ParticipantA safe house has to be thoroughly checked out. But I think it was the SPD who owned the house so why would we have expected them to even look under the rug? That would show an iota of intelligence.
BTW, I got the impression they didn’t just hide under there but that it led out of the house and into the woods. I’m sure the blast would have blew out the flooring also and it would have affected them. Or, at the very least, gotten them a little bit dusty/dirty.

ParticipantI had never heard that term before the show but I think it has made lots of people create their own bucket lists. Good idea too. I just checked one off mine (trip to Africa). Don’t know how many more I’ll be able to do though. I’d need Jack Nicolson’s money. :o)
Anyway, I thought her reference to her part was cute, especially the look on her face when she mentioned it.

ParticipantHe’s just too slimey.

ParticipantI fell asleep and missed the last half but I thought I had seen that Lisa’s team won the Elle spread. No? I thought the Thresa’s team’s was MUCH better.
Oh, the ONE person I really wanted to see get the ax and I missed it. How did she take it? Please…give me the details.

ParticipantNow THAT was funny!

Participanthe said that after Harmon had already left the safe house. I think he decided that later. Don’t know for sure though.

Participantto kill them, only scare them, like the fake attack on Marlena. I guess we’ll find out for sure Monday but I guarantee that none of those characters will be killed. :o)
If Stefano kills them he won’t be able to get the half of the coin he is after. I don’t know why THEY don’t realize that.

Participant(I don’t know about other hurricane states.) All outer doors must open out. That’s to prevent them from blowing in during a storm. It was very difficult to get used to when I moved here, especially when someone comes to the door (especially on Halloween), you have to open it out, right into them. But then, everybody here is used to that and stands clear of it.
When you see those things advertised on TV that you slide under the door to keep drafts out, they won’t work here because they’d just fall right off when you open the door. I’ve wondered why they don’t mention that you have to have a door that opens in on the ad. Maybe they don’t care if you order one and can’t use it. They still keep the S&H if you return it.

ParticipantEvery CEO I’ve ever known (or known of for that matter), even for small companies, are work-aholics and at the job way more that anybody else in the company. Yes, they do work out of the office but rarely at home or the local mall. Any time they’re out of the office it is out of necessity and they are meeting with other important business contacts or clients. Sami is a characture of a CEO, if that.
Not only that, Lucas joining her at CW was totally laughable. I can’t believe he’d go up against his mother like that, especially after her witnessing their, um, "physical" reunion and knowing how angry she’d be over it. And just what are his skills anyway? Neither one of them has an education nor, for that matter, very much experience. I could see if they had made their way up through the company over the years but that isn’t the case here. Sami has been in the workforce, what, 15 minutes now?

Participantwe’ve been having these same complaints for years and years. I can’t remember a time since I got on the internet (in 1995) when we weren’t complaining about the writing. And, you’ve got to admit, this isn’t the worse it’s ever been, by far.
AFAIC, I thought it’d go down the tubes completely when JER was writing but it survived. There is some good stuff mixed in with the dregs even now. I think Will’s "coming out" and Lexie’s storyline is going well and both have been well written and every once in a while, we get a ray of sunshine out of them. Keep the faith because I think this is a horse that won’t die.

Participanthis "contact" told him to be careful because it is very dangerous. I still don’t know if he intendsto kill him or just make him sick or something.

Participantand just can’t stay away. Maybe the ISA is like crack cocaine and you just can’t give it up.
I think it’s kind of funny that Rafe was FBI, then Salem PD, PI, and now ISA. (Kinda like alphabet soup!) That boy can’t seem to keep a job. He’d better make a go at this or the CIA will be the only thing left for him.

Participantis going to be minor. Another way to scare them as was the "fake" attack on Marlena in Horton Square.

ParticipantSomething that powerful you’d think would be very bitter.
Was that a poison to kill Brady or just something to sedate him? I’m not sure I’m getting what Ian’s intentions are…or why. Is he NOT going to give Madison the divorce?
The way I see it is if she wants to divorce him, there’s nothing he can do about it anyway. I think most states now have uncontested divorces. Heck, California was like that way back in 1973 when I got mine. All you have to do is claim unreconcilable differences and go through the motions. The only thing you can disagree on is the settlement.

ParticipantI can’t say I was sad to see her go. She was such an immature, self-centered twit. And she was so confident she was safe. She said she liked to see someone being blind-sided. But then, when she got the vote she started sobbing.
I’m starting to think Tarzan has a good chance of winning this. Nobody sees him as a threat. I’m wondering now if he’s not even trying to win immunity until he really needs it. He just keeps staying under the radar and if those girls don’t watch out, he just might blind-side them all, one at a time. And everyone likes him so he’d get a lot of the panel votes. But I’d be okay with that.
