now that I have seen a few spoliers. Really, all that hoopla for John & Hope to be married?? To create tension with two supercouples??

What is wrong with this show?? Stefano’s better be a doozy.

I think that Stefano’s letter will ultimately say that EJ belongs to John and Hope which is stupid considering the ages of Hope and EJ

that the real Princess Gina is returning, we’ll soon find out if E.J. is hers with John, and that Stefano will be devastated knowing that he is not E.J.’s father.  I think that the real Princess Gina is E.J.’s mother and John Black is his father, but Hope unknowingly did marry John when she was made to believe she was Gina, but I do not think that she is E.J.’s mother.  Does this make any sense to anyone?

Stefano would have known about Gina being E.J.’s mother, but he wouldn’t have known that John was E.J.’s father? Stefano’s envelope would say who E.J.’s mother is and Hope’s would say who both parents are? Just trying to get it all straight in my mind.

it makes no sense to me that PG is returning when we saw her die in front of our eyes.  It’s almost like the time (one of several) when we saw Rolph burn up in an exploding car and then he later returned, good as new.

What I can’t understand is that Stefano doesn’t know what’s in his envelope.  But how then can he know it would be so devastating to him and his family?  It could be something very inconsequential.

Personally speaking, if that were me with one of those envelopes, I’d tear that sucker open so fast I’d have it read before the pieces hit the ground.  I’m not know for my patience.  In fact, I have a plaque on the wall that says, "Lord grant me patience, and I want it RIGHT now!"

when these "secrets" come out, the whole thing will be very disappointing.  We thought they had way over-done the "who’s the daddy" storylines, I’m thinking now that this "who’s the mother" has even surpassed it.  It’s like nobody in Salem can be 100% certain who their parents are.

I’m thinking for holidays they ought to rent a big hall and everybody celebrate them together if they want to spend them with their families.  That’s the only way they will know for sure they are together.

You sound like me.  I read the end of a book first which I’m having a hard time doing with my Kindle

BUT didn’t we see her body fall out of a coffin when the castle was on fire (pointing to the real Hope trapped inside, how lame was that by the way )??  I don’t get it? Is Hope going to be PG again or will the real Princess Gina appear who looks exactly like Hope?

since when does that mean anything on a soap opera.  Don’t get me wrong …. I’m all for writers making it (more) real.  I’m just saying that nothing on a soap opera would surprise me, and I’ve seen worse things happen.  But, you’re right Ksee, whoever heard of a dead person showing up alive?  LOL.  Incidentally, I think it will be the ‘real’ Princess Gina who will be E.J.’s mother, but I would also not be surprised if it turned out like someone else’s theory about Maggie possibly being his mom as the result of another of her stolen eggs.  (This sounds too silly to even type).

I was just thinking that the other day while I was reading on my Kindle and wished it was as easy to read the last page like in a paper book!  Glad I’m not the only one!

her coffin inside.  I think that was when he left the show for good.  Hope could slip back into believing she was Princess Gina easier than having the real PG return.  The real PG was very aged, wrinkled etc.

Just go to the menu, select the book, using the left arrow and then go down to "Go to last page."  Voila!  There you are.

My best friend always has to read the last page on her Kindle.  I can’t do that.  That would really ruin it for me.

To stay on topic here…I was very confused during the PG days as to just when we were seeing the real PG and when it was Hope as PG.  That was such a convoluted storyline (much like these secrets of Stefano and Alice are keeping now) that the writers can probably change the events that happened to anything they want.  In other words, was John really married to Hope or the real PG?  Who knows?

Even if it was Hope, I don’t see it as a big deal.  As John says, just get it annulled (we’re assuming it was never consumated) and remarry.  Of course our esteemed writers will not let it be that simple.  There will probably be several monkey wrenches thrown into the mix.

I’ll have to discipline myself not to use it!  Regarding this PG/Hope thing.  I had stopped watching Days for a few years before that storyline and came back to it when she was being kept prisoner in that castle.  The reason I went back to watching is that the guy who played Kurt is the son of one of the trustees who was on our Board at that time for the university where I worked.  When he found out that I had been a fan of that show, he told me to be sure to check back in and watch him.  That was in 1998, I think, and I’ve been back watching ever since.  To this day, I have never been able to figure out if Princess Gina was a separate character from Hope or if they were one and the same.  So this current story line is confusing me even more!
