Participantjust kill me. Like when she was gushing to Marlena about John being all over her. What a delicious role to play – ED must be having the time of her life!

ParticipantThis entire week has been 5 Star Soap Entertainment. E.D. sensational – boy she leaves it all “on stage.” The actors really shine with meaty dialog. Though I have to say Gabi does tend to overact.
And Will being a dad was exactly what I was hoping for.casey
ParticipantMK, I agree it wasn’t “sudden.” We have seen Kristen struggle with her revenge plan for awhile now. But it was pretty transparent viewers could see this coming, as the photo had to come into play. It will be interesting to see just how devastated Kristen will be and how she proceeds.

Participanttaxing on anyone in that age. Not just on camera but the stress of learning lines, just the routine of getting to the studio. etc. I think we’re just seeing affects of aging on someone who looks not in pristine health. I applaud her for the effort.

Participanthave taken it up a notch this week. Why can’t we have more of this?

Participantwere a pleasure to watch. Nicole is the softest with Eric I’ve seen her with any man. I too hope they don’t send them down the path I think we all fear is coming.

Participantincredibly stupid in every direction. That 30 -something Brady needed to be “saved” by Daddy; that John felt he had to keep Marlena in the dark; that the “only” way was to get Kristen in the sack. And how could he be so sure in the end it would even work! The collateral damage, even if it does, is gargantuan.

Participantfor bad behavior – the classic how could Mom move on with another guy – I agree seems a bit juvenile for a 17 yr old. Especially since Jack was hardly around when his son was in boarding school. Add to that Daniel saved his mom’s life and Jenn was often the one who pursued the good doctor.
But then this has long been Days’ MO for teens. I guess we’re in for a long summer on this SL.casey
Participanthow old they are? Personally if I were a parent no way would I allow an infant to be in showbiz.

Participantthough for Gabi both Will and Rafe were unable to be with her. And everyone huddling around the newborn was a given. Maybe they will stop in on Gabi today.
But ITA if the writers can come up with this, they should be able to move things along more.casey
Participantwith Nick wandering off? Ok, I realize he just went through an extreme episode, but his wife had just given birth! It seems like that was either to demonstrate how traumatized his prison experience was, or perhaps as was suggested, maybe Gabi isn’t priority one.

Participantbut I don’t think it has anything to do with his being a potentially good or bad guy. Right now I just have no interest in him.
BTW, they can’t leave Bo out there in no man’s land indefinitely. Though they sure seem to be trying.casey
ParticipantTrace’s presentation so I couldn’t judge who did better on that score. But as I said previously remember whose show this is and Trump is a money making businessman man. I would think who brought in more dough would be the top consideration. But yeah, I too wish Penn had won.

Participantis John apparently hasn’t even conceived that his plan might backfire. Afterall, Kristen is one sharp tack and couldn’t she possibly forsee his intent? It still angers me that he’s dumping his family including Brady to “save” Brady. Is this what viewers want to happen?
I do believe this wedding will take place. (if we ever get to it!)casey
Participantbut the way Drake and Deidre have been basically trashed is a big reason for my disillusion of late. And these SLs that drag on and on until you lose interest. If they could move things along – and if J&M can find their way back to each other, I’ll be much happier. But no, I’m not ready to quit on it yet. I’m looking forward to seeing Will as a dad and Kristen’s downfall – if that ever happens! Heck, I’ve been watching since the early 70s!
Thanks for caring though – means so much. -
