No Days for the rest of the country doesn’t give much viewership and certainly fewer ads bought during the time slot. Right now, Days is wayyyyy ahead anyway because they didn’t have the two week pre-emotion from the Olympics. This allows them to buy some time with the show so we don’t end up with Halloween on Oct. 1 or Christmas on Dec. 1.
Since Ava will be alive, shouldn’t Joey get out of prison? To be perfectly honest, I don’t want old Joey. That guy just couldn’t act. But I love to see a recast and maybe some sibling rivalry between him and Tripp.
Remember Jake said she was missing. He had no idea where she was. She was hiding in the sanitarium. Was she able to sneak out? And what’s her motive? Is she in cahoots with Dr. Rolf? What is or was her connection to Chad and Abby. The whole storyline is pathetic. And I agree, the writers just completely rewrote the story. Bad, bad, bad.
Who the hell decides a person is dead because they find wedding rings? How about clothing, a body, something with some DNA on it or in it.
The two of them taking each other on would be something else. Plus with that scenario, Steve is also the baby’s grandfather.
But she’s not really leaving. They’ve given her a contract that keeps her on through the end of 2021. I totally agree with you, though. I hated her pairing with EJ. He raped her, and I don’t have any forgiveness for that. She was better with Lucas.
She kidnapped Belle, she hid Will’s paternity from Lucas, she lied to Austin and said he was Will’s dad, she disguised herself as Stan, and got John addicted to drugs. There is much more, but those things right there prove to me Sami is unfit. Talk about a pot calling a kettle black.
Why tease us with such a storyline when we know it will never happen. I was actually happy to see them in a home, not a hotel.
The writers just had them get married. Where’s the part where they get a real place of their own? They were living in a freaking hotel! They could have gone to work for Black Patch easily. They seemed pretty savvy at solving mysteries, why not give them a profession?
If Victoria is not coming back, she needs to be re-cast. Ben needs a story with Ciera that involves more than just jumping in bed and being a victim of Eve’s. It is such a waste of talent.
It is/was an awful way to get rid of two characters. What was the point of finally giving Rafe and Hope a chance and Gabi and Jake a chance, if they knew they were going to write them both off? I have not been down on the writers until now. They just did a crappy job with this storyline. And might I add, they haven’t done much better with Ben and Ciera.
