but no matter who it turns out to be, I’m going to bet Chad will end up being the head of the DiMera empire. I can already see Stefano becoming frustrated with Andre and carrying out his plans behind Stefano’s back, which will probably now result in putting Chad in danger, because we just know how John and Marlena will feel about him persuing Belle. I’m interested in how Abby is going to handle this, too, since she knows something is up with Chad. I just hope this part of the sl doesn’t drag on and on and on; however, I have to admit, I sort of liked Chad and Belle together….and I also like this new, ‘snarky’ Belle. Most of all, I hope you’re right about EJ and Sami possibly returning one day to join Chad in a takedown of Andre. That’s just my dream, though.
whoever kidnapped Ciara took the gun along with her money. I still think this is going to lead to a Kiriakis rather than a DiMera.
I thought A did a much better job on Friday bringing out Eduardo’s and John’s backstory with their being kidnapped as children and trained to be assassins. I’m expecting this sl to be hyped up soon. I’m liking that John finally realizes why Stefano erased the tapes of his memories.
he’s already guaranteed (by himself) to work 2 days a week. I think we will be seeing the end Stefano DiMera in the very near future and the battle will be between Chad and Andre because Stefano will leave everything he owns to Chad.
at least not for quite some time. I do remember, however, when he, himself, spoiled (again on Twitter) that we will see at some point that Andre does, in fact, "have a heart." Don’t know when that will be, though. Perhaps when/if Stefano dies, either by natural causes or is killed, putting an end to Joe M.’s brilliant years portraying The Phoenix. Again, like all of our speculations, we shall just have to wait and see, but I have no reason to think Thaao made that up.
was so ticked off at Andre for brainwashing Chad that he is the one who is able to pull Chad out of it somehow. Pretty sure that won’t happen, though. They want their money back too badly. However, I do think this is all going to blow up in Andre’s face.
and the only solution I can come up with is somehow Hope’s gun was taken by whoever planned on kidnapping Ciara. Maybe that person took Hope’s gun from her own house before he took her daughter. One thing you can be sure of is if they don’t reveal in some future script/scene how her gun was used to kill the doc, rest assured we’ll never know. LOL!
and I am loving seeing the Christmas trees being decorated. I don’t know if Brady and Theresa’s place is a new set, but it’s still a lovely one as well. Too bad Theresa had to spoil it when the dollar signs showed up in her eyes once she realized Belle had Sami’s money and decided that she would rather give it all to charities rather than keep it. This redemption sl for Theresa is still not working for me. When she’s trying to convince Brady or anyone else for that matter (Nicole) of what she wants, I notice the speed of her words increase to about 100 miles a minute while trying to get her point across. The sign of a true liar! Ugh…this girl is still despicable to me.
at some point that she had Chad completely under hypnosis before Andre chloroformed her, unless John convinces or tries to convince her that he was faking it and working with the DiMeras to try and get information about Sami. Agree, this is one bad, totally unbelievable sl, and perhaps will go down as one of the worst.
I just don’t believe it’s possible, at least not that quickly.
Sami getting to the money was also unbelievable; I don’t care how well E.J. planned out the instructions for her to do so. No bank is going to just turn over that kind of money without proper identification proving they were the named person(s) on the the account and permitted to withdraw the entire account. Who just walks into an institution and drains an entire account of $500,000,000.00??? ….. I hope the writers eventually explain this, but I have my doubts they ever will.
I was looking at, or supposed to be seeing with those quick-flash scenes today. This sl has to be right up near the top of the bad brainwashing sls. Even Billy Flynn is trying to defend it by mentioned to some fan on his twitter not to leave (which evidently was threatened by another disgruntled fan), and he replied "don’t leave…you will get what you’re hoping for," and I believe it was mentioned that the brainwashing story would move rather quickly. I’d be willing to bet that by that time the writers will be sorry they ever allowed this one to go from pen and paper to the screen. LOL!
noticing this, and it seems to be really bugging Thaao, who has been very active on Twitter. Fans are beginning to complain about Andre, and Thaao is beginning to sound defensive, blaming the writers and asking fans to realize "this is a soap opera" and asking us to recognize that Andre only does what the writers tell him to do. Sort of made me LOL, because TP’s been bragging a little too loudly on his twiter feed and he obviously does not like to hear the criticism. Too bad, ole’ boy, that’s what fans do when they don’t like what’s happening on their tv screens.
especially after all the bragging he was doing about it (it meaning his sl) on his Twitter account; so far, I have been extremely disappointed and think I will continue to be. I guess smeone has to the big bad DiMera though, since obviously this is Joe M.’s last hurrah.
and the results that befall her are going to fall on Victor’s shoulders because of how and with whom he handled this drug for Caroline situation. I can see the umbrella sl involving the lives of those associated with it unfolding already. Hope is clearly unwilling to accept help from anyone on her quest, so I don’t think anyone in her family right now could make her see things any differently than Rafe or Roman tried to do. I agree that Ciara is the one to feel sorry for in all of this, because she is the only true victim here. I’m surprised she hasn’t discussed Hope’s behavior with Abe, since she’s so close to Theo. All of this will wind up being Victor’s fault and soon we’ll know why. Something wicked this way cometh!!!
so much more than I did when he played Rex Balsam on OLTL! He had great chemistry with MM (Belle) today. I think for a new actor taking over a very popular role from an even more popular former actor, he’s doing just fine. He’s not going to be "squeaky clean" but I’m looking forward to watching him take over the role. Now him being a problem for Brady …. bring it on, Philip!
Vivian Jovanni (NuCiara) still needs a lot more experience if she’s going to hold any interest for me. Even her breakdown scene with Hope yesterday didn’t prove she’s come any further in the role than when she first showed up in Salem. Sorry!
I know the writers are trying to make me believe that the DiMeras are behind the torture leading to Bo’s death, but for what it’s worth, I’m thinking more that it’s someone in the Kiriakis family …. like Vincent Irizarri’s character who will be showing up soon. From what I’ve read, he is not going to be a welcoming relative for Victor, and IMO will be the person who killed the Dr. (Seth), and may also be the one who kidnapped Ciara. That’s possibly why his face wasn’t revealed when he set her free and took off with Hope’s money.
Totally agree about the character of Lani. Why is she even here? What purpose is she serving? Neither Abe nor Theo seem to want that much to do with her sudden presence in their lives, so unless she has some unveiled secret giving her a sl that will be interesting, I say cut her loose, or find a better actor.
Bell and Brady showed good sibling chemistry, but as an Ali lover always, I didn’t appreciate the shade they were giving her, especially since neither Belle nor Brady have any room to talk. I wish at some point down the road, when James’ new pilot either keeps him busy or hits the cutting room floor, I’m hoping he eventually returns to DOOL, and then I’d bet the farm we’ll see the return of his fair Samatha’!
I will miss Daniel, but I’m really looking forward to his exit sl resulting in his death, because from what is speculated, it’s going to be a doozy that will involve the lives of many other characters, including Eric, Nicole, Marlena, John, Jennifer, and probably quite a few others.
I’m not going to condemn Sami’s return, because I really love my Ali and just wish they would have written her return better. Oh well, at least she has ALL of her children with her on her journey, because I was really getting tired of people condemning her for leaving her kids. LOL! Find what you’re looking for Sami, and come home!
