Sami breaks her date with Ej, and she asks rafe out on a date!!
Also, Ej is going to be up to his old tricks, so much for his pact with Sami, he’s going to try and tarnish goodie twoshoes Cop Rafe. John has to pull them apart before they beat each other to a bloody pulp, that’s Ej and rafe. And Ej isn’t mayor anymore. I guess the governor was asking for his resignation. I bet they reinstate Abe.
I don’t care about the character of E.J. one way or the other; but, when they try to write him as a suitor to Sami or any other person, either James can’t pull it off as an actor, or the role just doesn’t suit him. All this fluff, foo-foo and flowery attitude toward romance just doesn’t work for James. And now with the insults toward Rafe (who might be running a close second in the stupid department behind E.J., I might add) is just a turn-off. Please turn these men back into men, and leave the goo-goo-googly eyes for the twenty-somethings. This is a major character roll, and they way E.J. is being written now is not impressing me …… it’s time for him to turn at least halfway toward being a DiMera.
Oh it won’t be long until EJ breaks his promise to Sami about not lying or scheming, when Ej tries to make rafe look like a crooked cop. We will have all the dimera’s soon we can stand with Kristin coming and now Chad now becoming more and more dimeraish. He vows revenge on gaby when Melanie leaves him. It says that gaby confides in nick. Hopefully she tells him what happened why Chad hates her, but I doubt she tells him everything.
I actually like EJ like this! His giddy, teenage-like excitement at the thought of a date with Sami. With all of the sad, dramatic things going on, I welcome this lightness even if it does seem a bit out of character for him. I mean come on, EJ wore a shirt yesterday that was NOT tucked in!! The horror!!
That being said, I am Team Rafe all the way, but I don’t mind seeing this different (happy?!) side of EJ, as short-lived as it may be. He’s always so stuffy and dark and serious, to me this was a welcome change. I found myself smiling through the scenes where he was teasing her about asking him out on a date. I’m wondering how Nicole is going to handle seeing Brady and Jennifer together, we know she’s alot like Sami, she wants what she can’t have, but maybe she will be happy that it just not Daniel so Nicole can have Dan all to herself.
I enjoy seeing Ej and Sami getting along, but I’m not so sure about the romance, she breaks her date with Ej. Not sure if it’s this one or if it’s a different one, but I know she asks out rafe and they even kiss! Sami looked incredible in that pink dress! Also really enjoying her and Will getting along, and I was shocked to see marlena in her apt and they were talking and drinking coffee.
Again, what happened to Sami swearing off guys for a while? I really don’t care who she ends up with. Now EJ is going to go after Rafe. This is all getting very old and tiresome. I know this is off topic but I do have to say that I loved Sami’s day-outfit yesterday; the gray pants and a white top and white and blue sweater. It looked awesome. I like that she is dressing up more–giving a more mature look. However, I did not like that tight pink boobs-hanging out spandex dress she wore to go out with EJ. It looked cheap and made her look trashy. Even for a nighttime look, it just seemed all wrong for her.
that he couldn’t stand to be in the room with Sami. He couldn’t hardly speak to her, Carrie was all he thought about. NOW suddenly he’s back to day dreaming about Sami? I have enough neck problems without the writers giving me whiplash. And really, what is the point of Lucas being back now?
Sami has been dressing really well now for a long time. She looks awesome. She rarely hasma bad hair day. Sorry but Jennifer and Kayla could use some fashion tips. They both dress so frumpy and old fashion. Heck even Caroline dresses better than they do.
Since we are on the subject of outfits, I LOVED Adriennes hair! I didn’t really notice it yesterday but it’s a really cute cut on her. I know I just said this but I really think Caroline is one fashionable grandma! Great grandma for that matter, she also has a great haircut.
I think Adrienne and Kayla have very similar haircuts, color, and style. I wish that Jennifer would do her hair curly again. I think it looks so much prettier on her than when she has it straight. She has such a cute face and I think the curly hair makes her face look brighter, if that makes sense.

Yeah I remember her hair being curly. It does look better like that, looks alot softer. Where are John and marlena????? I miss John!!
I liked the dress Sami had on a few weeks ago. It was gray with ruffles in the front. I also liked the sort of tye dyed number she had on the other day wth her hair up. The sweater set seemed too matronly for me but then that pink dress???? Too tight and slut city!
