Nicole slipped and fell backwards, and soon after goes into labor, where she delivers (conscious and wide awake I might add) her baby (so she sees it delivered), but of course, he is stillborn. Of course, Daniel takes Jennifer’s side, because first, he knows Jennifer would never do this intentionally to Nicole or to anyone else, and second, Nicole lies to everyone she can, claiming that Jennifer "pushed" her down the stairs, which she did not, but Billie and Brady, who were walking by when Nicole was falling, must then admit that Jennifer has been acting strangely obsessed with keeping Nicole away from Daniel, and Jen told Billie that she hated Nicole and how she was determined to "stop" Nicole from ruining Daniel’s life (all none of her business, I agree). Further investigation causes Jennifer to be arrested for murder, and she goes to jail. Now, I just hope that they discover the missing scalpel in Nicole’s purse, where she’ll probably say she was going to hurt herself. However, that would then prove that she would have known her baby was dead. I’m also thinking the handwritten hospital chart will be discovered, of course. Ooooh, it’s all soooo soapy, but I hope this story line will soon end. Like I said before, I hope they never make Nicole pregnant again. She can adopt, hire a surrogate, I don’t care, but she should not ever gave to go through this again. Worse than that, her sorrows aren’t over yet, because E.J. is going to manipulate and use her once again, just to get back and Sami and Rafe. Uggghh!
I didn’t recognize him either. Even when they first were introducing the dancers, I knew he was with Kirstie, but when they walked down the stairs, I thought to myself, "oh, no, where’s Maks …. hope he wasn’t hurt." Took me a while to realize that WAS Maks. LOL. Since the pros had to follow the stars’ direction, I think Kirstie’s dominant personality just ‘took over’ and Maks had to follow her rules. And, when did Apollo get so darned sexy? I thought he was great last night.
for bringing it back last night and beating the Yankees 3-2. Now, a well deserved day’s rest, then ready to take on the Yanks in their own backyard. We’ve performed well there this season, so keeping my fingers crossed.

for some reason I just do not care that much for Drew Lachey. Bristol is still like a manekin, no matter who she dances with, and I also love Melissa. Surprised to see Gilles mess up a little last night, and simply was not crazy about Kirstie and Maks at all last night, and I adore Maks. But the weeks are going to get tougher and the dancers better and better. Lots don’t like her, but I love Kelly. She’s so petite and yet has some great moves, and is picking up all of her confidence from being the season 1 winner. Tough choices for elimination tonight, but I would have to say Bristol and Kirstie as well.
he’s certainly proved to me that he’s certainly no "white knight;" more like a "grey goose" where some of his latest decisions are concerned.
the hospital computers crashed that day and it was mentioned that everything furing that time had to be done the ‘old fashioned’ way …. handwritten charts, so for now Nicole’s report would not be in the computer, the doctor who made them is in South America, and there’s no back-up for the hand-written report.
because of his "do as I say, not as I do" when judging Sami’s decisions. I’m all for Sami waking up, and more than one Salemite can slam her for those decisions. Lucas does it all the time. Sami needs to develop a "don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining" defense. Rafe is supposed to be this good guy, white knight, definite Sir Galahad type, and here he is plotting and scheming to keep his sister out of jail (where she clearly should be), yet ready to throw himself on his sword before letting anything happen to his poor, misguided, little sis. His affair with Carrie, which would definitely have happened without a thought toward Austin OR Sami if Carrie had not been pregnant. Then, of course, there’s the whole ridiculous baby story line pretending to be Nicole’s baby daddy, all just shows me that Rafe is more grey than white, and now he shouldn’t trust Sami? But, of course, this is Sami ….. and she’s like a young version of Kate, so everything about her is disgusting to most posters anyway. She would have to decide, now, would she take it right to E.J. since it’s Nicole, her worst enemy, or would she be too concerned about what E.J. or the DiMeras would do to Rafe? I think the writers are slowly changing Sami, and allowing her to make "big girl" decisions that may or may not prove she is growing up. She does seem to be a much better character for me today than in the past, and I would say, yes, she’s "growing up", and that’s largely in part due to Rafe.

Nicole obviously won’t want anyone to know she lost that baby yet, because IMO now she can once again manipulate Daniel into leaving with her. Then she can replay the actual event that happened, which is the baby is dead inside her, blame it all on Jennifer for stressing her out, deliver a dead baby, and her and Daniel can live happily ever after. That IS soooo Nicole’s M.O., so it would be no surprise to me in the least. I hate that she cares more about losing Daniel than she does about losing her baby. Throwing that file away was a surety of that for me, since she already knows her child is dead. Honestly, I hope they never make Nicole pregnant again; this kind of story line for such a multi-talented actress as Ari is non-deserving to her and to the general audience as well. Thing is, now we all know that at some point someone will find that file in the trash, disclose her scam, and once again her number will be up. JMO here …. not a spoiler!
Ravens win (ugly, but still a win); BUT, Yanks take first game from us 7-2. Hopefully, we’ll get em’ tonight!
I really don’t care if you’re a sports fan. There are at least 3 of us on this site who are, and we like to talk sports. I haven’t replied to your political threads up until my points on the debate MODERATOR, so whatever, if you don’t like it, don’t read it.
I haven’t seen our city this psyched over its sports teams in many years. We do have rain here in Baltimore today, so I’m hoping by game time (6:00 p.m.), the rain will have stopped and we can all enjoy the game without any rain delays or postponement. Two games here then on to New York. It would be so awesome to go in with 2 wins under our belts already. Then, we would just need to win 1 out of 3 in New York.

Absent from the playoffs for the last 15 seasons, the Baltimore Orioles returned in style last night, beating the Texas Rangers 5-1, and are now ready, willing and certainly able to face our (and probably everyone else’s) nemesis, the New York Yankees, in the best 3 out of 5 to take the ALDC (American League Division Championship). Charm City is rockin’ today. Everywhere you look all you see is a sea of Orange and Black (or Purple and Black for our beloved Ravens).

unfortunately, according to the spoilers I read, that will NOT be the case. Even if the original plan was for the substitute doctor to be working for the DiMeras and has Nicole believing her baby is dead when it isn’t (which I don’t believe was the case), it certainly will be next week when Nicole steals a scalpel and decides she’s going to kill Jennifer because she thinks Daniel is choosing Jen over her (OMG how soapy can you get)…. when she confronts Jennifer (someplace where there are stairs), her attempt to kill Jen fails, she slips and falls down the stairs, causing her to go into labor, and her baby is delivered STILLBORN. Now, my question has to be, how in the world would they justify a DiMera kidnapping if this is the case. No way; that would make these writers look like fools, and this is what I’m tired of with soaps. Just return Nicole to Nicole and be done with all of this! AZ is talent personified. She doesn’t have to keep losing her babies to have a good story written for her.
