with Marone? Is he safe for next year? I have to believe rumblings are afoot from the Jags’ performance this season.

A nail biter but the Bills are in the playoffs! Our D really showed its stuff against what was ranked Number 1 Pittsburgh overall and leading the league in turnovers. And the Bills got 5! So cool to see Josh Allen taking a stadium lap high fiving the many Bills fans with their “terrible red” towels! So nice to be able to relax for a couple weeks. Looks right now like Houston is opponent. I’m just so proud of how the Bills brass turned around a wretched team in short order.
Powerpaw, you even had something to cheer for on the Jags!
And wow, with their loss the 49rs went from 1 seed to 5 seed!

If the Bills and Ravens meet down the line, I think God may have a bit of conflict for His graces!!

join the FB discussion. I know how rocky things are with the Jets but you’ve had a tumultuous ride this year with all the changes. You’ve got a date with my Bills last game – boy I sure hope our playoff hopes don’t turn on that game!
Patti, will the Ravs rest a lot of their starters now? I definitely would!

about the injury and that’s one big thing I worry about these running QBs. At least if he can’t go the Ravs are in no danger of missing the playoffs and hopefully time off if needed will be fine for that. RG3 is such a sad story. His star was like a super nova that blew out way too soon. But is it that he just never recovered from the injury or something more? I recall he also had some personality conflicts with teammates.
How bout this latest “videogate” fiasco with the Patriots?

made a point of coming over to the Bills sidelines and telling more than one person that the Bills have “a great team.” Class act. Some Bills and Ravs exchanged hopes to meet one another again in the playoffs.
As for Josh, he doesn’t handle great blitzes with consistency yet. When he does, watch out because his terrific running ability comes into play. And the Ravs blitz almost 50 percent of the time, most in the NFL. That speaks to their secondary which they can depend on to hold up their end. I think the NFL has more intriguing teams this year than I can recall .
On another front, the college game features some wonderful QBs. so the lower end NFL teams can start salivating over the likes of LSU’s Burrows, Bama’s Tua and Clemson’s Lawrence, just to name a few.

I have to think that Patti after yesterday’s game. I do think our D can play with anyone, but the offense is not yet in your league. Josh needs to start quicker and find his long touch again. I did not expect a victory so thought our guys played okay. A win Sunday night against the Steelers is a must. Is this the beginning of a downfall for Patriots?

been like this all his tenure. Remember his priest days – soooo in anguish all the time. That gets very tiring.

But I think Days wants to keep Brady in Kristen’s clutches. But Xander as the dad would be so much more interesting.

now you know for sure the Ravens have really arrived – Pope Francis was sent a signed Jackson jersey!

And well thought out, not just some kneejerk reaction. Some of these coaches can be so stubborn on play calling which is often just arrogance. I love the town hall idea but I think that would send the brass cowering under their seats! Good on you Power Paw for coming up with a smart idea!

is just extraordinary. Our guy Hauscha was like that before getting injured a couple years back and now he can make you nervous, missing a FG and extra point last time out.
I don’t think the like of Jackson has quite been seen yet. He’s better IMO than Vick or any other running QB because you cannot label him that way. Not sure about Sunday’s “snow” as I think it’s supposed to be around 40 degrees.
Also, the Bills are drawing attention as 2 of their games are flexed – Pat’s and Steelers who got moved to prime time.
Very exciting time for us yet I don’t give the Bills a real legit chance against the Ravs. But just hope it’s a game.

that 21st game was flexed awhile ago so it should be nationally viewed. Boy, the Pats look like they are taking a huge step down. Brady looking all of his 42 years. But to be fair he only has 2 legit weapons – White and Edelman- and I don’t see how the Pats brass could have let that happen. I think their stellar D masked big offensive problems. However, never count out TB entirely. His QB ratings though have been horrible – way under his normal 100.
What’s with the Jags? It seems more than a few teams this year have been yo-yoing w/QBs. I’m no Marone fan though after his behavior in Buffalo. Good to see Pack rebound. And then there are the mighty Ravens – they look simply unstoppable and who has the answer for Jackson?!
I’m actually concerned about the Steelers. They are an incredible 7-5 after losing JuJu, Connor and down to their “Duck” QB. Props to Mike Tomlin. Love seeing the Browns lose. They have a childish QB and childish coach. How immature to don that t-shirt that said “Pittsburgh started it” even though it was likely true.
    Playoff picture really looking exciting!
