Participantfrom the other day when Nicole fantasized about her and Sydney, who looked to be around age 16 or so, calling her mom and saying she didn’t want anything to do with Sami Then she (Nicole) sits there today and lies, again, to E.J. claiming that she only wants to be a small part of Sydney’s life. Nicole and Brady will be a wash after this, and I, for one, will be glad. Brady is not going to forgive her for this one, so she is throwing away her one really true hope of happiness for a selfish fantasy. She is not quite as low as E.J. in my eyes, but she’s only one head above him on the totem pole. I love Ari Z., but I literally despise her character. I am so over her and her fantasy. I hope E.J. never allows her near Sydney for what I’m thinking will only be a short matter of time anyway. People say Sami should grow up; well, Nicole and E.J. could take lessons in that category as well. Time for them to move on as well. But, I have a feeling that Sami won’t be without her children for too long.

ParticipantI would switch E.J. and Rafe; then, instead of the Lollipop Kids, E.J., Brady and Philip would be the flying monkeys. LOL!

Participantwho attended a "Meet and Greet" on November 19, 2010 for the 45th Anniversary Days Event. She posted all of her pics on twitter. Here are some more, and there are other photos for viewing if you enlarge the twitter page. Besides JKJ attending the signing were James, Melissa, Shawn, and some others I did not recognize. It took place at a Barnes and Noble bookstore I think to promote the new book. Anyway, here are the twitter pages as well as some other shots of JKJ and SC.

Participantfor being lied to, and he is good friends with Will. Will has been there for Chad when he seemed to need a friend. Chad might take that into consideration when the DiMeras try to take down Will’s mom. I’m looking forward to this story taking off and seeing what direction Chad will take.

Participantthat James Scott is indispensable? If you do, you are sadly mistaken. Ali Sweeney is now, and always will be, the star of this show, and in total command of her character’s destiny. If you don’t think so, just read up on how quickly Corday did backflips to get her to renew her contract when she was seriously thinking of leaving after 17 years (her contract is up in January – See recent cover and article in SOD). There is nothing this show and its powers wouldn’t do for AS if she saw fit to request it.

ParticipantVivian is no longer amusing to me. And, sorry, Bono, but your affection for the bad guys always winning and causing pain is something that’s a whole lotta’ weird to me. There are certain villains that I do like, like Kate until she messes with someone I care about, and I think they’ve softened her some anyway. So, I know I’m going to love the new DiMera son vs. Elvis, I’m sure, because I think Chad is going to become Stefano’s new true/blue DiMera in training, and E.J. will not be a happy camper with his new-found baby brother. Other than that, I have no use for Vivian and her lap dog, Gus, any longer. I hope when Louise’s contract is up, that they sink her ship once and for all. As for E.J. DiMera, my Christmas dream is that Allison Sweeney finally complains to Ken Corday that she’s had enough of this storyline and enough of working with James Scott, and that this pair is over once and for all. She could also throw a real big hint that Casey Deidrick would be a lot cheaper character to build into a true/blue DiMera, and would cost a whole lot less, salary-wise, than James Scott. Then, before we know it, it’s buh-bye, James. Oh, and E.J. crashes the wedding, but he’s not in time to stop it, which I absolutely love, so he won’t have the satisfaction of stopping that which was inevitable — a marriage between Sami and someone she really loves …. AND THAT’S NOT YOU, ELVIS!

Participantshe lets him. Sure, she yells at him and screams back at him and stands up to him to a point, but he scares her to death and he knows it. Just like she should have yelled into the phone when Rafe called her that E.J. was there. E.J. told her, "if you tell him I’m here, you’ll be sorry," so she didn’t. She should have thrown the phone at him and said ‘here, tell it to Rafe,’ but she is, no matter what she claims, afraid of him. No wonder, he pops veins in his head and neck screaming at her at the top of his lungs. It’s no wonder a neighbor didn’t call the police. Sami is treacherous and mean, but she’s no match for him physically, so she tries to hurt him with words and other actions, only to lose every time, especially when she is alone with him. She knows how to calm him down, just like yesterday when she started to get to him, but then he simply had to look at her and Rafe’s picture to be reminded of his plan. E.J.’s the meanest, because he could and would physically hurt her (chloroform) by any means available to him, whereas all she can do is make idle threats and remind him how much she truly hates him. The only means she has or has ever had to beat him was to shoot him, so that’s what she did. They both need to be on some serious medication.

