lately, as you’ve mentioned, she is just a "joke". I was so happy when they brought her back. The writer’s and the show are misusing a really good actress…I would love for her to pair up with Ivan again and have they both wreak havoc on Salem again like they did in the old days! Heck, even pair Vivy up with Nicole (not romantically) but in a bad-girly-girl get revenge, love and respect all at the same time story line. I’d watch those two!

BUT take heart! You KNOW our EJ is down for the count but not out!!! Paraphrasing the words of the ‘terminator’ "(EJ) will be back"!!!!
it that she will really get a clue? How many times has she thrown a temper-tantrum, ranted and raved and then she goes back to being "Sami"? I think (and I haven’t watched this week yet – I’m saving to watch all tomorrow morning), however, based on all your comments and knowing Sami’s history…she will do what she is famous for…
and working in a hospital is going to give her a disease or at least a cold! I don’t watch her but I wish as you said Patti, re-do her character from the ground up…let her go to Switzerland or England for a few months and when she comes back do a complete character change – that is the only way I could ever watch her.
a Dr. Drake Ramorae on "Days" and he was practicing his scene on Day’s and he said the scene was played with a "stop and smell the f-rt" pause and face that the actors did…it was hysterical! And every time I see "Day’s" folks do that I laugh and laugh!
I have gnashed my teeth at many of the stories drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrraggging out over the years…if it’s that bad for us fans can you imagine the actors fustration??? Maybe they have to sign a clause in their contracts that says they will not go bonkers if they have to repeat the same dialog over and over and over for months…
maybe because I’m a foodaholic – can’t cook, (well, some things turn out pretty good), but since I have only me and the poochies to cook for now (and they’ll eat anything even the mistakes and ask for more so they are no help in the critique department)…I don’t have a chance to cook as much.
I’m very glad Aarti won – I know (hope) her show get’s better as they settle in to it a bit more. I wanted to see an explaination of how much of a cup to use in what she was making, etc., but I suppose I could go on the site and get the receipe. I love spicy, but at my age it doesn’t like me anymore, but still I’d love to learn more about cooking with different spices and ingredients…
Think we’re all pretty much on board with what you said in your comments – There needs to be a big shake up again in the story lines and character’s lives – without the same ol’, same ol’ repeats of "whose the daddy", or "he’s my man, but I don’t really want him, but you can’t have him" etc., etc. – please writers – give us a break! If November sweeps don’t get any better with a big story line (like bringing back Marlena and John "HINT-HINT" please) – then after 20 something years being a totally loyal and at times obsessed fan, I will absolutly have to give up. And believe me – I’ve sat through a lot of just plain yuckie, stupid stories just like all of us have. I am FFd’ing now so much that only the SP site fills in the details for me…
