’t know, just guessing, but I love the fact that the storyline is keeping us guessing …. However, I am still strongly of the opinion that Chad is a DiMera.
Maybe Chad is a Stefano and Kate’s child and Kate as Patti said, tried to abort him and failed BUT she gave him to Madeline to protect him from Stefano. But for Chad to be in high school when would this have happened? I mean he’s younger than Phillip unless history’s being rewritten and Kate was supposedly out of Salem for 7-9 months.
when she would have supposedly been pregnant with Chad, she sure hid it well. Sorry, I don’t see any way that Chad could be Kate’s.
remember when Kate had some mystery ailment? think it was during the time she had to work as a waitress, she went to the hospital bleeding. nothing was ever resolved or revealed as I recall, but maybe she had a baby then, not realizing she was pregnant. of course this is a totally outrageous and stupid assumption, but hey this is DOL and history is rewritten all of the time. why can’t I?
