Days is preempted due to the snow storm coverage :(

We are expecting up to 16" just east of Philadelphia.

What a pain.  That’s the storm we’re getting tonight in Boston.  Cape Cod has a blizzard warning–they’ll get the worst of the storm in Mass.  I’m sure Days will be pre-empted here tomorrow.  And we also now have that wonderful Arctic blast that will be with us for at least a few days.   Raise your hand if you’re tired of winter.  Mine is raised very high.

We had a quick interruption and a short update during Days. Snowmegeddon II on Long Island this winter.

depending on where you live in the state. So far here in Baltimore we have about 3.5″ and it’s expected to continue until late tonight before tapering off in the wee hours of tomorrow a.m. Ugh! At least DOOL wasn’t interrupted here.

This will be another hot summer’s day at 35 degrees Celsius.

If it makes you feel any better, I’ll be stuck in an office all day!

    Stay warm everybody.

It’s been way down into the 70s.

But I feel for you guys, been there, done that. Grew up in the Chicago area so I know cold. I think I have mentioned this before but nothing is colder than standing on that El platform when it’s -10° and the wind is blowing at 30 mph. Brrr, makes me cold just thinking about it.

I can remember thinking that winter was never going to end and spring get there. Now, I’m just the opposite…all summer long I look forward to winter (the best time of the year here) and wishing it would last longer. Boy, we’re just never happy, huh?

we got 8″ here in the city, which is a mess in an of itself. LOL! It’s the single digit temps and the wind that’s unbearable for me, so right now I’m snug as a bug inside, warm, cozy, and content to stay that way til’ spring. Used to love winter when I was very young, now….not so much!

We got a couple inches at best (I live just north of Boston) but in southeast Mass., they got a foot to foot and a half!  Was easy shoveling today.

I used to love winter, too, but not now.  I find it depressing.
