Marie Osmond lost her son to suicide. I cannot fathom dealing with that and keeping her family in my prayers.
When did this happen? And which one was it, the oldest?
That poor woman has had more sadness in her life than any ten people should have to bear.
Her son committed suicide on Friday by jumping to his death. There will be a family only funeral later in the week. The article said it was her 18 year old son, Michael and that he had battled depression for several years.
adopted children and has been dealing with depression for several years. Our local radio station replayed an interview she had with Larry King two years ago when her son was 16. She stated that he was dealing with many issues, one of which was his adoption. They didn’t go into detail as it was quite emotional for her to discuss. She was extremely surprised that Larry knew anything about the situation. How much more complicated these personal issues become when you are someone living in the public eye. My prayers are with the family.
