it’s who has the best fans and that those fans actually call, text or get on-line and vote for their favorites that determines the winner. I’m sure hundreds of thousands watch every week and never vote. It’s like any other reality show, whether it be DWTS, SYTYCD (which starts tonight), AI, AGT, and the list goes on and. All things considered, these shows are based on popularity—always were, always will.
he was very gracious indeed, and I’m going to pray for him to get well so his career can really take off. I liked the way the kids would start out a song and then introduce a recording star to sing a duet with; but, honestly, I thought it was comical when Joshua introduced Fantasia, who is his idol, and not only did I think they sounded alike, but they looked alike as well. They could easily be mistaken for siblings. As for Jessica, she, too, appeared to be a very humble young lady. I don’t know if many 16-year olds could take that loss like she did. She seems like a sweet girl who appeared genuinely happy for Phillip, and who no doubt already has her own shining star. I predict she’s going to be huge. Loved, loved, loved seeing Aerosmith perform, and old hippie or not, Steven Tyler is still an amazing, fantastic performer. I wish him and Aerosmith much success on their 2012 tour.

spend the time to find and remove a bad virus (think it was a "trojan" virus) let alone listen to me harrangue him for not being able to get my daily message board "fix". Although, frankly, I don’t see much difference if you have to wipe a hard drive clean or replace it. I just call him, he listens, he sighs (not again), he comes to my house, works some magic, and "voila", I’m back up and running. The time he did replace it, he took my old hard drive with him and, when he got the time, recovered much of what I wanted to keep, like pictures, etc. So, I guess it’s not "what" you know, it’s "who."

of the three, and although William Levy was hot hot hot as a firecracker, I found his Latin dances were his best, because they sure did show his sexuality, and were by far his best dances, plus they got the audience (and Bruno) screaming for more, not to mention the most excited—and even Cheryl knew it and took advantage of it. Katherine should have won, because she was, as Len said, the "complete package," but there was something about Donald that made him so likable because these dances didn’t come easy to him and I think the audience related to that. I know I did.
I’m really looking forward to the all-star show. Some of my favorites I would love to see return are:
Killy Monoco (first ever winner) but she’s currently on front-burner story at GH, so don’t know if she would have the time to compete, or if she would even be allowed to;
Apolo Ohno;
Helio (Race Car Driver) (won’t attempt his last name);
Evan Lysocek;
Hines Ward;
Gilles Marini;
Christie Yamaguchi (sp?);
Brooke Burke (doubtful since she’s now co-hosting the show); and
J. R. Martinez (I think he’s my all-time favorite).
I wasn’t impressed with either one of them, but like Randy said, at this point it doesn’t matter much. On another point, Phillip is supposed to go into the hospital right after the finale, because his kidney is failing again. I wish him well. This was posted on the Comcast Infinity News Bulletin Board. Evidently his doctor(s) recommended he go in weeks ago, but he refused to quit the show. Get well, Phillip. No singing title is worth your life.
Best scenes for me were between Maggie and Victor. I thought they were very realistic and I could easily feel the emotional heartache for both of them. However, it was bound to happen. Sooner or later they had to explain this crazy egg-baby story line (one in a long list of horrible ones), which to me was the fact that Victor owned the building where the eggs were stored, and that he did not know who Maggie was back then. Still did not give him the right to just take the eggs and give them to his friends, regardless of how close they were, but at least it was explained. Once again, I think John Aniston and Suzanne Rogers did a terrific job with their scenes. Maggie sure is a great crier!
Lexi, I agree, has certainly done an about-face in declaring her love for fatha’, and this was way before she knew she was dying. So much of Lexi’s past relations with Stefano should have been enough to have her never ever want to be in his presence again, let alone excuse him for his crimes and expect E.J. as Mayor to "get him out of jail." I did like her scenes with E.J. at that ridiculous faux-Paris setting. I wish he would tell her the truth about his not being Stefano’s son or her sister, and how Stefano is treating him now. Until this ends, I simply cannot stand to watch the DiMeras any longer. I don’t even want to imagine what they are bound to turn Chad into now. It’s disgusting as well as embarrassing writing for this notorious familial, but having Stefano murdered would be a good start to an even more memorable finish for this prominent crime family.
Ok…..The CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY is going to hire the likes of Stefano DiMera, a known world-wide criminal, to help them catch an arms dealer and then, even before he even gets a foot on the pier to do his sleuthing, never realizes he was talking to 4 of the 6 people he is suspected of killing
oh, this is too painful to watch or comment on any further. John’s right —- take him out yourself and damn the consequences.
The Salem P.D. and the ISA and every other member in the room were so absurd. They should not even try any longer. Maybe this is why Peter Reckell hasn’t signed yet. Looks like he’s as fed up as I am. Same with Josh Taylor. Can Roman be any more of a joke? The only thing that would satisfy me is for Bo and Hope to quit the force, they can kill off Roman for all I care, and have Rafe join Bo and Hope and open up their own private investigation business. John should return to Basic Black working side by side with Brady, and the doc should get an office at Salem U. Hospital and use her wonderful psychiatric sense of counseling AND GET PAID FOR IT. I truly expected yesterday’s scenes at the police department to start running in super-fast speed, identifying them with the Keystone Cops, since that’s certainly what they all looked like.
What little we saw of Carrie, Austin and Rafe was still too much Carrie, Austin and Rafe. Carrie and Rafe were a huge mistake, Austin is a pathetic loser, and Carrie is a serial cheating ho’, and the story line just keeps getting worse and worse for me, because now she’s pregnant by HER husband, but is in love with her sister’s. So, that house that Austin is so determined to buy for him and the love of his life should fall on both of them.
And that’s all I have to say about that!!!!!

determined to have Rafe, I would really hate her character far more than I do now, and Rafe just as much. As for Molly Burnette, it is a little surprising, because I thought she was TPTB’s golden child, plus she’s getting fed up with Chad always being there for psycho Gabi. As for Eileen Davidson possibly returning as Kristin or Susan, I wouldn’t care which one she came back as, so long as she returns. Y&R was crazy to fire this talented lady; but, hey, their loss would be our gain, for sure. There are so many ways they could go with either character, especially now with rumors flying about Stefano’s impending death, which I truly think will happen, possibly as a cliffhanger right before we break for the Summer Olympics, with a huge umbrella "whodunit" return s/l. I might be wishing my life away sooner than I want, but I honestly can’t wait for August just to see the new writers’ ideas for DOOL, thinking this is the last chance for the show to bring up the ratings, before "DOOL" becomes "DOOM."
I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t run right out and put a large non-refundable down payment on it, now that he knows Carrie is pregnant.
and, yes, the Gemini Twins (Cassie and Rex) would share Kates DNA, even though Marlena gave birth to them. All that aside, I know two people who gave birth to natural (no fertility drugs) twins with no other twins on either the mother’s or father’s side. Admittedly, it is rare.
and they are both Romans daughters so, yes, twins do run in her family. I’m not even counting Sami’s twins, because they were conceived by two different fathers. And, Marlena’s real life twin was her twin on the show as well.
I chose to watch the race on TV. I went to several Preakness events in my time, and now I prefer not to fight the crowds, the heat, and the party people who just attend for that reason. "I’ll Have Another" was so impressive, mainly because he ran the same kind of race at the Preakness as he did in the Derby. That horse certainly has a great finish, and even though young jockey (Guttierez) wasn’t well known before, he certainly is now. I wish everyone associated with this gorgeous animal, from the owner down to the stable people who care for him, the best of luck at the Belmont, to go all the way and bring home the first Triple Crown in 34 years.
