Participantand I’d be totally flabbergasted if she didn’t go home tonight. Even Maks himself tried to stop her from being too critical of the judges’ remarks, especially Carrie Ann’s, who has been extremely critical this year as well, ….. but, boy, does she love Rob Kardashian. For the most part, I think J.R. will have time to rest his ankle and that he’ll be just fine. I am surprised he did as well as he did last night, and you could see the pain as well as the frustration on his face. I still think he’ll win it. Funny, last week I stated something about barring any unfortunate injuries …. and then my favorite dancer sprains his ankle the following week. Rikki is good but she doesn’t move half as well as J.R., and if he comes back healthy next week, he’ll be just fine in their race for the mirror ball. I will admit Rob K. has improved, but his mannerisms just rub me the wrong way, although he was very good last night. Still think Hope’s going home tonight …. not because her dancing was weak, but she let her mouth run away with her and it did not put her in a very good light.

ParticipantShe has never been extremely comfortable in the ‘grandma’ role, and John is her husband after all. She has gone to and through hell and back for John, so does that mean she doesn’t care about her children or her grandchildren? Absolutely not, IMO. I can certainly understand that she would want to be with him for his court appearance. He’s already left the apartment while under house arrest, and she knows it would not take much for him to do it again. I think the confusion in the pub left everyone running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Everyone was so shook up, and it’s understandable that Marlena would be more concerned for John than anyone at that instant, because she probably thought that perhaps he had been shot. I can’t imagine her running up to Sami or Carrie or the kids before John. He is her main concern; he is her husband, and it was clear that everyone else was taking care of, or accounting for their own families. I just can’t see Marlena as some sort of uncaring mother/grandmother just because she didn’t run to them. It was obvious to me that she certainly did care that they were all alright. She just did not want to leave John’s side, and sorry, but I can’t fault her for that.

Participantby AS. I can certainly understand her being hysterical over her missing child; but, taking it out on John, Marlena, Rafe, Carrie…. just too much. I guess she forgot that John was the one who raised her, fed her, clothed her, comforted her, and loved her like his own when Marlena was out of the picture. For her to say that John wasn’t even family just did not sit well with me. Her attack on Marlena was absurd as well. I have always tried to defend Sami, but she was ruthless to her family yesterday …. so what did she do, she told Carrie that she could depend more on E.J. than she could her own family …. yes, E.J., …. the one who caused it all in the first place. Just when I thought Sami was finally gaining some ground in the grown-up department, she pulls this foot-stomping, finger-pointing, owl-screeching scene. I just wanted to slap her back into reality myself, and it makes it even harder to swallow knowing what her next stupid move will be.

ParticipantI realize she’s conflicted, but it seems to me she wants to have her cake and eat it, too. I’m sure she loves both of these guys, but what I’m not sure about is her reasoning. It’s obvious that she has feelings for Daniel, but now that she knows, partially at least, what happened to Jack and why he did not return to her and the kids, or even get in touch with them, has made her doubt her leaving him for Daniel. Jennifer wants to help Jack through this crisis, and is insistent that he seek professional help, even though he has adamantly said he can’t speak about it right now. What concerns me most right now is WHY Jennifer feels she needs to push Jack to do what she wants him to do. Is she there for him because she truly wants to be, or because she feels she needs to be there for him right now? That’s a big difference. She said it herself the other day when Daniel tried to reach her on the phone at the cabin. Jack asked her if everything was okay, and if she needed to be somewhere. Her answer was NOT "I’m right where I WANT to be;" it was "I’m right where I NEED to be. Maybe she’s the one who needs some space.

ParticipantI’m starting to lose a little respect for Brandon because he WON’T put his foot down where Fari is concerned. Obviously this woman cannot be shamed, belittled or even told off. She’s oblivious to criticism by anyone, including her own daughter, so Brandon needs to just explode on her sorry butt, and if Nadia can’t deal with it, then Brandon needs to put a little tough love out there where their relationship is concerned as well. The whole idea of a guy as gorgeous as Brandon Beemer taking this b/s day after day after day from his girlfriend’s mother and just looking at it as if to say, I love your daughter so I’ll just be your whipping boy and sit back and take it, makes me disrespect him even more than these two women. If they BOTH can’t give him the respect he deserves, then Brandon needs to start thinking hard about his relationship with Nadia, because it is obviously one that is never going to change if he doesn’t do something about it himself. Wake up, Nadia, before Brandon does, and I’m hoping he does wake up, and soon.

