can my Ravens do anything right?  Looks like NOT.  Between the ridiculous mistakes being made by the new kids (not a safety in sight covering Torey Smith), and the inexcusable penalties committed by both sides (O&D), plus a not so great day by Flacco, topped by the best field goal kicker in the league missing on a slip and fall — DOUBLE UGH SAYS IT ALL!  Our chances are slim to none this season, and we played a team that had the same record going in as we did, i.e., 1-4, so I really expected a better showing, but once again my team looks weak and unprepared from week to week.  At least the Bills were going up against a team that are on top of their game this season; problem for us there is that the Bengels are in our division and they’re still undefeated.  Well, we’re too far out now to have any high hopes of getting anywhere this season. I know it’s never say never, but by God I’m calling the season now for the Ravens.  I’m just looking at our games now rebuilding with "glorified practice sessions" in actual games.  Boo-hoo!

rewrite history to prop new sl!  Terrible.  Andre originally was a cousin, who was given plastic surgery (by Stefano) to look exactly like Tony.  Now, he’s his bio-son.  This is the kind of crap that bugs me.  Otherwise, I thought the show was really good today.  I just wish John would have slugged Andre instead of Roman.  Would have made much more sense to me.

(maybe around 2004 or 2005) with Will Gerse playing the part of Will Horton.  There was a circus that was put on with most of the cast as performers, and Sami, Lucas and went together with Will.  Sami was part of the circus acts, I think a knife-thrower (LOL) who was after Kate; Tony/Andre was the ringmaster, and much of the cast at that time.  The reference to keeping the tigers away referred to that sl, because there was another serial killer back then, and they let the tiger (named Horton) out of its cage, where it attacked and killed Tony/Andre, and then proceeded to be loose and on the prowl.  Everyone ran, but Sami and Lucas and Will got separated.  Will went up the ladder onto the catwalk and Sami and Lucas ran for the clown car.  Will was petrified for his parents safety while watching from atop the catwalk as the tiger came seeking more prey.  Long story short, they managed to escape, but Will got nightmares afterward and Lucas would hear him screaming.  Lucas decided to move into Sami’s and slept on the couch to be near Will, because of his nightmares, and while he was there they taught Will how to slow dance.  The tiger escaped the big top, but showed up a few weeks later in a cave where again LUMI were on a school camping trip with Will.  Sami ran and fell into a pit and Lucas scared away the tiger, all while Will was screaming to anyone who would listen not to leave his parents.  I don’t think they ever caught that damn tiger.  The sl itself wasn’t that long, but it was just one of the many times LUMI were revived as a couple with their son.  The line about keeping the tigers away was a nice way of rebooting the history of how many times LUMI disappointed their son, and why they felt they were not good parents and had so little happy memories of his childhood, but would always be there for their son, and especially it was meant to explain why he was so afraid of tigers.  Excellent reference to DOOL history.

the post about his extradition back to Florida was meant to suggest why Roman might not have been seen since Will’s death.  We still might be cheated out of a horrible ending for Clyde; don’t know how they’re going to write it, just that tomorrow is his JR’s last day on screen.  They’ll probably lock him up somewhere in Florida, never to be heard from again after tomorrow.  We’ll see.

from my vocal cords years ago, my doctor asked me how much I smoked.  I told him about half a pack a day, and he looked me astonishingly and said, "hell, I smoke more than that!"  Never forget it!!

I would not have believed her performance.  Sami has always been impulsive, leaps before she looks, throws blame at everyone around her, and tries to take control before she knows the facts.  That’s Sami Brady; always has been her M.O., so any other way for her to have come to calmly try and deal with her son’s murder would be unbelievable to me.  I can even understand her using E.J.’s letter as a way to cover, or I should say distract her from, her feelings of pain and sorrow and somewhat stoic at first portrayal of a mother who has lost one baby, then her husband, and now her first-born son all in the last few years.  I expect her to calm down at the funeral and hopefully put everything else on hold and concentrate on her matter at hand…Will’s funeral, and I really expect that’s what we will see.  She will take off and search for E.J., of that I’m sure, but I just would not understand Sami acting any other way with all that she has had to face.

the letter that if anything happened to him, that he suspected it would be at Stefano’s hands.  We know that’s not what happened, but Sami doesn’t know that E.J.’s own minion shot him.  I don’t think Clyde had him killed; I think that the minion (can’t remember his name…Marco???) did that on his own, because he was now working for Clyde and not E.J.  I still can recall the surprised look on Clyde’s face when it happened.  He even called the guy out for it, and that’s when he told Jeremiah to make sure he buried the body where it would never be found.

I’m not sure how to take this letter, or whether E.J. sent it or the DiMera’s (or just Andre) are setting her up, although I don’t know why they would if he’s alive.  I think this is a plot by Andre, but I haven’t figured out why yet.  Is there really as safe-deposit box and does it really give Sami her revenge and a way to take Stefano down?  Maybe that’s what will be disclosed when she returns in November.

Anyway, I’m glad Eric had the Salem brain on Friday and reminded Sami that’s not the reason she was here and the E.J. matter should wait; that she was here to bury her son.

or the reason for another return, but that’s what I read somewhere.  Maybe it has to do with this E.J letter., maybe not, but I know she makes another return.  I haven’t read anything about it specifically being for the 50th anniversary show(s), just sometime in November.

will be gone in November, so if the disaster sl isn’t until NYE, they are gone before that.  I think Andre is going to be involved with Aiden’s departure, and perhaps Chase’s as well.  I don’t know how yet, but I think once Hope realizes he is in cahoots with the DiMeras, she will break it off with him, or maybe Andre will somehow force Aiden to kill Hope for the insurance and she will kill Aiden when she is attacked by him.  Then again, maybe it will be Bo who kills Aiden.  Lot’s of thoughts and theories on this one, but the spoilers I read lately say both Aiden and Chase will go.  Lots of speculation going around on the boards.  I even saw one where it is expected Clyde will kill Aiden when he finds out Aiden turned him in to Roman.  By the way, we have not seen the last of Clyde yet either.

so as long as AZ doesn’t plan to leave with SC, I think the plan will eventually be to put her back with Eric Brady, which is just fine, but I don’t think it will happen too quickly.  She will be devestated over Daniel’s death.

as well as the wheelchair.  I don’t think JM has the strength to walk around or even stand for too long a period of time.  I did have to laugh out loud yesterday, though, when Sami went at him and JM made a fist like he was going to haul off and nail her if she got any closer., and then her threatening to kill Chad and him herself.  I can’t wait for her scenes with Andre next week.

not long after the funeral, which is next week.  I thought it was a bad way for her to exit though.  It makes her apear that all she is interested in is finding E.J., and less about her kids losing their brother.  Oh, well, we still have the funeral and then there will be scenes with Andre, so I’m taking it all in having her back.  Also, I know she will be making another return in Nobember, but just how long that will be for and why is anybody’s guess.  I do hope she changes her mind and decides to stay longer this time.  Her scenes in Will’s apartment were spectacular.

Marlena said she talked to him yesterday when she was she was trying to subdue Sami and he was worried because Sami wasn’t answering his texts, and that’s about the extent of a Roman mention.  Some posters speculate that he might have had go with Clyde when they extricated him back to Florida.  But it’s very strange that he’s not been on once since Will’s death this past Monday.
