the Kirikas mansion or Sonny and Will. What a tough decision. I’m sure even if Gabi and Nick were to break up, Maggie would never through her out, especially with a brand new baby.

Speaking of the baby, my gosh that kid sure sleeps soundly. And did you see her smile the other day? So precious. And I’m not gaga over babies usually.

BTW, I suspected this before because I often saw Camilla’s ears peeking out from her hair, but now that it’s all messed up the way it is, it’s pretty apparent she has some very prominent ears. No wonder we never see her with her hair pulled back or up.

Eileen has done an amazing job with this role. But then, I felt the same about her when she was last on Days. I am absolutely mesmerized when she is on screen.

While I used to (long ago) always want evil characters to get redemption and become reformed, I don’t ever want her to change. Even though she made a great “good guy” before, she is just SO terrific as a baddie that I hope she stays that way.

At the risk of repeating a spoiler here (although I saw it on the Dish Network information for a future show) apparently the Dimeras are going to stand behind her so I guess this isn’t over yet. I don’t know what else they can do but we can look forward to the good old Dimara jumping in with both feet and showing some typical family nastiness.

with only four soaps on now, it seems to me that ratings aren’t going to mean very much. Even if you’re on the bottom, you are the fourth rated show.

In fact when she said, “I’m finally free,” I really felt sorry for her. She even brought a tear to my eye.

While I’ll agree the storyline has dragged on a little to long, I have to strongly disagree about her leaving. I would hate, hate, hate to see Eileen leave. I thing she (and Nicole) are the best things this show has.

this only happened once a year for Wimbledon. Now it’s like they are preempting for every tennis championship there is. What is it about tennis that makes it more viewable than our soap? Bah!

Peggy may possibly be in the early stages of the disease herself. I haven’t seen any rumors to that effect or anything, I just wondered.

I also noticed she is starting to look a little frail. Yesterday she looked like she was a little unsteady when she walked and when they left Will’s room, she was holding on to Sami. She’s almost 83 years old so it IS understandable. It is so amazing how long some of these actors stay with the soaps. They must be fairly happy there.

I see she’s also let her hair grow out a little. I think I like it shorter better but maybe it’s just a temporary thing for her.

Those security guards have no authority to keep John there.  He should have just walked out.

That’s one thing about cc, you find out what people’s names are. Yeah, talk about stereo-typing. That’s what you picture when you think delinquent.

Personally, I’m finding JJ to be a big yawn-fest. I hope, like you suggest Patti, that they do something interesting with him soon. Right now his surliness is so blatant I can’t believe Jen, the quintessential mother figure, would let it pass like she has. He needs a good come-to-Jesus discussion.

Although I don’t see anything here currently, when they were a couple before I thought they were hot, hot, hot! Although, John has had chemistry with every female he’s been with, IMO. Jeannie Francis (sp?), Yvette, the short time with the DA (can’t remember her name). I thought he was even great with Hope on the sub (contrary to what many others thought). Heck, they had to throw cold water on me when I watching that scene.

I think the reason we don’t see it with Kristin now is because, #1, it isn’t sincere, and #2, because there was no build-up to get us invested. Or, maybe, it was intended that way. Who knows?

As for John phoning in his performance lately, with such horrible writing, that’s probably about all he could do. His actions have been so utterly anti-John as to make it too hard for us (and probably Drake too) to swallow. Heck, I’m finding Wally Kurth much more interesting lately than Drake. Now there’s a man who’s getting better with age.

certainly did look real. They did a nice job with it. Also, when Kristin slapped John the other day, it looked very real also. I thought maybe she really did slap him. I was waiting to see a red mark on his face.

I was really hoping Zendaya and Val would win it. (Val sure is different than his brother in the ego department.) However, I really believed she would not because of her age. But it really did surprise me to see Mark and Ali go before Jacoby. Again, it’s the football following, much stronger than for a gymnast. I wish there were a way for voting to be based strictly on talent and accomplishment than popularity.

I think one reason she didn’t wear heels more was because it made her taller than Val. That may have caused problems with some of the moves plus the asthetics. Just a thought.

She was certainly a gracious contestant, mature far beyond her years, and I’m sure we will be seeing more of her.

Between yesterday’s flood warnings, today’s tornado watch and the report on OK, we here in FL haven’t gotten to see much pf Days.