Participantbut I don’t think the shooter wanted to kill anyone. I think it was all a set-up by E.J. to make John so afraid that someone he loved was being targeted that he will give himself up during the trial in order to save everyone he does love. E.J. had better pay for this or I will be so p.o’d. at this writing. I am so sick and tired of these damn DiMeras.

Participantas it relates to a Grimm fairytale. I know that the detective’s family were ‘hunters’ of these creatures, and I know that the detective’s power is to be able to recognize these creatures, but I was liking the first two about the werewolf and then the 3 bears …. last night’s episode was not entertaining, and lacked the excitment and recognition of the first epis as they were recognizable Grimm fairytales in true-to-life fashion, but llast night’s story made no sense to me at all, and I just couldn’t get into it at all. I like Monroe too, but I’m still liking OUAT much better than Grimm.

Participanta pretty face and body does not a good guy make, and E.J., in my opinion, is worse than Stefano. At least Stefano can love (I do believe he has grown to love Kate); whereas, E.J. is incapable of loving a woman, no matter how hard he tries. I still believe his first preference is Sami, but I honestly hope that Nicole finds out about all of this, including the sex between them, and gets the hell out of his life. He is the devil incarnate. I realized back when he raped Sami when he said to her, "time to pay the devil his dues," that this is exactly who he is.

Participantthe expressions he managed to portray on that sweet little face were unbelievable for a child his age. Some child actors are better than the adults, and whichever Kunitz twin shot those scenes did a great job.
Patti
Participantof where they were hiding. At that point it was simply ‘duck & cover.’
Patti
Participantbut they still had to invest the death of some innocent child to lead into finding Johnny. Even had a repeat of bloody clothing found before the child is found, and the information is released that a child resembling Johnny is found dead. Ugh! When Rafe and Will find Johnny hiding in the pub, he tries to call Sami and let her know, but she’s too busy getting busy with E.J. to answer the phone, which will be happening, of course, when they are having grief sex thinking Johnny is dead. OMG, what a crying shame.
Patti
Participantthey’ve voted off one of her groups, while the other judges have all of their performers still in the running. Guess the voting audience doesn’t like the groups category, even though I thought both of the groups voted off were better than "Drew."
Patti
Participantalmost as if she’s afraid to allow herself to have feelings for Brady. I think there skeletons in her closet that are yet to be seen, but it’s obvious she is starting to fall for Brady.

ParticipantKen Corday and his writing staff are nothing more than a pack of liars who tell fans what they think they want to hear, and then do the exact opposite. They don’t write this show for the fans, that is out and out b/s. They write what they think will be good stories, and for the life of me I cannot think of how they can even perceive this to be good story-telling. This is an unconscionable act on the part of these two characters, but it’s even more indefensible on the part of the writers. It puts a big black and blue bruise on the show, itself, as well as these NEW writers and on Ken Corday as the show’s EP to even allow this atrocity. I hope with all my heart this isn’t a sign that Days of Our Lives has met its doomsday earlier than imagines; but, if not, it’s damn close to it with this. Hate it and hope it comes back to kick them all in the teeth.
Not only will this be an unconscionable act on Sami and E.J.’s part; but, to make matters worse, they are caught in the act by Will, who walks in on them. Guess they thought a repeat of Sami’s history when she walked in on John and Marlena was warranted, knowing how it screwed up Sami when she was young. Well, it doesn’t. First of all, John and Marlena were in love. They didn’t just think their child was murdered, so they decided to have sex. Who does that shit? I’m surprised we haven’t heard from JS about this, who found the original rape disgusting and let everyone know it. So, does that mean you’re okay with this, James, especially since your character seems to be trying to get back with Nicole? Oh, that’s right, but you love Nicole, don’t you — Sami is just "missing or dead child sex" — ugh. And, on top of it, this will draw Will out and is going to kick off his gay storyline as well. So, that being said, who’s next for these new writers … Rafe and Carrie, John and Marlena, Victor and Maggie — lots of lives to destroy here, so let’s have at it, shall we?

Participantit was a wonderful father/son moment, and obvious how much they really do care about one another. I loved the way John was so upbeat today. Their reunion was heartfelt and believable, to me anyway.
