Tuned in today for the first time in a week. I still don’t get if Xander does or does not want Eric to find out about the pregnancy. And when WILL Sarah leave town like she’s been saying for awhile? Thought Nicole looked cute as a bobbysoxer. At least people know now that Jordan is a danger – I bet Days will exit that cranky kid actor!
This thing with Gabs threatening Lani is sooooo stupid!!! Why would Lani even want to risk someone messing with Julie’s heart? And how milktoast Lani to fall for the manipulation. Just call out this witch!!I’d like to see a fresh take on the Lani leaves Eli at the altar story they seem to be heading toward. How about Lani tells Eli and they fake the getting left at the altar so they have time to investigate how to neutralize Gabi and her heart explosion app. Lani and Eli get married while this investigation is going on.
in my opinion something like this would be more interesting rather than the same old repetitive storylines.
baby David would be SORA’ed or whatever it’s called when they age the kids and that the role would be played by another actor. I bet they decided to do that that after the child actor cried in several scenes!
And speaking of David, is it just a coincidence that he has the same name as Eli and Lani’s baby or is there some connection?
I love that idea! Really clever, but because this is Days, they won’t do something different like that.
love your thinking! It’s so annoying that cop Lani would be taken in and manipulated by Gabi. Plus it would be a curveball much needed. Maybe the audience wouldn’t even be in on it til after the ceremony – surprise!!
That’s what I was hoping yesterday. They fake the whole thing but they get married in secret and take Gabi down. That would be a much better storyline.

After all, she’s a detective, as well as Eli and Rafe, and her father is now the Mayor again, darn it, and she couldn’t get Gabi’s phone away from her and take it to the police. I’m sick of her and her revenge tactics. Everyone should know what she demands for giving Stefan’s heart to Julie, especially her brother, Rafe, letting him know what his sweet little sister is planning on doing to Lani and Eli if Lani doesn’t do as she’s told and leave Eli at the altar. I want to see Gabi busted and go to jail, but this time as part of her exit story. Can’t stand what this writer did to Camia’s character, so I would rather see her gone than watch this crap day after day after day.
I said the same thing, Patti. They are the freaking police and yet Lani is keeping her mouth shut?? It’s ridiculous, boring, and lamer than lame. Not interested in this storyline so I fast-forward most of it, especially when Gabi opens her mouth while violently shaking her head up and down. I don’t mind a good revenge story but this one is not it. She’s like a 5 year old yelling “I want cookies!!!!” Blah blah blah.
