Participantand neither is Chase, although I do think he’s better than Vivian Jovanni (Ciara). The new young actors portraying Theo, Joey and Claire and fine, though, especially Kyler Pettis (Theo) who is a real doll and very believable as a teen with autism. I think Jonathan McClendon (Chase) is only recurring and will be leaving at some point. I do think he is the one who is going to bully Theo, and it’s pretty obvious that he’s the one who sent that text to Theo. He’s going to be very jealous of Ciara’s relationship with Theo.

Participantthey have dolls today that can assimilate lifelike babies with moveable parts just as if it were a real baby. That little guy just about broke my heart yesterday.

Participantbut I don’t think Ben is faking; I think he snapped completely. Thinking Abigail was the angel of death, talking very child-like reverting back to how his father abused and beat him, waiting for his mother to come home and stop Clyde from beating him with a belt. I think he has truly lost his mind now, but you could be right about him faking it, but I think everything from his past childhood, coupled with his obsession with Abby and realizing she loves Chad and not him, has finally caught up with him and his mind is truly off the rails. We’ll see how they play it, but I think today is the actor’s last day, so I’m thinking he goes off to jail, which is still too good for him ASFAC. Now, how long are we going to have to wait for them to find the baby? Poor little guy!

Participantthis has been out since September in soap media articles like Serialscoop.com since September. "Daniel dies, but not at the hand of the necktie killer." The next question on many minds is what will Arianne Zucker’s move be? She has little to no sl after that.

Participantand escape with a premature baby, in a blizzard, and no mother to nurse him, and no idea how to care for his needs. And he called Abby "sick" because of what she felt for Chad. Pretty sure they will be saved "just in the nick of time", but this young woman is going to need some serious meds and possible long-term therapy, so I don’t see any immediate recoupling of Chad and Abby for quite a while.

Participantat one time. I also do remember when Hope was with Aiden at his Cabin, she was planning to visit them in Tahiti, but had to cancel because of a storm that washed out roads in and out of that area. Then, they return to Salem and suddenly we’re told they have been living in Maine, Claire grew up and Shawn D. works all of the time, so Belle had an affair, yadda yadda yadda. The last time she was in Salem she worked at the Hospital and was planning to become a nurse. Now, suddenly she has her law degree. So weird; it’s like TPTB think we don’t remember or keep up with DOOL. It’s either that or some new writer was assigned to write their return and forgot to do his/her reseach.

Participanthe’s the sensible one, the voice of reason, not to mention a darn good cop. He knows how headstrong and ambivilant Hope can be when it comes to taking the law into her own hands. I was happy he told her that Bo asked him to look after Hope. Maybe she will eventually begin to see see that her actions are what SHE wants for Bo, and not what Bo would want for her. I expect this will be the beginning of their relationship turning from friendship to something much more at some point, but I’m pretty sure it will take a good while to develop. Rafe and Hope have always had a good working relationship. Eventually, they can turn that working partnership into a life partnership, and that’s okay with me. After what they’ve been through, they both need something or someone good in their lives.

ParticipantI’m thinking they were all staying at the Pub, but Shawn went back to Maine on December 2nd, which was Jason Cook’s departure from the role; but will be back, I think in January, with Brandon Beemer in the role.

Participantwe had three days of it here in Maryland, some of it pretty heavy at times. Today we’re enjoying sunshine and temps in the 50’s (supposedly) until at least Tuesday of next week before we get hit with the rain again.

Participantat the end, I could almost feel it myself. Very dramatic!

Participantwhat a fantastic game. Congrats to your team powerpaws2. Spectacular finish, and I could certainly relate to it. Same penalty we got in our game with Jacksonville…grabbing the facemask of the quarterback at would would have been a game ender. Glad the Pac was on the other end of that penalty. That being said, the keep-away as the final play was the real excitement for me. Rogers to Rogers to put the ball in Aaron’s hands, then a 60-plus yard throw into the end zone to the other Rogers to score the winning TD was one of the most exciting plays I have seen in years. WOW…..JUST WOW!!!!!

Participanthis acting has done a 180 since he first started.

Participantand, if so, where is Claire staying. Has she even laid eyes on Marlena or John yet? I wish the writers would clarify this kind of stuff. It takes away from all the praise and glory the writing has been getting and replaces it with "WTH???" LOL!

Participantwhen she took a dive over the desk after the doctor and Rafe had to pull her off, I couldn’t help it….I laughed out loud. The Russian Roulette scene was good, even though you knew she wasn’t going to shoot him. Otherwise, I’m liking Hope in cop-mode…always have.
Patti
Participantcomedic faux pas on quite a lot of boards, especialy when the actress turned her hands with her nails facing out. Clearly you could see she simply bent her thumb back.
