I don’t think so, but I simply cannot imagine the writing for Will leading to anything good, and frankly that would be fine with me. I really enjoy Christopher Sean as Paul Narita, and he and Sonny have more passion and chemistry in their scenes than Sonny and Will could ever hope to have. Of course, I have always made it clear that I felt the connection to Paul that Sonny tries so hard to hide is going to become more obvious once Will makes a cmplete ass of himself, and now it looks as if Paul will surely stay in Salem. Poor Will …. you brought this on yourself. Incidentally, Lucas is not helping him by seemingly falling for his son’s father-in-law. LOL!
I seem to remember something where it turned out that John wasn’t really Colleen and Santos’ son. I don’t know, these writers change history so damn much, it’s hard to try and follow anybody’s family tree on DOOL!
if, in fact, it’s true. But, yes, so many anvils were dropped, from leaks, spoilers, and that fact that Drake/John is/was an actual baseball player at one time, and is still a huge fan of the game. Wonder if this will rip him and Marlena apart….again!!!
Wish I could feel the same way about her and Lucas, but I just can’t! I see no chemistry in this pair whatsoever.

Justin will be involved with Patch and Bo, and that Elsa is his cover. I just can’t understand why, if that be the case, he wouldn’t at least tell Adrienne; but, then again, I’m sure he’s under some sort of gag order or something like it. I did read that Adrienne is "completely wrong" about Justin, so her hooking up with Lucas may wind up to be a big mistake on her part. I may be completely wrong, because I know he said he slept with Elsa, but I’m not buying it.
so it bugs me, too, that she wouldn’t go to Daniel and perhaps even tell Brady about Clint and her suspicions, yet she tells Maxine. Bad writing for Molly all the way around IMO. I just don’t think she will be around too much longer once the baby theft sl comes out.
so now that he’s figured it out for his self, he knows that Jennifer has been lying to him when she kept insisting nothing was wrong; although she had every right to tell him to stay out of it. Daniel obviously still has deep feeling for Jen, as well as being really taken with JJ (often at Jen’s request), and he seems to really like Abigail, but still it does not give him the right to invade their privacy, nor does it give him the right to keep pushing the way he has been doing. I was really mad the way he practically shoved Nicole out the door today and then just closed it in her face, after telling her yesterday how much he "really, really" cares for her. I think Nicole should take that as a sign and move on from Dr. Dan. I also agree that Jennifer has been looking terrific lately, and not just today. I love her hair color now instead of that washed out almost gray it was before, and her make-up looks beautiful. About time, I’d say. Melissa Reeves is such a good looker, so it’s nice that hair, make-up and wardrobe are finally doing her justice.
but her entire original s/l was dropped completely. This tells me that it was not a writers’ decision, but more the higher-ups. I remember when it was first announced that MA would be joining DOOL, Ken Corday commented in an article that Serena wa a "good" girl, but either Ken lied to appease fans, or she was just a plot once they decided that fans could not accept her with Eric Brady, so I’m guessing this is the beginning of the rise and fall and rise again of Erc and Nicole. I also read there will be more cast cuts that we will be seeing in the following weeks, supposedly, and I think "Serena" is the first of those. I’m just surprised that MA was cut so quickly and her and Eric’s Africa story was never fully explored. I like the actress, but many did not.
As for True, I’ll admit the actress is dull, but I think she’s sweet and I loved her with JJ until momma mia got her sick claws into her daughter’s boyfriend. Surprised Jennifer even wants JJ and Paige to get back together knowing and having caught JJ and Eve in bed. This will probably come back to bite Jen harder than it does JJ, and now Daniel suspects the truth, so it’s the beginning of the perfect set-up to reuniting Nicole with Eric, while Daniel rescues Jennifer when all of this hits the fan. I know you see how this works, right TFlo1018? I’ve already predicted the same thing will happen to Brady and Melanie once Kristen returns and the stolen fetus s/l gets started in a few weeks. If it’s true that unpopular characters are being dogged for elimination, one by one, then I would say Molly Burnette will be on her way out soon as well.
I don’t know if Paul Telfer (Xander) is on contract or not, but if so I’m pretty sure he won’t be here for very long; probably one of those 13 weeks and out things they do with contracts. Don’t forget, though, the ridiculous time frame for DOOL airings is still 5 to 5 1/2 months, so we won’t be seeing any of the new writers’ work until mid-late August; maybe some "tweaks" here and there, but noting substantial until then.
if we knew she was staying on …. sadly, she’s not. I think her feelings for Eric have been rekindled since she came to Salem, and perhaps that’s why she does not want him involved becuse evidently this Xander guy has already threatened to cause Eric to be physically harmed (or worse) if Serena doesn’t turn over the diamonds. I was very disappointed to learn that she was part of the smuggling ring and not being forced into something she had no control over. To bad, so to that I say "buh-bye" Serena.
he’s a horrible actor, IMO, especially when he tries to emit emotions. Just horrible! As for Sonny, I do think he has hidden feelings for Paul that still are with him, even though he loves Will. I do think that he married too quickly, and I’m not sure that Will isn’t correct when he tells Sonny that he believes he (Will) was "second choice," because I can’t be the only one who sees that Paul still sends mixed messages where Paul is concerned, and for some reason when he runs into Paul, under any circumstance, there’s still that "look" in his eyes that says ‘yes, I’m married now, and I love my husband….but I will always love you, too.’ At least that’s how it appears to me. So, as long as Will keeps pushing, it’s just a matter of time before Sonny takes the attitude of ‘well, I can’t convince him otherwise and I’m tired of the accusations, sooooo…" I agree, I still see Will and Sonny as end game, but it would not surprise me if they plan to keep Paul in the equation, its just a matter of time before Will pushes his self right over the cliff.
As for Abigail, I can see her getting closer and closer to Chad. After all, she does love those "bad boys." LOL!
now that you mention it, I recall reading on another site where "blind" items are posted stating something like a very "leggy" character will be leaving DOOL. I know you won’t reveal any further information (yet); however, I can only hope it’s not Arianne Zucker, although the horrible writing of Nicole would certainly not surprise me if this marvelous actress just couldn’t take it any longer. It’s a shame how they have portrayed Nicole, IMO!
and if that be the case, she will be the first with more to follow. As much as I like Melissa Archer and wish her well, she was robbed of any success with this role the minute she walked through the door by having a forced love affair with GV shoved down everyone’s throats, no backstory to speak of and, when she finally did get one, it stank to high heaven. I think I said in another thread that I would not be the least bit surprised if the elephant s/l was what finally sank TomSell. In any case, I don’t believe that Serena ever had any intention of harming Eric. She was simply a victim of horrible writing and a wildly unbelievable s/l. I do wonder how they will write her exit story if this rumor turns out to be true. And, for the record, it would not surprise me that once the Kristen/Theresa/Brady baby s/l is revealed, I’d be willing to bet that Molly Burnette will be the next one out the door.
