First, they will try to drag this on much too long.  Enough already..

Second, I am sure that Stephano has already thought of the fingerprint thing.  He probably had Rafe’s prints magicly applied to Rafe2’s fingers, so that they will appear to be the same.  We all know that this is something that in all levels of reality can not be duplicated, but somehow, this will be accomplished.

I was laughing when Sami started trying to explain how Rafe2 felt different, and Carrie started with the "lalala, TMI" response.  May have been one of the better parts of the episode.

Apparently the writers think that we can’t remember 20 years ago.  Hey, I may be getting old and have trouble with new stuff, but I do remember the basics of these story lines.  And this one with Sami and Rafe2 is sounding awfully (awful) familiar.  Ya know, once the story is kind of neat, but when we get it out of the rinse/repeat cycle too early it is not fun.

But isn’t this the transplanted face?  Wouldn’t something have shown?  I am not a doctor (and don’t play one on TV either), but shouldn’t his face be a bit more delicate or fragile due to the surgery that the writers seem to have forgotten about.  I could be wrong, as I have no experience in the area of transplants, but I just thought………

Didn’t Bo have a meeting with the Warden to discuss Hope’s situation?  I thought she told Bo that Hope was breking from reality and needed to be away from him and everyone else for a while.  I could be wrong, as I am only half paying attention these days.  But I did think Bo met with the warden. 

I do also think this warden does not act like any other prison warden I have seen.  Although most warden that I see are on TV, so who am I to judge.

I am catching up on this week’s episodes so far and I have to say that I watch 3 in about an hour.  I actually FF’d through some of the Sami at the hospital scenes.  They were downright painful to watch!  Lexi is so unprofessional she is boardering on malpractice with her demands of everyone.  Sami is just getting stupid disease and EJ is not acting like someone who has emerged from a life threatening coma.  Not sure how much I will be able to watch for the next few weeks as I am already FFing through anthing with Stephanie and the other youngsters.

Oh, and I too have been watching this show for nearly 25 years, so I have seen many of these SLs before as have we all.

I worked in a lab and was inside the lab when the first plane hit.  I had come out to the office area for something and everyone was talking about it.  I stayed out for a few minutes to make sure that no one was joking.  then I started thinking about my oldest sister and brother-in-law who both worked in Manhattan.  Neither worked close to ground zero, but I was still crazed trying to get in touch with them.  Took most of the day, but finally found out that they were fine.

The other thing I remember from 9/11 and the next few days, was how quiet the night was when I went to walk the dog.  Since there were no plane flights, it was eeriely quiet at night.  Even though we lived near a naval air staition, it was still quiet, the only air sounds being the occassional transport plane.

Another sight that I will never forget was in the spring when they transported the surviving WTC steel "trees" from a storage area back to the steel mill where they were forged.  I was picking my younger daughter up from pre-school and the procession of trucks went past us.  It was the most powerful experience seeing the 40 flagdraped flatbed semis each carring the twisted metal.  I wish I had brought my camera with me, as words can’t describe the scene:people pulling to the side of the road, cross traffic stopped, everyone honking horns and waving to the drivers.  I still get chocked up thinking about it now.

And they had done forensics, they would have found that Arianna had not attack Roman, as none of his DNA was on the flashlight that had her prints on it.  but we expect any reality???
