ParticipantI so encourage members to speak up and join in the discussion. The more the merrier. I love to hear all different takes on characters and SLs and off-topics as well.
Please don’t be shy!casey
Participantbad side of Sami. But my problem with her is she used to have a fun side too. Where oh where has that been? It’s hard to remember when she was happy with Rafe and the kids.
This one trick pony Sami has been a trial for this viewer.casey
Participantshe was in some years back w/her husband, it put her in a negative light. She wasn’t a very nice person, which was far from the sweet gal she had always been painted. Now I realize some or most could be the elicit chemicals she was on, but when does a person start to take responsibility? If the first rehab doesn’t work then you don’t stop there. Raising a child is numero uno for a parent, and from all I’ve heard of Bobbi K’s problems, Whitney and/or Bobby didn’t make the grade.

Participantas this behavior and constant surly look has become tediously annoying to me. And her rote reaction of “Okay I know I’m a bad mother, let me have it” shows no sign of remorse. At this point I would not miss her.

ParticipantI would have harped less on the act itself and more on Sami keeping it a secret. This woman keeps saying she’s changed and grown up – I only have seen her backtracking.

Participantsee an ensemble story like back in the Days, a mystery that involved most of the characters. Good vs evil in Alamainia, for instance, where explosive long hidden secrets will come to light and characters will be in danger and intriuge and romance. Not pulling favorite couples apart – for the umpteenth time.
Really, seriously, what ARE the producers and writers thinking, that this is high key drama that viewers want to watch? I’d love a forum whereby we fans could air our approvals and disapprovals directly to the brass. Afterall, we’re the ones watching or not watching – with many abandoning ship. Is this what Days wants?casey
Participantof what bugged me about the scene and made it rather unsavory. I should think gays wouldn’t see that exchange in a favorable light.

ParticipantYou wouldn’t want to end up “swimming with the fishes!”

ParticipantDebbie Gibson. ITA, this bunch looks sooo weak and uninteresting. I think they would have been wiser to go back to the non-celeb version. And Victoria Gotti is way too old to be sporting those goldilocks!

Participantstill hold up for me. And there was rarely a bad episode. I loved those Hollywood ones especially.

ParticipantJenn was all-fire certain she is ready to take back Jack. And kudos (for once) to Days for working admirably on Jack. Please, no backtracking!

Participantfor this? I truly cannot believe Sami’s attitude, unless the writers will try and make it out that this is Sami’s coping mechanism – to transfer her own guilt and disgust on someone else.
But with Marlena I’m not buying, because Sami has held this bitterness since she was a teen. Will Sami EVER fess up to her own resume of personal wreckage?casey
Participantto let her have it and remark on her sullied history of betrayal. Who da heck does she think she is! That was so disappointing, to let Lexie get away with this holier than thou ‘tude.

Participantbust their guts out over these songs? What happened to subtlety – seems everyone has to go through a million embellishments and screeching.

Participantbut I have found him entirely immature and irresponsible and ultimately a buffoon. He never should have incorporated a coed into his life and his lack of bounderies was inexusable. This was, yet again a case of plot driving character. The writers seemed determined to play on the Sami/Carrie issue but chose the most obviously ridiculous route, probably just to get to the catfight.
