Participantit’s the 18 to 45 demographic that spends it. That’s why they pander to that age group. As we age, we tend to realize the value of saving our money for our old age but the youngens haven’t totally grasped that idea yet. So, until we loosen our purse strings and start spending willy-nilly like the younger population does, we’ll still have to continue sucking hind tit. (Sorry if anyone feels that is crass but it is so very apropos.)

ParticipantVivian stole the baby (Nicholas) from Carly when he was born and raised him until he was about 10 years old. Then Carly got him back. Since Vivian is Lawrence’s aunt, that makes her Nicholas’ great-aunt.

ParticipantEven way back when she first came on and was involved with Eric. Although I think she has grown tremendously in her role. I can honestly say without a doubt, she is my favorite actor on Days.

Participantup until the merge because he was good at the team challenges. But now that it’s every man for themselves, they’d better realize its time for him to go. Every day he stays is going to be a knife in somebody’s back.
If they vote him off next week, I don’t think he’ll have a clue and use the immunity idol, unless…he picks up on something being said around the camp or unless some idiot (like Matt) blabs to him.

Participantthat Rob is going to be voted off, go to RI, and then continue to beat every opponent he encounters until he can finally go back into the game. If that happens, I’ll be convinced that the producers are "influencing" this game. I have very huge suspicions as it is.

ParticipantMK, Rob was making fun of three of the players because they were discussing reading the Bible and talking about their faith. It was just after they returned from the challenge and were sitting around the fire. He had such a smirk on his face I just wanted to slap him. Up until then, I was kind of pulling for him because, you have to admit, he DOES know how to play the game, but that show made me do a 180° and now I hope he gets blind-sided with his precious immunity idol still in his pocket.
The only problem is, if he goes to RI (Redemption Island), he is so good at playing the game, he’ll probably ending up beating everyone else and returning again.

ParticipantI don’t know why but sometimes, now matter how hard I wrack my brain, I just can’t come up with a name I’m looking for. I guess that’s pretty normal after you hit 70, huh?
I have always liked Tony a lot too. He isn’t at egotistical as Maks and seems to be a really nice guy, let alone an amazing dancer. But, I’ve got to say that ALL the pros on the show are VERY talented dancers AND choreographers. But some just a little bit more than others. If I had to pick one above all the others, I’d have to say it was Mark, not necessarily his dancing, but because even the judges often comment on his great choreography.

ParticipantBut I remember reading somewhere that they tend to give the "better" potential dancers to the "better" teacher/choreographers and Tony doesn’t fall into that category. They are Maks, Katrina, Lacey, Mark, and (rats, can’t remember her name) the one who is part Asian. That used to include the Hough kids too be they are both gone now.
It doesn’t seem fair to the other pros but I guess that’s what it takes to make the show better. You can’t argue with success. This has been ABC’s #1 most profitable show for the past eleven seasons, twelve now.

ParticipantThe last we saw he had dropped it back into the bedpost. Besides, if he had been wearing it, they would have seen it when they dressed him (in the nerdy clothing) to take him to they asylum. Also, they changed him into his "scrubs" there and would have seen it then also.
No, I think the key will only come in as proof in the future that he had been held there in the Dimera Hilton.

ParticipantWe haven’t seen any evidence of Stefano being homophobic so if it turns out to be Chad, he could very likely be completely accepting of it. However, that doesn’t make for very good soap opera storylines…not enough drama!

Participantthe talent seems to much more evenly distributed. Even the Las Vegas odds-makers are changing their minds from week to week.
Right now, I’m not sure who’d I’d put my money on but I think Chelsea has a good chance, along with Ralph, because she seems to have the talent, the personality, AND probably one of the best choreographers/teachers on the show.
What do you guys think about the new Troupe? I think it was a great idea. First of all, so the regular dancers don’t have to participate in the "extra" dances and then come back so quickly to be with their respective partners.
I really miss the Houghs but I don’t think either one of them will be back. I guess my favorite pro right now would be Chelsea Hightower (along with Maks, of course), she is so sweet.

ParticipantYou’re right, Trump didn’t want to send anyone home. But I’m glad Marlee insisted, I think she was absolutely right, and I think Trump was impressed with her answer why.
True, Hatch didn’t bring in much money but everybody knew at the onset he wasn’t part of the "celebrity" crowd. I don’t particularly care from him but I didn’t think he should have been fired. They need to get rid of that psycho, Gary Busey, instead, but it’s just more evidence of the producers controlling the show. I think the same thing happened to David Cassidy. In fact, I think that’s why Joan Rivers won a couple of years ago…because that’s who Trump wanted to win.

ParticipantRemember how Chloe and Nicole hated each other and now they’re BFF. Same with Hope and Lexie when it came out that Lexie stole Hope’s child. I suppose if the writers decide to do it, they could do the same with Sami and Nicole. It would be an interesting way to go.
What I don’t understand is why the sisters are so hell-bent on finding out why Faye fell down the steps. Wouldn’t normal people just figure it was an accident. Heck, I can’t tell you how many times I almost tripped on the carpeted stairs in my slippers and I wasn’t under the influence of drugs or dizzy from an enlarged heart.
BTW, in my limited medical knowledge, I don’t believe you can ever heal an enlarged heart. You can treat the symptoms but you can never "fix" the heart. The only "cure" is a transplant. So why they think Faye will ever get better from this affliction is beyond me.

ParticipantI sincerely and honestly appreciate what I have every day and always consider those who would give their right arm just to have what I have. I guess my point was that there are so many people who CAN afford such expense.
And as far as appreciating my country and what we are free to do, I would be the first in line to stand up for and appreciate those rights. I am EXTREMELY patriotic…and PROUD of it!!!

ParticipantI watched Faye go down the stairs a couple of times and not once did her head hit anything, yet, she’s bleeding like a pig from the back of her head. Also, she falls down the stairs and they don’t even put a cervical collar on her? Tsk, tsk, tsk.
And, DeeLan, I didn’t think a person could make any kind of sound (like Faye did) when they are intubated. Is that correct?
