Participantbut he’s in great shape, or so he appears to be. But I’m wondering whether this is a foreshadow of things to come, with him "grooming" Chad to be his new heir apparent if he should decide to ‘hang it up.’ Wouldn’t surprise me if that were the case. After watching today, it’s obvious that he is going to have some sort of health failure, and he seems to be losing faith in E.J. to take control, opening a door for Chad to take over. Just speculation, of course.

ParticipantI’m in love with Safe and hope they are the end game for Sami, who has come a long way since GG joined the show;
I, too, am a Brady fan and hope to see that he soon finds the right woman, which he desperately seems to need in his life right now;
I’m enjoying Chad and Abbey a lot more than I thought I would;
I’m especially happy to read that the new writers as well as Ken Corday, have made some huge promises to the fans, but more than that is the fact that I believe them;
I absolutely adore Justin and Adrienne and hope to see much more of them in the upcoming months. They are just so perfect together to me;
I loved reading the confirmation in SOD and SON, finally, that Days of our Lives will be returning my all-time favorite vets, John and Marlena, to Salem this fall.
It’s a good feeling to realize that I am suddenly more optimistic than pessimistic these days regarding the direction the show itself will be taking, as well as for its future.

Participantand he and Brady aren’t exactly best buds, so that would be my guess. Then she told Dan today as well. The more people who know the truth, the more the probability will be that someone will tell someone else, who will tell someone else, plus, Nicole found Brady all bruised and bloodied as well, so as soon as she finds out about E.J., I’m sure she’ll put 2 and 2 together, knowing that Brady hates her living in DeMansion. I don’t know how long E.J. will be in this condition, but even if his memory fails him at first, we all know it will eventually come back to him, so I’m looking for an all-out DiMera/Kiriakis war to ensue come Fall.

Participantany favors of late. I know she is supposed to be this "tom-boyish" type of gal, no frills, just what you see is what you get, but honestly I thought she looked really bad in those love scenes with Daniel yesterday. The hair, no make-up, the "no scar" (as someone else mentioned) just make MR appear like this is exactly why Jennifer feels she can’t compete with Dan’s ex’s. When she did try to dress up for him, she felt ridiculous and out-of-place, but it made MR look more like what she is, a beautiful woman…. not the root-beer soaked, sweat-suited, slipper sock wearing "unnatural" beauty they seem to be trying to make me believe Daniel is so struck by. Don’t get me wrong; I would never want to see Jennifer looking and dressing like Chloe, hair and overdone make-up included, but please, dress this woman up a bit. So my next request of Sony/Corday is "NEW HAIR, MAKE-UP AND WARDROBE" people, please. Not Hope, though, she looks great.
Another thing I’m feeling about the actors, and again, it’s probably just me, but does anyone think that when Jennifer and Daniel kiss, SC doesn’t seem to put his heart and soul into it with MR. Almost as if he kisses her sideways, with no real passion. On the other hand, when SC kissed Nadia, Jesus, I thought he was going to swallow her up or smother her, one or the other. Would anyone else say that SC put a lot more into it when he kissed NB compared to MR (LOL) or am I just seeing the director(s) preference here?

Participantbecause if Brady would have stopped to think about it, Troy was a package deal that came with the drug sale transaction, and who did E.J. purchase the drug business from — none other than Brady’s grandfather, Victor Kiriakis. So, I would say Brady better lay off the booze if for no other reason than to think things through with a clear mind before he goes off and decides to beat someone to death, which he would have if Melanie hadn’t stopped him. Clearly, E.J. and his father belong behind bars, but was what Brady did any less a crime that, to me, clearly puts the creation of the entire situation for his revenge against E.J. right in Brady’s own back yard.

ParticipantI can relate to every single, solitary line of that, and that’s a fact! LOLOL!

ParticipantBo and Hope, together again and back on the job. I love that they are being written into the Rafe/Sami/Fafe story. It’s the best of the best of Bo and Hope as far as I’m concerned. I love that they are finally being shown how much they truly belong together in every way. Incidentally, I thought KA and PR looked absolutely gorgeous yesterday. She is a natural beauty, and Peter — well, what can I say, the man is still hot in every way. They both looked truly sexy in their bedroom scene, but I loved how excited Hope got when she jumped up and out of bed saying "I can be ready in 5 minutes," and Bo gives that sexy grin, like ‘here we go again.’ OMG I’ve been waiting so long for the Bo and Hope I truly love and it looks like they’re finally here.

