Nicole keeps it a secret that her baby is no longer alive (Deja Vu).
Nicole wants to leave the state with Dan. Jen and Nicole clash.
Jen intends to do something about Nicole and says so. Brady overhears. Nicole wants to KILL Jen but she falls down the stairs by mistake and the baby is stillborn. Nicole accuses Jen of Murder and Jen is arrested. (wasn’t this done with Jan Spears)
Nick gets an unexpected offer from Kate (UH OH. I can see this is not going to be good for Nick)
Nicole keeps it a secret that her baby is not alive? How can that happen. When a baby dies it has to be removed or it can kill the mom…quickly.
I saw on Dr. Pol where a cow had a dead calf inside he was trying to get out and it was decaying and filling her up with toxins and gas and the cow died while he was trying to remove the calf. I imagine it wouldn’t be any different with a baby.
I just hate, hate, hate that they’re doing this to Nicole. I don’t know why this is so upsetting but it’s just wrong.
These spoilers are contradictory aren’t they? If she is going to keep it a secret that her baby has died then she cannot get Jen arrested for murder, right? And who is she keeping it a secret from? Daniel? EJ? Rafe? Oh wait, her baby is probably dead in utero and she falls down the steps and blames Jen after the fact to keep her from Daniel, I guess. (Lightbulb over that last sentence, LOL)
I had 2 friends who’s babies died in utero at 5 and 6 months. They had the option of being induced to deliver the baby or waiting until they go into labor on their own. I’m guessing that’s what happends with Nicole, she opts to wait for her body to get rid of the baby and when that happens she says the baby died as a result of Jen.
personnel at the hospital and another doctor assists Nicole in the delivery of her baby. And then….after the baby dies, this doctor ends up going to South America for some kind of inter-country aid program…how convenient. My guess is that the baby is not dead, the new doctor works for Stefano, the baby is alive and taken out of the country by the Dimeras and EJ ends up with his new son. I don’t think Nicole will know that her baby is really alive.
EXCEPT… Why tell Nicole there is no heartbeat. She would have to wait for Nicole to deliver naturally or take it by Ceserian (sp?). If the baby is dead, they’d just remove it vaginally and I don’t think you could do that with a live baby if she still has three weeks to go. The doctor would have to take a chance that she would deliver it naturally, which may not happen!
I think this is another case of the writers not knowing what they are talking about. Like so much of the legal stuff they try to push down our throats.
Whether the baby is dead or alive they’d most likely give pitocin to induce laber and it doesn’t have to be done immediately but can wait a few days. I’m just not sure what the change in personnel has to do with the baby being dead or alive unless the doctor was to induce her right then and take the baby but with the mess up in the hospital’s computer system it made that impossible. I just don’t see why the computers being down would be such a catastrophe since hospitals are equipped to work in most disaster situations and no computers just means they have to do everything by hand and use the phone to relay lab results and a runner to hand deliver x-rays.
I’m wondering if the change outage was Stefano’s doing so they couldn’t use the normal means to examine Nicole (I still don’t know what the use of the computer has to do with that). Then re-routing all patients to another hospital would have meant Nicole would have had to go to St. Mary’s or whatever that other hospital is to deliver where they don’t know Nicole and Stefano can take her baby. Might end up being what happens when she falls and goes into labor.
It looks so much like everything is coming together for this to be Stefano snatching his grandson, then Bo goes around the world looking for the baby. Someone has to put two and two together about the strange doctor sub and figure out this wasn’t what it first appeared to be. Of course Nicole will complicate things by being the schemer she is.
i found it interesting that the computers just happened to be down, paper can be destroyed. the sound was turned down on the sonogram, also.
unfortunately, according to the spoilers I read, that will NOT be the case. Even if the original plan was for the substitute doctor to be working for the DiMeras and has Nicole believing her baby is dead when it isn’t (which I don’t believe was the case), it certainly will be next week when Nicole steals a scalpel and decides she’s going to kill Jennifer because she thinks Daniel is choosing Jen over her (OMG how soapy can you get)…. when she confronts Jennifer (someplace where there are stairs), her attempt to kill Jen fails, she slips and falls down the stairs, causing her to go into labor, and her baby is delivered STILLBORN. Now, my question has to be, how in the world would they justify a DiMera kidnapping if this is the case. No way; that would make these writers look like fools, and this is what I’m tired of with soaps. Just return Nicole to Nicole and be done with all of this! AZ is talent personified. She doesn’t have to keep losing her babies to have a good story written for her.
For a while she was becoming a feeling human being because of the children; but now she is as bad as ever and obsessed over Daniel. She’s too smart for that.
I just don’t understand the point of the storyline to once again have Nicole lose another child. I can only guess that the pregnancy was from the old writers and the new ones decided it should go. I give applause to Ari for again scoring an A+ for her performance. It is just more than someone can stand.
Remember when TPTB said there would never be another child die after Zack? Well, we had Nicole’s fist child , then Grace and now baby number 2. ENOUGH.
Wish they came up with a more creative way to end this. Maybe Nicole decides that it is too dangerous to keep her child because of EJ and so heartbreakingly gives him up for adoption. It would do a great deal to redeem Nicole and resolve the SL.
they’re having Nicole’s baby die (if in fact it really is dead, which I doubt), remember, everybody was aware she was in a high-risk pregnancy and really shouldn’t have been able to get pregnant in the first place. I know that doesn’t make it any more tragic or traumatic but, if it were me, I think it would have always been in the back of my mind that it could happen.
But I still think this is a Dimera plot. At least I hope so.
