I appreciate the great romance of Micky and Maggie and that Maggie has trouble moving on.  However, it is going overboard that she worries what Micky would want.  Does she not remember him moving on with Bonnie?  That he had such difficulty giving up Bonnie once Maggie returned from the dead?  And gosh that horrible scene that was supposed to be funny with Micky Maggie and Bonnie sharing the bed.  Guess we blank out JR days.  Okay let’s move it along please…

so this back and forth between Maggie and Victor is just like all of her writing….long and drawn out and repititious.  Let’s cut to the chase already!

I love Maggie and Victor.  I really like seeing the older couples and the romance.  I would love to see them couple Roman with someone.  I think He and Carly would have made a good match.  I guess he has never gotten over the love of his life Marlena.

Hopefully in August this stupidity should stop and this SL actually go somewhere.  I love Victor and Maggie together and I am all for them not jumping into bed, but this is just ridiculous.  How about they date for awhile and not have the same conversations over and over and over again.  Maggie the other day even said the SAME exact thing in the SAME place as she said a week ago.  Geez….

there’d better not be any plans for a triangle for those three.  John and Marlena forever!

Mickey running around with Bonnie was part of the crappiest story line ever and JER’s doing. So I won’t hold that against Mickey. That said, my dad died in 1988. My parents had a great marriage and my mom mourned my dad for many many years. Maggie’s reaction is normal. For the past 5 years my mom has had a "boyfriend." He too is a widower.  My mom still tells me that sometimes she feels like she’s cheating on my dad. That’s why she is engaged, but they will never get married. I guess it gives them both a sense of a relationship that is more serious than dating but less committed than marriage.

I think this storyline is one of the  better ones in terms of dealing with the death of a spouse. I can totally understand Maggie’s feeling conflicted. I see it in my mom, so I don’t have a problem with how the story is going. I am sure that Maggie and Victor will be together. They can’t help but be drawn to one another. I love that they are going slowly with the story.

She died at 72 and she had never gone on a date with another man that whole time.  Said she just couldn’t be interested in anyone after my father.

granny lived until 93 and never remarried.  She had 8 kids to raise along with a garden, chickens, going through the depression and WWII…Here’s to their generations without the IPODS, a t.v. in every room, three cars, a winter and summer wardrobe…they knew how to live!
