What is he trying to do to Nicole? She hasn’t done anything to him. He is messing with Teresa and I hope they both get caught and are sent to jail.

That was just a distraction to keep Theresa busy until Beth (?) got that envelope planted at the hospital. He seems to be setting her up for something at work but what, I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I just hope it doesn’t backfire on him like everything else has and he brings her down a notch or two.

I think JJ was planting evidence (in Ann’s office) that proves that Theresa took money from a hospital fund back when she was working for Jennifer. At least that’s what the paper work in the envelope looked like.

But wasn’t that already addressed?  Didn’t Jennifer find out about Theresa taking money from the hospital a while back?  Or was it that she knew but just couldn’t prove it??

just decided not to report Theresa to higher ups. She gave the paper work to Abby to file without giving it to anyone else.

that Anne knew about it and also reprimanded Theresa for it, but since she’s working with her to discredit Jennifer and the Hortons in general, I can’t see her doing anything other than sweeping it under the rug. I think what JJ is doing now is trying to make it appear that Theresa has now stolen Abigail’s paycheck. Either way, both of these characters can slide out of Salem on the same oil slick they slid in on, IMHO! LOL!

I thought everyone does direct deposit.

It was a check to an office supply for $2,000.

Besides, there are still a lot of people who don’t do direct deposit. There are a lot of people that live here from South America that deal in cash for everything because they don’t trust banks. It is not uncommon to see them paying for their groceries in $100 bills. People in my community have even purchased houses paying in cash, believe it or not. That’s why these check cashing places are so popular.

I thought most larger entities "require" it, but maybe if I asked for a paper check I could get one.  Then again it’s nice not to have to go to the bank!  Thanks for the update though Bonbon.

I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t want direct-deposit. In fact, most places do the transfer into your account before they issue the paper checks so you actually get paid sooner.
