Saw this on Days Cafe this morning.
"Meanwhile, the buzz about Deidre Hall’s renewed lovefest with Days continues! On December 4 (this Saturday), she shows up with Shawn Christian on the Today Show, at 8:30am (eastern).

Bring back Marlena and John! That would be such a breath of fresh air for Days. Sami needs her mother right now and John can help get the goods on E.J. so Sami and Rafe can get the kids back. Bring them back!
love her and want her back – (I’d take her in a heartbeat, but leave John out of the equasion between those two and it’s like having lungs and not being able to breath air!).
Everyone in Salem needs Marlena. Sami especially! and how about poor Hope?

mind recently…baby paternity switches? Come on writer’s what were you thinking having Caroline do that (???) – so out of character for her. Let’s have a little reality! Just a little…
I don’t want Marlena brought back if they do what they did with her when she was on the show. Crying in just about every scene and being a background character. If they bring her back then give her more. Deidre is fabulous but the writing for her was disappointing to say the least.
any hints are dropped by Dee. I know she’s there to promote her new cookbook, but the rumor is already spreading that they may be bringing them back, even if only for a short while. You know what that means? Until they see if all the hype really will boost the ratings. BELIEVE ME, IT WILL!
Bring back John first. On two legs recovered from his accident, let him have some time with Brady getting his act together and then have him get Marlena back to help clean up Sammi’s mess. This could be a short plot line that would bring the characters back center stage. I believe John and Marlena were misused for a long time simply because there were other character plot lines that needed to be explored.
writing M&J as "wallflower" material, the show took a major header into the proverbial toilet. They traded John and Marlena for Mel and Stephanie’s story lines to be explored… > insert expletive here <
!!!!????!!! Mistake Day’s PTB, BIG mistake.who can put Sami in her place. I would much rather see John return if for no other reason but take a stand with his dear nephew, E.J. Remember, John is half DiMera, half Brady (Coleen and Santos’ son – Stefano’s brother). Now that alone is worth all the tea in Salem to look forward to.
bring back Marlena….and John. It would be easier to overlook the"errors" if only PTB would bring back Marlena.
