and E.J. about to enter the garden, one just automatically KNEW that she would fall off of the ladder directly into E.J.’s arms. I remember when they did it with Jennifer when she was hanging or straightening something over her mantle, I think, and fell off the ladder right into Daniel’s arms. I wonder if they realize how stupid they look with that totally predictable move. Although it appears as a staple pratfall on many soaps, it does make the actors look like idiots. I don’t know which move I hate more; the one where no one watches where they’re going until they run right into someone, or the laughable falling off the ladder into someone’s arms, so just STOP it writers…it just gives soaps a bad name.

I think Jennifer even mentioned she thought she was still in Africa on Friday’s show. She (Eve) hates Jennifer because of Frankie, so I’m looking for nothing but trouble when she does come after Jen, which I have no doubt she will.

The actress, Kassie DePaiva, can sing. She was one of the Kramer girls, and she owned her own nightclub on One Life to Live, where she appeared many times when the show was on. I don’t know if I’d call her a great singer, but she can sing for real.

at least she knows she’s JJ’s girlfriend. At least she’s mentioned it to him, sarcastically, on several occasions. What I don’t think she knows is that she’s her niece. She certainly knows Eve is her step-sister, but Eve mentioned on Friday that Theresa has not seen Paige since she was very small and was hoping she wouldn’t recognize who she was. She evidently knows Theresa is a trouble-maker, thus her warning to Paige to ‘stay away from her.’ So I’m guessing Eve and Theresa do NOT get along at all, so rather than my initial thought of Eve protecting Theresa, she will be going against her in any and every way she possible can, and if people think Theresa’s bad, then, as the saying goes, “they ain’t seen nothin’ yet.”

Another thing ridiculous was Eve and Paige are broke. Yeah, like Shane wouldn’t be able to send his granddaughter to any college she wanted to attend.

if you think for even a nano-second that Sami’s “puttin’ on the Ritz” act wasn’t exactly that …. AN ACT, and that staged food fight between her and Kate certainly convinced me that it wasn’t for anyone’s benefit except Abigail’s and E.J.’s. Loved her zingers toward Abbey’s youth and, not remembering the old songs she requested for her wedding because she was too young, and LMAO at her wanting to know if Abbey would like Harold to make her a “virgin Mary” remark …. it’s all delicious snark and yes, I’m loving the return of the true Sami. Sami could care less whether E.J. thought she was going nuts, or Abbey or Harold either for that matter. She’s putting on a show. Her plan is to make them Abbey and E.J. as uncomfortable in their own skin as possible, and she’s playing the part like the pro as well as con artist she finally has returned to being, and the staged food fight with Kate was TRULY the ‘icing’ on that cake. This whole showdown storyline is going to make me miss Ali even more when she’s gone, but I’m loving the start of her “cold dish revenge”; please writers, keep it going; best I’ve seen Sami Brady in years.

and I’m tired of the “back from the dead” storylines, but I would love to see a Frankie Brady return.

Undoubtedly he’ll be the guy from the Ozarks who will be the person Ben and Jordan have been running/hiding from. I recognize his photo from several shows. Handsome 60-year old; maybe Jordan can get him interested in Kate so she’ll stay the hell out of Rafe’s business …. or kill or seriously maim her, one or the other. LOL!
