how Stephanie is so certain that Parker belongs to Philip?
I know the info was changed while she and Ian were on the computer. We don’t know who changed it even if Caroline said she did. Stephanie said Kayla verified that it was changed.
How did Kayla know for certain that the results were that Philip fathered Parker? If this was explained, I missed it.

in fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Daniel was Parker’s bio-daddy. The test was switched back and forth so many times, the only way they can be sure is to have it done again, after the secret of the one night stand is revealed, which is supposed to be in a few weeks. Then, Daniel should either do the test himself, with Philip and Chloe both present; or, if a lab tech does it, no one leaves the lab or takes their eyes off the technician until the results are accomplished. That’s the only way I would trust any paternity test done in Salem.
I couldn’t remember hearing about any real proof, but I was afraid I had just missed it. I am really hoping that Daniel will be proven the father.
On another note, I know that Philip says he wants he and Melanie to have a baby, but if she is still so crazy about Nathan, I hope that doesn’t happen. It was so sad when Philip was watching Melanie and Nathan through the glass isolation door as they snuggled together.

The results were put into the computer by the inept nurse (which, IMO, entered it incorrectly as false). So, when Caroline made the switch, it was a given that Daniel was not the father, ergo, it was "the other man" whom eventually it came to be known by many (including us) as Philip. That is why everybody that knows what Caroline did believes that Philip is the father.
Of course, it’s still my opinion that the nurse entered the info wrong in the first place which I don’t think will come out until everybody lives are in wreck and ruin.
Maybe it is just me, but I think that when Philip saw Mel and Nathan together, he got jealous and scared. What better way to keep Mel than to have a baby?? THat would keep here tied to him for life.
Not sure if he was labeled sterile of just had slow swimmers but he and Belle (Mimi) did use invetro and that’s where the mix-up of embryos came in.
But Nicole was told she’d never get pregnant, Chloe was told she couldn’t get pregnant and I’m sure there have been many others in the past that were told the same thing.
I don’t remember exactly what Chloe was told but Nicole was told she couldn’t get pregnant after taking a bullet in the stomach for Victor then after she miscarried she kept saying that was her only chance so I got the impression she was told, once AGAIN, she’d never get pregnant.
When are these people ever going ot learn when a Doc in Salem tells you something it’s just a suggestion or guess and never a set in stone fact since things always turn out the opposite of what they’re told.