Participantwhen he walked out on Vivian because he did not want to see Maggie tortured. Now, he seems to be enjoying it as much as Vivian. And what’s this about Gus attacking Victor, of all people. He (Gus) almost crapped in his pants in the mausoleum when Carly turned on him, and he’s going to attack Victor? Now that’s one I gotta’ see. He’d better have a ticket to anywhere, U.S.A., because if he stays in Salem he might not be around too much longer. Of course, he’ll probably sneak up behind him, and Victor won’t know who did it. That’s the only way I could see him surviving it once Victor wakes up.

ParticipantI’m so sick of this crap between Sami and E.J.

Participantwho was in direct contact with that patient. The virus would spread through the air like a brush fire.

ParticipantE. J. has been turned into a joke, and Nicole has become delusional once again, always thinking she has the upper hand, and Rafe has been changed from an honest, law abiding man who is in love with a woman who has managed to destroy his ethics and, Sami is…..well, just Sami. This is one quad I would like to eliminate. There are far too many interesting characters’ story lines I would rather be watching right now. These four need to be on the back-burner, since obviously the writers think the fan bases enjoy them so much that they have suddenly begun to not care about what they see in them as opposed to just seeing them. Uggghhh, not this fan.

Participant"The leftiest are now blaming the T.E.A. party"?
"They (the left) set it up this way"?
What does "leftiest" mean —- furthest to the left?
"affirmative action"?
"the left set this system up. Now the game is being played by their rules and they don’t like it"?
Your entire 5th paragraph, beginning with "It is the SAME as the 2008 election"?
My final question: Do you have "I’m a Republican and Damn Proud of It" tattooed across your forehead (I was gonna’ suggest an area further south, but I didn’t want to be rude)? If not, you should have. Cause, for the life of me, I can’t see what any of the above has to do with the topic of this thread.

ParticipantLast night was a no-brainer as far as who was getting kicked off. Brenda just bragged a little too much about her and Sash being in ‘control of the game.’ Once he realized everybody was on to her, his alliance fell quicker than that campsite. It usually is a dead give-away when someone shows their hand that much. Marty did the same thing. I really think Brenda was so totally sure that Sash would save her by giving her the idol that she threw caution into the wind and made that fatal mistake. I’m sure when she was walking out that she was probably kicking herself for thinking she could trust him. This is not a game of trust – it’s dog eat dog, and I think when she thinks about it, she’ll realize that she should have played the game remembering that in most instances, or at least in this game of Survivor, silence is golden.

Participantwhen even the actors think like we do. I think Victor finds Maggie at the end of this week/beginning of next week, but she is unconscious and won’t remember things at first, but will blame Victor for putting Vivian in there, even though we all know it was Brady. Will Brady come clean? Let’s hope so. I wouldn’t want to see Maggie and Victor broken apart this early in their relationship, but a triangle at this stage of their lives would probably be hilarious to watch. Maggie does have a backbone, and once she realizes that Victor was not all to blame for leaving Viv in there so long, I can see Maggie’s temper and anger directed more toward Vivian and working with Victor. This bit about Vivian getting Titan and the Kiriakis mansion has me somewhat baffled though. I think Victor would have "removed" Vivian by now if he didn’t believe he would lose Maggie over it if she were, in fact, to meet some unfortunate circumstance causing her to cease to exist. He won’t take that chance, but I’m anxious to watch the fireworks between these three.
