hacking into Lexi’s computer.  However, it was a great scene how Rafe called her phone while she was under the desk!  That was really entertaining how Rafe reacted and how Sami didn’t go all ballistic about how the situation made her do it.  It was written just right and was very enjoyable to watch.

See I didn’t think it was sneaky at all, in the literal sense. She was only looking to find her own health information, not trying to change somebody elses or switch DNA or anything like that. She was only trying to find out about herself. Can’t say as I blame her. I would be feeling a little antsy myself., LOL. She just ducked when she heard Rafe come in. And he got it, didn’t guilt trip her or make her feel bad. That’s what is making Sami a better person and each little thing she does she learns from her ability to rely on Rafe that she can count on somebody else besides herself. Maturity is not an overnight process, and it takes some longer than others, LOL.

Sami is growing up with his help and understanding.   He really ‘gets’ Sami and lets her be herself.  I wonder if the tests will still be inconclusive and she’ll have to have more or something.

Sami is maturing, and in a meaningful way.  Although, I had to laugh when she walked out the door talking to herself after Lexi’s call, referring to the message indicating she (Lexi) should know who she’s dealing with by now.  And who calls someone to tell them her test results are in, knowing full well it could mean that the patient either does or does not have cancer, and then leaves them waiting on pins and needles while she, Lexi, makes rounds.  Loved the scenes between her and Rafe after he called her phone and she was busted.  I just love these two together and hope the writers keep them this way.

for me. I was glad to see her fess up to Rafe. But seeing as Lexie was already on the way to her office to spill the news, there was no need for Sami to act. But what really bugs me is hacking into the computer. That is Lexie’s private personal domain, circumstances aside.

What I don’t understand, why the secrecy about telling her good news.    When I had biopsies done and the results were good they told me over the phone rather than making me have an appointment.  That’s usually reserved for bad news.

Well why would Sami and Rafe be allowed into Lexi’s office when she was not there? Can’t say that I blame Sami for  trying to get her results. There should have been a set appointment, not "when I finish my rounds"!!

would leave that kind of test result on an answering machine. Anyone could pick up the info.

How many times does Sami and Rafe have to rehash the whole illness.  They are spending way too much time talking and talking about the same old same old. I never saw anyone else have so much time spent on  getting ready for surgery.

Sami was again going spastic and plowing head long in to messing with private info.  With all the papers on the desk, there could have been someone else’s besides Sami’s.  She is such a pest.

I know someone will probably say, "It was her info and she had a right to look".  Not in my opinion.  Now seriously, would any of you pull a stunt like that?

I had to recently fill out a questionnaire as a new patient at a doctor’s office where it asked what number they could call with medical information and whether or not they could leave a meassage on a machine or with a person.

tend to expect too much from soaps in the form of reality checks. If they only did realistic storylines they would never had become as popular as they did. People watched soaps, in the good old days, to escape reality not to see more of it. Or at least to live a reality they never would dream of living. IMHO, of course. I took the scene for what I felt it was…another opportunity for Sami to learn and mature a little bit more. Stretching the imagination? Maybe.  But helping move the Sami maturation thing along, I think so.

whoever take Sami’s side.  LOL.  I think she’s come a long way and yes, she’s impulsive and, in most instances, looks before she leaps, but compared to her younger years, I think she’s come a long, long way, and for the better….not worse.  She’ll always be one of my favorites.

This is the best pairing for Sami. They balance each other beautifully. I know many liked her w/Lucas but for me, he tended to be somewhat immature. Rafe is a real man and that’s what Sami needs.

which I appreciate and hopefully w/Rafe by her side she will go even further.
But what also was a bit childish was Sami plowing through Lexie’s files. She made a mess and didn’t make a move to tidy it up. If that were my desk I’d be a bit P.O’d!

Really can’t blame Sami for trying to find out her results.  The worse thing about that type of surgery is waiting to hear the results. Lexi could have been more supportive by giving Sami hope that the news will be good, or early enough to do proactive work to help her. It is a scary situation ( I went through it) the difference is in the attitude of the doctor!!! Lexie gets a F in that department.
