I have watched this since the first episode and will miss these characters terribly – great writing, great character development, certainly an unusual story line. Maybe I’ll feel better when Nurse Jackie and United States of Tara are back in a few weeks!
I have found Sister Wives to be very fascinating. No, I don’t approve of bigamy but I still am interested in watching the dynamics of this family. (I don’t approve of murder or drug usage either but I watch that on TV too.) It appears to me that they are truly happy in their lifestyle and wouldn’t have it any other way, kids included.
Yes, Cody has a big ego but he admits to it and is often very self-deprecating. Some of them have admitted to their jealousies and self-doubt so I tend to believe the program is not overly "padded" with drama just to make it a hit.
I’m sure you won’t get the plots as on Big Love but I really like this show and highly recommend it.
