has been saying for a while that he didn’t know he was the real daddy.  I always took that to mean something about Jordan’s baby but now thinking it might be Sarah’s baby and Xander is the real father.  That is unless the baby is really Kristen and Brady’s.

Now I’m thinking there was a baby switch and Brady is the real father of Mickey. However, anything is possible on this show. I would rather see Xander as the real father, but I think the writers want to find a way to put Brady and Kristen back together.

He seems to have fathered half of Salem so why not?

Steve Johnson portraying Stefano DiMera, Kayla Brady Johnson in the arms of Justin Kiriakis, Hope Brady and her phony Princess Gina accent, Gabi Hernandez now owning the DiMera mansion, and now Kate Roberts in cahoots with Stefano DiMera, trying, very unconvincingly, wondering how in the hell they don’t break up every time they have to say their lines, I have to admittedly realize what a comedic insult this show is turning out to be!  New Year’s Eve cannot get here fast enough if I’m going to continue torturing myself.  Sorry, but NOT SORRY!

just indicated that something "BIG" was happening then, which by then will probably amount to a big return or exit in one way or another.  Whatever it is, if it’s more disappointment, that may be my farewell, either from me or from the show itself.  Maybe they’ve been lying to us all along, and DOOL is hanging it up.  All I do recognize from watching (taping) all 4 soaps every day is that every damn one of them are a lot worse than better, from the writing to the sls, and even the acting.  I can’t help but wonder if perhaps that’s why a lot depends on when new contracts are offered, who will accept and who will reject, or who will or will not even get an offer.  So until we know more, I will just say "hope to be staying in touch after the New Year."

If so – bless you LOL…  Watching just ONE five days a week feels like a part time job LOL…

I love DOOL – mostly b/c of the history I have with it and the fact that my Mom and I share it.  However – she has recently been deleting more than watching (she hates the time jump) so now i’m watching w/out having anyone to discuss it with.

I know i’d miss it if it goes (largely b/c of habit) but I think i’d feel a tiny bit of relief too.  More so b/c it left me not b/c I left it LOL

but I fast forward through sls I’m not interested in, and like I mentioned, soaps are ALL so bad right now that I find myself believing with all my heart that this is a dying genre and soon to be no more!  It’s a shame, because there was a time when I used to come home from work on my lunch hour just to watch.  Then when they started putting them on my DVR, I just tape and watch when I can or when I’m interested in what’s happening.  I do check the spoilers, and that helps me decide whether I want to watch or just erase.  LOL!

coming home for lunch everyday and watching "Ryan’s Hope" and loving the characters of Mary and Jack.  That was early to mid 70’s.  In the early 60’s, I remember watching "General Hospital" with my Mom and being so interested in the characters of Angie and Eddie.  Great memories!

some memories. I too watched both Days and GH way back when. I’d forgotten Angie and Eddie. Remember Nurse Jessie and John Beradino as Steve Hardy? He was a pro baseball player before acting.
If we think soaps are tedious today, wow, back in the 60s the characters just sat around on office desks yacking away.

They were also just a half hour long and not much action sometimes for days!  When I started watching, they were also in black and white!
