Participantand John trying to convince Marlena that Kristen has changed is stupidity at its highest peak. The very thought of Kristin coming back into that room, telling Marlena she has one more thing to say, and then looking straight into her eyes with that evil grin on her face, and saying "thank you," made me want to grab her by the neck and choke her myself. Granted, Marlena should have done the sensible thing and walked away, but instead she played right into Kristen’s hands by showing how all of this nonsense affected Marlena. John and Brady’s insistence that Kristen has changed will serve them both right when they live to regret it, and I don’t have one single doubt in my mind that they both will live to regret it. I need Marlena to get even tougher with Kristen and eventually take her down. I am so damn sick of the DiMeras evil ways, I can’t see straight.

Participantyou fooled me, Jason. I was so sure it was going to be JJ.

Participantthat the girl is borderline schizophrenic. Why can she lot learn to keep her mouth shut. I hope when Gabi finds if, or more likely, when, she tells Rafe, that she’ll really blast her, and then when she finds out the child is Will’s, she has a meltdown like no other we have seen …. not because the child is Will’s, but that she will realize that she and Lucas will be grandparents. Let’s see who’s going to need Father Eric’s counseling now, miss thing.

ParticipantI’m liking this story line much more than I ever thought I would. So many characters are involved besides Will, Sonny, Gabi and Nick. I’m loving how their situation is raining down on everyone else in their lives. I’m not a huge fan of Camilla Banus; but I think she’s doing a great job so far. I just have this feeling that Sonny will be the last to know, though. Looks to me like Adrienne was right when she claimed she was worried about Will breaking Sonny’s heart. If they keep this from him while everyone else finds out, I don’t know if he will have the power to forgive, even though Will and Gabi got together before Will and Sonny did. I just see so much turmoil and disappointment coming his way if they don’t tell him the truth as well. I think the writers will go with Gabi and Nick getting married and claiming the child is theirs. Bad move if that’s so, at least for Sonny. And we haven’t even gotten into those who will be affected if, or I should say when, the truth comes out, i.e., Sami, Rafe, Nick, Lucas, Kate, Chad, Adrienne, Justin, and a multitude of others, especially the Brady and Horton families, with lots of plotting and scheming by the Dimera clan. Wow, now this is how you write an "umbrella" story line.

ParticipantI can’t see what people see in Emmitt. All of his dances look the same to me. Although I think you’re right, Lucky, I will be sad to see Kelly go. I know a lot of people don’t like her, but I think she’s a terrific dancer for as petite as she is. Val pulls her all over that floor, and yet she manages to keep up with him. One slip of the hand and I’m always expecting her to go flying across the room. I agree about Melissa and Tony. I’d love to see them win it. She and Tony look like they’ve been partners for years, and they are so in sync with one another. Derek and, especially, Shawn just seem to get better and better. Her gymnastic skills give her so much flexibility. Couple of slips last night could knock out Karina and Apolo, but who knows …. the votes continue to surprise me each week, especially after Gilles was sent packing last week. Right now it’s anybody’s trophy to win; but, like you, I’m rooting for Melissa and Tony.

ParticipantAlexander was born as the result of an affair between Justin Kiriakis and Angelica Devereaux. Angelica hid the fact that Alexander was Justin’s and she married Neil Curtis in hopes of giving her child a name. Victor Kiriakis wanted Angelica to marry him so he could use the baby as his heir, but she refused him. Eventually the truth came out that the child was Justin’s. Angelica tried to use Alexander to split up Adrienne and Justin, and she almost succeeded. Justin and Adrienne still remained in love and Angelica fled town with Alexander. The plane Angelica and Alexander were supposed to be on crashed, but they had taken a different flight instead. In 1991, Johnny Corelli tracked down baby Alexander and returned him to Justin.

Participantand telling Will right off the bat was a pleasant surprise. That, plus the fact that Will is obviously going to stand by Gabi by admitting that it’s "their" problem to solve, not just Gabi’s alone. I do think Will wasn’t considering the baby as a problem, rather how they are going to tell their significant others that they are having a baby with someone else. I’m thinking Sami will have more of a problem with it than Rafe or Lucas. She’s going to be between a rock and a hard place once they find out; but, in her defense, she is following Gabi’s request for her not to tell Rafe, so he can’t say she lied to him; she just chose not to betray Gabi’s insistence that she not tell anyone. And so I hope she continues to hold her ground, because it’s not her secret to tell…it’s Gabi’s and Will’s. As far as Nick and Sonny, I can’t help but feel that Sonny will be way more accepting than Nick, who already has displayed homophobic tendencies toward Will and Sonny, and now he’s going to have to face the fact that his new love is pregnant by his gay cousin. I’m looking forward to how this will all turn out, but I have a feeling Gabi will want to keep her baby, causing even further fear from what Chad will do once the truth comes out. Makes more sense, since we know how much Chad hates Gabi and blames her for his unhappiness.

