that he pulled Nick out of the water, along with the date and time of the rescue, and to Nick’s physical condition; and he can certainly testify that he saw the three ladies (and I use that term loosely) as well as the date and time he saw them and where he saw them, as well as how nervous and suspicious they were acting, even if it IS his word against theirs. That’s the trouble with soaps, though, nobody pays for any serious crime they’ve ever committed. It gets a little tiresome to me. I agree about Gabi, though. She is totally charmed by Nick’s constantly reminding her that the other two are throwing her under the bus and that they won’t let her speak for herself, but speak for her instead. Gabi is totally going to cave, but that’s just my opinion. She is lost and nervous and completely losing control of her own destiny, and this is what Nick is trying to control. Looks like he’s succeeding from where I sit. Why do I think this will be Sami’s next mess that E.J. will have to clear up for her?

I totally agree about Nicole, in that if she withholds this very important information from not only Eric, but Daniel as well, she will be digging her own grave in this relationship. You just know these documents are the proof Eric has been relying on to bring him back into the church, and if Nicole decides to withhold that from him, and he finds out, which surely at some point he will, it will not only destroy any love he thinks he has for her, but she will once again prove that Nicole Walker is still Nicole Walker of old, fighting a losing battle to lie, deceive, and obliterate any chance she has of finding what she’s always been searching for…. and that would be such a shame. Tell Eric the truth and let him decide instead of deciding for him.
Today is the first time I actually felt sorry for Abbey. Could she have been any more pathetic with her inability to see that she was being used as simply another DiMera pawn in a dangerous game she simply refuses to lose. For a minute I thought she was going to drop to her knees and literally wrap herself around his legs to keep him from walking away. Yep, she’s either going to go completely bonkers like her grandmother, Laura, or he’s going to have to kill her to keep her quiet (jk); but, he could not made his self any clearer today, IMO. He is not now, nor did he ever have any intention of leading her to believe that he was in love with her. I don’t condone it, because I see no happy ending here for him either. This is a soap, after all, and sooner or later the truth will come out. What was it that Roman said to Rafe today —- I’m just hoping that sooner or later E.J. will do something that will show Sami the kind of man he really is —- or words to that effect. So, sit back, Roman, and relax, cause that day’s coming.
Funny scene today with Rafe thinking Jordan’s cat was another man she was in love with. That was really cute. Lucas, however, you are playing a dangerous game as well. Cut the apron strings before your mother ruins another relationship for you, too.
have used so damn many people to force this pair of E.J. and Abbey together, but when they start using an innocent, wide-eyed little boy to pimp this couple, that’s really going OTT. And E.J. doesn’t help matters any either. Yes, Abbey was right today. She is his dirty little secret and after today she realizes it, but will that change her course of action. I think not. If he thinks he’s getting rid of this chick that easy, he’s a bigger fool than I ever thought he was. He’s clearly keeping the door slightly ajar, though. I mean did he really have to brush away some invisible flour from the side of her face today? Guess it was a ‘just in case Sami doesn’t come back to me’ gesture on his part, but I found it part of his sick plan to distance her long-range plans for them, but still keep him on her mind at all times. If this doesn’t turn into a full-blown Abigail melt-down at some point, I will be the first to say I was wrong, but I’m more sure every day that Nick has the pictures of their sordid affair and is just going to sit back and wait until he thinks it’s the right time to use them in his revenge plot, and then it will be cousin Abigail be damned.

I so wanted Eric to remain a priest, and for Nicole to find happiness with either Daniel or even Brady, although I think I enjoy her more with Daniel. Brady is too screwed up in his mind, between the drugs, the alcohol and now Kristen returning to really send him over the edge. Nicole and Daniel have great chemistry and are fun to watch, and God knows they both deserve happiness without someone standing in their way. But, unfortunately, that doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. Pity, because GV is so believable as a Priest and doesn’t deserve the drama that occurs in any couple’s life the likes of which are presented on DOOL. So, good luck with making that work, writers, but forgive me when I say, “I’ll believe the happily every after when I see it.”
but him getting out of those tightly tied knots to attack Nicole didn’t do him any favors either. I actually laughed out loud when he did that. As a matter of fact, the entire show was grievously off-kilter yesterday. I felt like I was watching the Twilight Zone instead of DOOL.
except for a few scenes with Rafe. They have a great sibling chemistry, but that’s about all I can tolerate with her in any scenes or storyline she is involved in. She is a clueless half-wit as far as I’m concerned. She can’t depart Salem soon enough for me.
since when do these writers expect us to start remembering that the interactions between these people are supposed to prove they are close, loving relatives, or BFFs. Whatever, it’s absolutely nauseating how they control storylines with plot points rather than character histories. I think it’s time for someone to sit these writers down and tell them they have to start doing some research on their characters and realize how asinine they make them look to the people who REALLY know them —- US!!!!!!
on so many boards actually despise Daniel (and speak horribly about the actor, SC). I love him and wish he could catch a break from everyone who’s trying to discredit him, both in the show and outside of it. Love the actor and the character, but could use a break from the angst with Jen. Either clear the way for them or cut them both loose from each other and move on to someone else.

and I agree, it was beautifully done and extremely impressive. From what I understand, Putin went all out for these Olympics, so I can only imagine how he felt very near the beginning of the actual ceremonies when the 5th ring did not open and join the other four. Bet somebody’s head rolled for that one. Otherwise, I thought it was spectacular.

The fact that Abigail is this young, inexperienced woman who has only had two sexual encounters in her entire life is now obsessively craving this cunning yet extremely experienced man and can’t seem to get enough of him is perceived by many to be a pedophilic act by E.J., even though we know that isn’t true, since Abbey is not that young. Honestly, it seems more people were upset about seeing or imagining Chyka putting Nicole in that damn towel wrap than they were about the EJabby shower scenes, which struck me sort of funny, but that’s the way it goes for some people. If this isn’t what you’re talking about, then you lost me completely.
since that’s where they started (Lumi), and that would be very popular with tons of fans, from what I’ve read on other boards. If BD left the show with AS, I think a lot of people would be very content; however, it would certainly be like hitting a brick wall when it came to them leaving with E.J.’s kids, unless JS leaves before AS or BD. Only way I could see that happening.
