Participantthat the real Princess Gina is returning, we’ll soon find out if E.J. is hers with John, and that Stefano will be devastated knowing that he is not E.J.’s father. I think that the real Princess Gina is E.J.’s mother and John Black is his father, but Hope unknowingly did marry John when she was made to believe she was Gina, but I do not think that she is E.J.’s mother. Does this make any sense to anyone?

Participantsome sort of life-changing evidence that Stefano had on Hope; otherwise, why in the world would Alice find it necessary to protect it from coming out, thus she had something so terrible on Stefano that the only way to counter his blackmail was to have her own dirt on him. So, although I didn’t know for sure, I’ve always thought that Stefano’s envelope would contain proof of some sort of scandal directly relating to Hope, as Alice’s envelope would contain the same relating to Stefano, and that it would be something that Stefano would never want revealed, i.e., E.J.’s birthright. Participantthe writers certainly did a good job letting the fans know that they (writers) do realize that most, if not all, of our dearly beloved characters have flaws and indiscretions far beyond what they are able to see in themselves, and yesterday’s show was a perfect example of sort of ‘hanging them all out to dry.’ When you take the time to dissect these characters, the flaws far outweigh the attributes. For example, although he wasn’t on yesterday’s show, Brady has continuously reprimanded Sami for her behavior, yet he seems to have decided to selectively forget about his entombing Vivian. LOL. If we took the time to do this to every character on DOOL, we could probably write the show ourselves, but kudos to Mar-Dar. At least they are showing me that they could be headed in the right direction after-all.

Participantshe wasn’t alone. The entire show today was so thick with hypocrisy, you could cut it with a knife. E.J. and Nicole condemning Abe and Lexi for Abe cheating and getting his hands on the debate questions; Abe believing Lexi has suddenly sprouted a conscience and professing that his wife doesn’t deserve to be lied to; Sami yelling at Rafe about betraying her and telling Carrie that she (Carrie) only wants what Sami has; I mean, my God, it just went on…and on…and on… The only ones who impressed me today were Stefano and Kate, but I’m sure that worm is going to turn very soon.

Participantand it is, after-all, the Super Bowl, so I expect a spectacular show. The other stuff like the marching bands and place-cards and such, to me, are more for college bowls. JMO.

Participantwho turns 87 this year. Wow, he looks great, and still so handsome!

Participantand I’m sure people will pay (as in tune-in) a lot more to see Beyonce than Nicole "What’s-her-name."
Patti
Participantsince both Nicole and Jennifer got a text indicating Abe got 67% of the voters approval and that he won the debate. I just wish we had seen more of it than we did. I must admit, though, this is going to come back and bite Abe in the butt — maybe not politically, but certainly personally once Lexi finds out the truth. She probably won’t even care that Nicole thought of it first….just that Abe and Jennifer went along with it, making them as bad as E.J. and Nicole in Lexi’s eyes.

Participantshe’s just a person who keeps herself busy. She has about 6 jobs, as I see it, including her own business, commercials, TBL, DOOL, she’s a fitness enthusiast, wife and mother, and still manages to find time to spend with her family (she takes them with her on location as much as she can). Personally, I don’t look at it as having her "shoved down my throat." But then, I have always liked Alison Sweeney. If I don’t want to watch something, I fast-forward it (if taped), get up and walk away from it (if live), or don’t turn it on at all.

Participantat least that’s what I read in past spoilers. Now, someone has created the rumor that he will be Madison’s father, and that Madison will be Kate’s daughter. I find that hard to believe the writers would go with another undisclosed child of Kate, and hope it’s not true. I would like him to be Madison’s husband, not her father. I also read that this person will cause problems in Kate and Stefano’s marriage as well. I know that Kate and Stefano have become a popular couple; but, personally, I could care less. To me the DiMeras will never deserve "happiness" in any of their miserable lives.

Participantnot too many people give her credit for her acting; many think she can’t act at all; but those scenes yesterday should prove them wrong. She did a wonderful job, even though I find it hard to believe the writers would have us believe she didn’t know all this time that Will knew what she did with E.J. It’s not that hard to figure out since his contempt was for his mother and her alone. I think she just chose to ignore it, hoping it would just go away. Alison was very heart-felt for me in her scenes yesterday and I felt the emotions and the hurt and anxieties as well on both actors. Great job!

ParticipantI adored that tweed skirt and belt, and the top was a perfect match for it and just the right shade for her. I like her hair that way as well. She’s such a beauty and having her hair up and away from her face (even with the bangs) just brings it out even more, especially her eyes (what color are they, anyway?). And AZ’s make-up always makes her skin appear flawless (which it probably is anyway).

Participantit was nice to see Nicole and E.J. take a hit for a change. Watching him stammer through those questions and seeing the look on Nicole’s face was priceless to me. Then, by God, she had the nerve to accuse Jennifer and Abe of stealing the questions before the debate when it was her idea to begin with. Laughable …. so eat some crow, Nicole …. have all you want …. goes well with all the rest of the birdshi* that you and E.J. try to feed everyone else. Loved it!!!
Patti
Participantanother thread, so I won’t repeat it; but, I will say, again, that I loved every minute of it. Seems these writers can make it interesting. Hope it continues after Feb. sweeps.