Participantbut it will be short-term. I read that she will come back with a lot of "pay-back" and that her reasoning will be her and (supposedly) Philip’s son, Parker. Geez, don’t tell me that Parker is going to wind up being Daniel’s child after-all. Oh well, I like Nadia and Chloe’s last appearance was a complete bust (no pun intended) for me to watch. It’s about time she got her groove back, so I’m looking forward to her return. However, the last time I saw an interview with Nadia, she claimed it will be a short-term return, so why else would they bring her back if not another baby drama story line. I’m betting Parker will be Daniel’s son, not Philip’s, which will probably occur right before a Valentine’s Day wedding (probably Daniel and Jennifer’s). Like I said, ‘oh, the drama.’ I’m not spoiling the storyline, because I don’t really know who she will be targeting, but this is just my feeling of what’s going to happen.

Participantthat he will be the one, and probably the ONLY only one, who will come to Nicole’s defense. Although he is a priest, there was a time when he was madly in love with Nicole and she with him until she decided to dump him for money when Kate gave her 5 mil to marry Lucas. Now, Nikki is so vulnerable, so disgusted with her own self, and in so much pain, in all likelihood, Eric will be the only one to see that and will be there for her throughout her healing process, and, of course, in the interim, find himself reminiscing their past. At least she will have someone on her side, but will he be tempted to leave the church when he finds her irresistible when it comes to keeping his vows? Of course he will. Why else would they have brought him back as a priest? Oh, the drama of it all. Can’t wait, though; I absolutely love Greg Vaughan. He was marvelous on General Hospital as Lucky Spencer.
Patti
Participantthat they (writers) made it appear as if Eric still had feelings for Nicole, so I can just imagine how this will be going, eventually anyway.

Participantsince they are already taping Valentine’s Day (where there’s a wedding), I imagine Rinna will exit shortly after the holidays.

Participantbut Gabbi insisted Sami should stay. Regardless, Sami has suddenly decided to insert herself into Gabi’s life, and it’s only to stay in Rafe’s orbit; that’s obvious, so now she’s going to realize that not only is her son gay and in a relationship of his own, but now he is going to be a young, single parent, JUST LIKE SHE WAS. What was that line Kristen gave E.J. the other day: "Judge not lest ye be judged." Oh yeah, I’m sort of looking forward to how this will play out, especially since both Sami and Lucas are on different sides of the fence where Will being gay is concerned. I’m expecting some real conflicts for all involved here. And HERE’S where Gabbi should tell everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, to STAY OUT OF IT, and that it is between 4 people and 4 people only…..Gabbi, Nick, Will and Sonny.

Participantit’s hard to judge. The judges are sometimes too critical, whereas the general audience is voting for their favorites. Sure, I get that, but I agree that Gilles should have lasted longer than Emmett. It’s not that Emmett isn’t good, but he cannot compare with Gilles’ ability. Guess it’s his popularity, or maybe even Cheryl’s, who seems to be a favorite among the pros. Looks like this is just another example of "it’s not what you know, but WHO," cause Emmett does have a huge fanbase with the football fans and players.
Kirstie was no surprise, but she handled it very well. I think Maks was more disappointed than Kirstie. I hope he gets a chance next season to showcase his amazing talent by getting a great dancing partner. Seems he always gets the short end of the stick.

Participantand I couldn’t be happier about this, we are going to see the hanging of the ornaments at the Horton house. I can believe that Maggie and Jennifer will be there, as will Julie and Doug, and Hope, …. after that it’s only hoping. Just having the Hortons continue with the tree trimming is great; then I see (hooray) that we will have Saint Luke’s beautifully decorated for Christmas, with maybe Father Brady changing into his vestments and doing Christmas mass for Salem folks, including, looks like to me, Sami, perhaps with E.J.; I’m seeing the names of Will and Sonny, Lucas, Nicole, and even Stefano, so we know he’ll be back for Christmas, and hopefully Nicole will be on her way to settling into her new life, happy with herself, but not yet with Eric and not trying to be….yet. I see you state someone’s child comes home, and since I saw a spoiler recently that someone goes missing, I’m thinking it might be Theo. But, the best thing I see is the celebration of Christmas, beautiful decorations, and new stories forming, so I’m delighted. There’s also someone doing Santa, but I can’t guess who that is yet. Too vague to tell, but I’ll guess that it’s going to be Doug, since I know Doug and Julie are scheduled to appear for the holiday. That’s all I got so far.
