He’d better hope he doesn’t run into some inmate who is a dog lover and hears what he did while he’s in jail.  How can anyone do that to such a beautiful animal.  My son has a GOLDEN Retriever, and they are the most faithful, lovable, obedient dogs on the planet, IMO.  They’re just natural lovers at heart.  It makes me sick when people intentionally hurt any animal.  This punk’s punishment should have been more severe.

as were many of the other partners and associates of the firm, and I NEVER, EVER left the office on the last day before the holiday without all of them wishing me a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (it’s not their New Year either).  They gave us a wonderful, top-of-the-line Christmas party every year, usually in one of the many finer Harborplace hotels, where we all celebrated the holiday together.  At noon, we were picked up in limos from our offices, driven to our party, and then driven to our home’s front door when we were ready to leave, and I kid you not, the bonuses were more generous than anywhere else I ever worked in my life.  They were wonderful to their staff and we had a Christmas tree in our lobby, and a Menorah in our office reception area.  It was wonderful, and I will never forget them, their spirit of giving, and the fact that our holidays and traditions meant as much to us as theirs did to them.

looks like the writers FORGOT it was a school/work day.  So typical.  Check a calendar once in awhile, Mar-Dar, will ya?

Virgin Queen of the Sudan, and yes, everyone here and elsewhere, not "seem" to, but absolutely "do" overlook everything she does.  Super-couple????  Hell, no, not for me.  She’s being played by E.J., no matter who thinks what, and everyone just keeps wishing her and E.J. to win king and queen of the prom, while I keep wanting nothing less but to see them in jail.  It’s time for these new writers to give me what they promised me, and EJole are at the top of my list, and it’s not a Christmas wish list either.

and since mommie dearest is queen of Countess Wilhemina, which was originally Billie’s baby, and Quinn is promoting Kate’s products in his studio, I would not be surprised if they pair Billie up with Quinn.

Dumb, except for Austin giving curly a good pounding.  That I liked.  But, please, GMAB with Abbey’s infatuation with Austin, and someone’s determination to push Rafe and Carrie together.  Hate that!!!!

By the way, thanks for asking if I’m settled in yet.  Pretty much so; now trying to put everything in the right places.  I’ve arranged and rearranged so many times right now, but things are starting to fall into place.  One thing I will say …. It’s definitely "Christmas Time in the City."  Sooooo pretty!

Not just for them, but for every criminal in Salem.  If they’re going to commit the crime, then show us them doing the time; and not with an ‘overnight’ stay.

KC said the show would now be returning to core family members, love, and less crime and the people who get away with it, etc., etc., and I guess I’m just sick to death of the story lines for this family.  I, for one, would love to see Nicole find out about E.J. and Sami and dump that sucker.  He needs to feel real pain, and a real broken heart and a landslide loss for Mayor due to his involvement with setting up John Black might do it for me; otherwise, I am so sick of him.  I’d rather watch Stefano and Kate any day than E.J. and/or the b/s he’s trying to put over on Nicole, and I may soon lose my sympathy for her as well if she keeps believing in this cad.

she seemed so composed for such a young girl.  Her song was better than Marcus’, I just think this show looks at who’s more marketable to the industry.  I realize it is supposed to be America’s decision, but I say ‘prove it.’  We don’t see the card; and there’s no meter or scale to show the percentage of votes each singer got (like on The Voice) when America has to make the choice.  Marcus is more of a "Babyface" or a "Bruno Mars" type of singer, which is much more popular with the kids buying music today; and (to me) Rachel is someone who belongs on The Disney Channel.  I did choke up, though, when she kept looking into her mother’s face and saying "mommy, you promised."  How could her mom promise her anything like that?

Nicole is on my very last nerve as a judge.  She talks too much; she thinks she knows more than she does; and she is deliberately voting against Simon, IMO.  If the X-Faxtor returns next season, I would not at all be surprised if she was not a part of it.

Still think Melanie takes it all.

on Christmas Eve, and ONLY one.  We could pick out any one that we wanted, but that was the only one we could open.  The rest had to wait until Christmas morning.  Oh, how well I remember how difficult it was to fall asleep on Christmas Eve.  I think for the most part that feeling is still the same today; at least, in my family (kids and grandkids) they are.

unfortunately, he was not the strongest.  I really thought he could win it, but knew that if he had to go up against one of the other stronger players on RI, that would be it for him.  I’m losing interest now on who will win.  Guess now I just don’t care.  Personally, I think this whole reality show is running out of gas.

back-burning the DiMeras with jail or anything else that would take them off canvas for a while.  Personally, I think the show needs to see them pay and still be seen on-screen from jail.  They’re doing it for John; they did it for Lucas; hell, they did it for Nicole …. why not E.J. and Stefano.  And look how long we watched Rafe behind bars and at the mercy of the DiMeras.  They could still write a story around them but showing it from THEIR jail cell for a change.  I think it would make a hell of a lot more people happy than to see them continue to use their evilness and continue to get away with the things they do to other people.  I’m just sick to death of them.

in a very long time.  The short one looked comical standing next to Chad and trying to act tough, even with a gun.  The taller one, well, to say he was a little slow would not be an exaggeration.  They reminded me of Leo Gorcey and Huntz Hall ("Slip" and "Satch") from The Bowery Boys (Dead End Kids), to some extent.  This storyline is a bust for me.