Participantand must admit, although I wasn’t crazy about him at first, I do like him a lot more now, and he’s so perfect for Melanie. He respects her and cares about her, but he doesn’t take any of her crap and will walk away from her at the drop of a hat, no matter how much he doesn’t want to. I know they say opposites attract, but he is very much like her in that he’s quick to judge without knowing the entire story. Mel’s exactly like that, and that’s exactly how she treated Dario when she first met him. Now that they seem to be resolving their differences are are starting to see the worthiness of the other and realize that they really are starting to care for one another, Dario is being written off. That’s a shame, because he is totally right for Melanie.

Participantwhat’s up with that. Do they think he’s a phony and hiding something like Bentley? Seems that Ashley is taking their remarks a little too seriously about their disapproval of Ryan, or did I miss something that he said or did. I think he’s a sweetheart.

Participantbecause E.J. needed a good ass-whippin’; what I found foolish were Brady’s reasons, which were all wrong to begin with; and also that he felt the need to weaken E.J. first and then proceed to pummel him. But that’s not the worst of it for me …. that would be that if Brady had to submit a name and/or reason for each punch he threw AFTER E.J. was nearly unconscious, then the first one should have been "THIS IS FOR SHOOTING MY FATHER."

Participantand she certainly isn’t the one I remember. Why is she pushing Daniel into sex? Jennifer would never do that. She would make him "court" her, so to speak. She has turned into a man-eater, the likes of Nicole or Sami or Chloe or any other number of women on this show. Give me back my Jennifer, new writers. I hope Jack does show up soon, and when he does I have a feeling Jen’s going to have a melt-down, because I don’t think the reason for his absence will be because he didn’t care. It would have to be something like he had no way of reaching his family and this will throw Jen head-first into the "guilt" pool, for sure. Anyway, I repeat, I just do not recognize this woman now.

Participantespecially when she runs her forked tongue at someone, using her kids as an excuse, when in fact it’s her green-eyed monster coming out practically every time. If Kate isn’t the center of attention in the lives of those she feels betrayed her or dumped her, it’s always "how can I use my kids to get back at this one?" She’s the bride of Satan, that’s for sure, in every way mentionable, and this is one time I hope Corday’s promises are kept when he says this time around the villains will be punished for their deeds. What this woman needs is to take out her magic mirror right after she calls someone a whore, a slut, a tramp, and she’ll find her own face looking back at her saying "you called?"

ParticipantI’m no E.J. fan; BUT, let’s be fair here. It wasn’t a fair fight at all. If Brady’s minion hadn’t knocked him over the head with what looked to be a "blackjack", E.J. might have given him the fight of his life. As it was, he was practically unconscious from the henchman’s blow to his head before Brady started in on him. Well, now I guess the Kiriakis/DiMera war has officially begun, and the sad part is it probably won’t teach E.J. anything at all. I’m sure someone will have seen something or heard something and it will all come out at some point, and then the revenge game will fall into play. Too bad Brady’s motive was mis-directed, because E.J. really didn’t have anything to do with Ariana’s death, and if this is the beginning of Brady’s dark persona, I’m not so sure I like it. I want jail time for E.J. AND Stefano for what they did to Sami and Rafe, not for what happened to Ari, because they had nothing to do with that. Troy was solely responsible for Ari’s death, and Dario saw to it that he was punished for it. As for Nicole, that was pure b/s on Brady’s part considering everything Nicole has done, with Brady’s help, I might add. Shame, shame, shame, Brady — you get no knight in shining armor award from me on this one.

ParticipantFor as much as you’ve been through, you must feel that enough is enough, right? My thoughts and prayers will be with you when you have your surgery, and I’m sure God will be watching out for you, as He has in the past. Hope to hear from you soon that your surgery was a complete success and that you are on the road to a complete recovery.
