who does that ….. in their office …… in the Town Square??? LOL. Have to admit, though, Brady looked hot. Madison, however, was taking it way too far. No wonder Sami felt uncomfortable. Still, I like Madison and Brady together; just not in her office space, even if it was a conference room, in the very public town square. I think she might really be falling for Brady, but I also believe there is a method to her madenss, which we have yet to see. The whole scene was a little too erotic for where it took place.
You must be very proud of your mom, her courage, strength and willingness to help you and others with cancer. Your positive attitude must make her very proud of you as well. Bless you and your mom, and all who fight to erase this dreaded disease. You will always be in my prayers.
from connecting on anything other than a professional level, which will not fair well with Madison or Brady. Her two-cents worth will not be taken lightly by either of them. As for why, maybe she knows more about Madison than we do, and she’s trying to protect Brady from something. We’ll see in the next few weeks, I’m sure.
guess it could be anybody, but I do remember reading that Madison had a connectin with someone in Salem, and everybody just took it to be Sami. From the "gotcha’" look on her face when she walked out of her offices after her seduction of Brady with the product line for men, I definitely feel now like Madison has been setting a plan into motion since she got here.
just read your post after I responded to Bonbon. So glad that’s where they’re taking Jack’s story.
I’m just glad to see Sami’s wardrobe has improved so much. I thought she really looked pretty today. But I agree, why would she be so upset if Madison and Brady got together. Sami, stop meddling …. he’s your step-brother, not one of your ex’s.
why else would Madison say, "if you come here now, you’ll spoil everything I’ve worked so hard to accomplish". I completely forgot that Kate swindled Billie out of Countess Wilhelmina way back then, and since it’s been said that Madison lived in Europe and traveled all over the world, she probably knows Billie and this is all a set-up to bring down Kate and her company. I can’t see where Quinn would have anything to do with Madison or her company, and that’s a good thing when they can keep us guessing. In any case, I always liked Lisa and will welcome her back if, in fact, that’s the road her return is headed down.
He evidently is holding in a great deal of mental anguish inside his self from what he endured in Afghanistan. The way he spoke to Jen the other day about the children he spent time with in the hospital, that he read to them on a regular basis, and especially the death of the little boy, Amir, and the fact that he feels he can’t write it down (Jack’s a journalist, for goodnes sake, and he can’t write anything down now), because the pain of remembering is too great right now. All of this and probably more than I can remember lead me to believe that this is where the writers will be taking Jack. We saw him chained to a wall in one of the mini-plots prior to September 26th, which would indicate he also went through a great deal of physical torture as well, so yes, I believe we will soon see, maybe through flashbacks, exactly what Jack endured and why he is suffering such ill effects from it now. It would explain a great deal about Jack’s behavior …. the sudden burst of anger over Chad, to the point of actually getting physical with him; his undying love for Jen and having to realize she may be moving on without him; the loss of his Abigail, and blaming himself for her getting sick, his sudden mood swings, all would indicate the perfect PTSD storyline, and this is where I think they will be taking Jack’s story. At least I hope that’s what we’ll be seeing.
I agree, if it’s a physical challenge, Ozzie should win; however, if it’s purely mental, he’s going to have a problem beating Christine, and all of his plans will go up in smoke, and he’ll be out the door, and Cochran will have accomplished exactly what he’s always wanted …. to get rid of Ozzie. I still believe Cochran is a crafty young man who knows exactly what he’s doing at all times …. nerdy, but crafty. Plus, now he has the idol, so even if Ozzie wins, he still will remain on RI until they bring him back into the game, so Cochran still has the upper hand, even though he promised to give the idol back to Ozzie when he returns …… IF he returns! Pretty good season.
but the eggs were harvested in the clinic many years before that time. 20 years ago they were stolen, but that doesn’t mean that’s when Maggie had the original procedure; it’s just the time when the eggs were stolen (by Victor, I presume) and given to Daniel’s parents to fertilize, resulting in Daniel Jonas.
and they are ruining Abbey already with her awkward position she’s taking with Jack. I know she’s an adult now, but Abbey has taken on a whole new personality with the father she has adored all her life. I just cannot deal with her attitude some days. I know what Jack did, and I’m not taking up for it, but Abbey won’t even open the door to communicate. I’m sure she’s going to at some point, because I thing Jack has PTSD, and I can believe the writers will soon have his disorder come into play, but in the meantime she’s also having to deal with Melanie falling all over her boyfriend, flirting with him, touching him, agreeing with all things he likes/dislikes to the point where I want Abbey to just explode on her. Melanie did the same thing to Stephanie, so it’s probably a given that she’ll do the same thing to Abbey until she breaks them up like she did Stephanie and Philip and Stephanie and Nathan. I like Abbey and Chad together, always felt they had a wonderful relationship. Lately I wish she would just light into Mel and maybe Chad as well. Mel is blatantly flirting with Chad every opportunity she gets, and with all of the problems Abbey’s encountering with her feelings over her parents right now, she doesn’t need this little man-eater trying to steal her boyfriend. Nope, her character doesn’t do it for me. She needs to back off and go find her own boyfriend.
when Marlena came to see Brady and interrupted his meeting with Madison. First off, Madison and Marlena seem to know one another, or at least know of one another. Then, Madison gets this mysterious call from someone, and though we did not hear much of the conversation, it was obvious that it was someone she was not pleased to hear from. She practically demanded this person not show up in Salem for fear he/she would "spoil everything she’s worked for." Now, who could that be, and what is Madison involved in with this person. What is she hiding? Might be interesting …. time will tell.
I’m hating the triangles foreshadowing these stories. I thought we were going to be done with that. I know everyone loves E.J. and Nicole, as do I, but this mayor storyline is just as ridiculous as others you mentioned. I know I’ve been reading over and over again how these stories will conclude at the end of the year, but I have to wonder if that’s going to improve things in 2012. Right now I feel like all of the hype about how the actors are so excited about the new writing was just that …. hype …. something to keep the fans hanging on, but if things don’t change drastically by then, I’m afraid you and I won’t be the only ones to be overwhelmed with disappointment. I’m reading the same types of critical posts on several boards I lurk on. We are, after all, entering November sweeps, and I see no break in the boredom hovering over our show with regard to these stories. So let’s go writers …. move it or lose it …. it’s time to give us what you promised.
