should be "elicit" — to draw something out or go forth with.

just when I was so proud of her today for taking Chloe on a reality check of how she’s displaying her manipulation of Daniel, she goes and practically demands he cut off all ties with Chloe.  I’ll venture to say that’s not going to work.  Maybe Jen’s just sick of it all and will decide to leave the triangle.  That would be my thought if it were me.  It’s not worth the agony and the daily stress Chloe will continue to pile on Jennifer, since it’s obvious she’s not going to let go.  Maybe Daniel needs Jennifer to walk away to prove her point, since he obviously can’t Chloe for what and who she is, no matter how much he tries to convince Jen and Maggie that he does.

this post, especially the Rafe/Carrie issues.  I am sick of Carrie being the good witch, and I would be happy if for once Sami’s family would put themselves in her shoes and base their opinions on how Sami has been overshadowed by Carrie for most of her life.  I never, ever, ever, in forever liked Carrie for this reason, and have royally gotten pi$$ed at Marlena and Roman for the same reasons.  Then the writers put this forbidden love story between Rafe and Carrie together, and people thought it was soooo great because it was "pure" Rafe and "pure" Carrie, and well, I think that’s when my feelings for Rafe went down the tubes.  I no longer look at Rafe as the winner because he’s free of Sami, because that’s not the way he truly feels anyway, but …….. it’s the way I feel, so now for him and Kate to enter into this illicit interlude is just fine with me (it wasn’t at first, but it is now), because like someone posted somewhere, Lauren Koslow still looks great, and she may be 60, but GG is in his 40’s, so you know what they say about "if it looks/feels good ……"  I say go for it Kate and get it while you can, cause I have a feeling it will all be coming to an end once Stefano gets back anyway.  Plus, I love Kate’s and Rafe’s protection of Will and Gabi, and coming together on their opininos of Nick.  I think I’m going to really enjoy that "interference" in this baby storyline —- anything to get Nick’s story moving.  Plus, LK and GG work really well together and I enjoy their looks and inuendos while they try to stay on track.  This whole decision brought life back into GG’s acting as far as I’m concerned, sort of like it did when he was R-2.  Rafe Hernandez, on his own, is very boring 99 44/100% of the time.

she will still be doing DOOL, at least for a while yet.  At least this is what they are saying on another site.  SONY owns both shows, so they had to agree to this since when Y&R refused to release ED from Y&R so she could return to DOOL, SONY fired her from Y&R to make it possible.  Therefore, the same arrangement was probably made to return her to Y&R.  Hope this doesn’t burn her out.  She is a marvelous actor, but her role on DOOL as Kristen DiMera is much more compelling than she ever was as Ashley Abott on Y&R….at least towards the end of her run there.

and even though she only said a line or two, I thought she did well for her first day on screen.  LOL’d when she told Nicole she was squeezing her too tight.  At least we know she can talk.

that she accused Philip of rape falsley and that Chloe didn’t ‘bat an eye’ over that malicious lie.  The bitch one was where he was talking about Nicole to Eric when he gave him a contribution to the church/school.  He said something like "the bitch is back in the city."  Don’t think Eric looked on that one too favorably, though.

I so much like her playing Kristen that way instead of melting into a mound of mush and letting Kristen get the better of her.  I swear, after today I am convinced that Kristen is criminally insane.

"Chloe, I haven’t had the opportunity to tell you how delighted I am …. no, let me take that back …. I am over the moon that you are back here in Salem.  Thank you, God, for answering my prayers."

    or…

    Chloe:  "Toxins are everywhere, Victor."

Victor:  "Yes, I know; I’m looking at one right now."

    You go, Victor —- LMAO!

when she suggested he stay away from the girl who can’t get along with all the other girls in the house.  Tierra was a drama queen, and I was glad Sean gave her the boot finally.  She sure did act one way in front of him, all helpless and crying all the time, and then the claws emerged when she was in the house with the other girls without Sean.  Sort of reminded me of Chloe Lane.  LOL!  I couldn’t wait for that girl to leave.

like when lately she’s always trying to find a reason to hug him.  Loved it today when she tried again and he just grabbed her arms and held her at bay.  I see no improvement whatsoever in the writing for Chloe.

looks like they were just teasing us and wanted to see the fan reaction to them before they threw them away with rewrites.  Surprisingly, lots of people like them.  I would rather see Rafe with Nicole, but it looks to me like they are setting up the good father to take the fall from Grace.  Too bad, IMO!

but not for the same reasons as most.  I’m looking for some surprise changes, and they would be the perfect place to start for me.

if she wants to visit with Parker, she should go to the child and not insist that the child live with them.  Sometimes Maggie’s head just isn’t screwed on right.  Daniel will bring him to Maggie without hesitation.  Victor sure does call it like he sees it, though, and usually his vision is right on the mark.
